How you’ll make a difference with us
As a People Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping the people experience in some of our most customer?facing parts of the business. Acting as the primary HR partner to our Stores and inhouse Customer Service, you will work close to the business in a broad, hands?on role where your impact is visible every day.
You support and challenge leaders in their day?to?day people agenda, while also bringing our long?term people strategy to life where the customer experience is created. Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team. Commercial development at a strategic level is essential for delivering on Nordic Towers strategy and ambitions. We are now looking for our new pricing director who will be an important contributor to Nordic Towers succeeding in our strategic ambitions!
The purpose of the role is to develop, execute and own pricing strategies and models across the Nordics to enhance profitability. This means being responsible for strategic pricing in the intersection between sales, product, technology, and finance, determining the prices of products in collaboration with key stakeholders, and being responsible for profitability models to be used in all price assessments.
The role reports to the CCO of Telenor Nordic Towers.
Some of your main responsibilities:
As our Nordic Pricing Director, you are responsible for all aspects related to price. In addition to setting the strategy, you will work together with the local commercial teams to execute and implement the various initiatives in the business units. Furthermore, you will be responsible for both owning and implementing relevant projects that underpin the strategy.
You will set direction and ensure implementation of agreed price changes in accordance with current strategies, as well as maintain relevant price strategies and guidelines. To ensure profitability, you will develop models to be used in price assessments, and you will use these in close collaboration with local teams. You will also contribute with ad hoc analyses if necessary. Vad du kommer att göra

Som Account Manager Stores (SME-Specialist) är din huvudsakliga arbetsuppgift att skapa nya kunder genom uppsökande försäljning samt att vårda befintliga kundrelationer. Du kommer ha ansvar för en personlig budget samt övergripande mål för ditt team. Du kommer arbeta med moderna säljverktyg inom datadriven försäljning.

What you’ll do
As a senior developer you will embark on a digitalization journey as one of the key players in one of our fast-moving squads within the FMC Tribe, setting the foundation for our new development organisation. Working with some of the best build tools and modern technologies, your task is to support the squad’s delivery. You will be creating the API:s and microservices that will be at the heart of things in the digitalization of our customer journey. You will join an agile squad of about six developers working with DevOps, taking an end-to-end responsibility of the health and well-being of your microservices, both when building new features and in production. Each squad also has a Scrum Master, a Product Owner and a Solution Architect, and you will therefore have great technical support while also having freedom to influence the work. You will also be coaching new developers and influencing how the development in the Tribe should be performed. 

Who are you
You are a senior developer with several years of experience and have a relevant post-secondary education. We believe that you’re interested in refactoring and clean code, and that you’re good at communication and sharing your knowledge with your colleagues. As we are building a new in-house development organisation, it’s also important that you want to actively take part in forming Telenor as a software development company.

Meet the Fixed Mobile Convergence Tribe

As a Cloud Sys Admin, you will be part of the Performance squad, on a mission to ensure a world-class developer experience. The team is made up DevOps experts specialized in build tools, CI/CD pipelines and system operations on cloud infrastructure.

The Role 

Your main responsibility is to operate and develop Telenor’s Jira and Confluence instances. You will:
* Perform system upgrades and maintain the best shape of the systems. 
* Manage and administrate JIRA and Confluence, including project creation, workflows, user accounts, custom fields, dashboards, reports and security schemas. 

* Manage and maintain JIRA Add-ons, plugins, and extensions and integrations with other tools.

Who are we looking for? 

We believe you have a good background with scripting and a minimum of two years of experience of running applications in AWS. You are passionate about automatization and knows how to provide application administrative support for large scale software teams. We also believe you have good communication skills and a lean-agile mindset and enjoy being part of shaping our software development department.  

From a technical perspective we believe you have prior hands-on experience with more than one of the following tools: 
* Jira / Confluence

I rollen som Manager Network & Technology har du ett övergripande ansvar för utveckling och drift av Ownits bredbandsnät, VoIP och TV-tjänster. Du kommer att leda ett teknikteam med olika funktioner – från teknisk design till att vara med och styra det praktiska arbetet med nätet.

To join our team, we are looking for a curious and multi-skilled Early Stage Researcher who loves creating world class algorithms and solutions for data driven network control and automation processes. You are a passionate about driving your work from idea to execution and to optimization.  

Who are you
You are, at the time of recruitment, in the first four years of your research career and you do not have a doctoral degree. This is measured from the date when you obtained your degree, which formally entitles you to embark on a doctorate. Furthermore, you have not lived in Sweden for more than 12 months in the previous 36 months. If selected for the position, it is mandatory to be enrolled in a PhD at the recruiting country/city (i.e. Sweden).

To become our ESR, you are driving, curious and self-going. Team player. Proficient in English. * Resultatansvarig nyförsäljning inom Konsument och SME i Kundservice Mobil
* Ansvarig för uppföljning och säkerställande av positiv utveckling inom ditt ansvarsområde
