Role Purpose:
The purpose of the Nordic Field Medical Advisor Retina and Nipocalimab is to develop and lead the Nordic medical strategy for Janssen’s inherited retinal disease and nipocalimab portfolio. The Nordic Field Medical Advisor is responsible for the strategic, educational and informational aspects for this portfolio and to provide medical expertise for internal and external stakeholders in the Nordic countries.


Key role activities:
Serve as an expert within retinal disease, and indications for nipocalimab for external
stakeholders in the Nordics
Drive medical strategies for the retina and nipocalimab portfolio in the Nordic region. Provide relevant insights in the development of an EMEA medical strategy and co-create in applicable areas, like functional networks and squads.Take on responsibility for KOL management, planning and execution of medical events and activities on a Nordic level and in the countries.
Develop, possess, and deliver expert knowledge on Janssen’s retina and nipocalimab portfolio, including Nordic level coordination of activities and sharing of knowledge and insights internally and externally. Create and execute the local trainings and content.
Develop close collaboration with GCO and have the Medical Affairs responsibility for Nordic clinical trial programs and activities.
Co-create the IEGP for the retina and nipocalimab portfolio on Nordic level as well as local, under the leadership of the Medical Operations Lead.
Drive relevant real world data initiatives in the Nordics to further facilitate diagnostic and treatment follow-up.
Proactively assess the competitive landscape within the therapeutic areas.



Compliance:
Ensures alignment of all the activities with J&J Credo, applicable J&J procedures and policies including but not limited to those related with Health Care Compliance, Clinical Research and Pharmacovigilance, GCPs, Regulatory Regulations and local Legislation;


Ensures safety reporting requirements (timely AE/PQC reporting) as set out in company policies and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) are met and appropriately managed when planning projects, developing materials, executing projects and contracting vendors;
Ensures HCC and legal requirements (Fair Market Value, Transfer of Value rules, Promotional Materials rules) are fully understood, appropriately managed and complied with when planning projects, developing materials;
Complies with designated SOP’s and mandatory training for the role (Mandatory Training : MTP Matrix )
Complete annual Adverse Event and Quality Complaint Reporting Awareness training and HCC/FCPA Awareness training
Report Adverse Events and Quality complaints in a timely way according to current guidelines/SOP
Acts in accordance with Johnson & Johnson HCC requirements in interactions with Healthcare Professionals and Government Officials
If commissioning contractors or third party organisations, perform Due Diligence where applicable, put compliant contracts in place and provide training, ensuring these individuals also act in accordance with Johnson & Johnson HCC requirements when interacting with Healthcare Professionals or Government Officials and ensure reporting of adverse events and quality complaints resulting from such collaborations (as above).


QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
Advanced degree in medicine, pharmacy or similar fields required, PhD or MD preferred


5-8 years of work experience in comparable roles preferred
Experience within retina and/or rare diseases is preferred
A minimum of 2 years of healthcare, pharmaceutical or similar industry experience preferred
Experience with budget responsibility preferred
Strong skills in Microsoft Office required
High proficiency in spoken and written English required
High proficiency in a Nordic language is preferred
Valid car driver’s license and ability to accommodate significant business travel required

You will be part of the Nordic marketing team for ACUVUE® contact lenses, reporting into the Marketing Manager, Vision Care, Nordics. This role is a maternity leave cover of max. 12 months.

Your main focus will be to increase category retention, i.e. increasing the current contact lens wearer satisfaction, incl. customer journey in the omni-channel world and keep them longer in the category. We need you to really get to the core, and be able to create new, innovative digital and analog experience marketing programs for our ACUVUE® brand online and instore either from scratch but also to leverage and transform innovative success models from other countries and regions to the Nordics.

You will be working closely with our Nordic Key Account Managers and the Marketing organizations at our Retail Partners’ Headquarters. The WW Operational Forecasting Lead position is a key leadership role within the FS&T Enterprise Planning & Analysis Enterprise Run operating model. Actively steering the business through the adoption of the Integrated Business Planning Processes, the E2E Financial Management Cycles and being a catalyst across the global finance end user community for the use of advanced analytics & data sciences (ie. predictive modeling), to advance driver based forecasting capabilities.


This role will partner with the Corporate FP&A, Pharm Group Finance, Regional FP&A and key Implementation Leads to orchestrate the Global Pharmaceutical Planning & Forecasting outcomes, along with our cross functional partners to enable the delivery of our monthly Integrated Business Planning processes. Governing the planning principles, processes and ways of working to ensure standards remain current, repeatable and reliable.


This role will stand up these capabilities for the Med Tech sector as well as the Corporate enterprise planning capabilities. Senior Commercial Analyst
The Senior Commercial Analyst is part of the Nordic Commercial Excellence team.


The overall responsibility with the role is to lead change management, technical and analytical improvements in salesforce efficiency and commercial analytics. This person will be the Nordic market representative in EMEA commercial excellence forums and will work closely together with the local sales organization and the wider EMEA team in different projects and initiatives to further shape and strengthen commercial excellence in the company. The role is an excellent opportunity for a commercial minded, ambitious individual who has genuine interest in data and analytics.

Objectives of the Position
Responsibilities in this role are focused on process optimization, performance analysis and follow up as well as to drive development within the SFE & CRM fields. The areas covered are often complex in nature and require process expertise, understanding of systems and an ability to interact with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization. Areas include:

Commercial Analytics:
Maintain/improve existing processes, technical solutions and act as SME in sophisticated analytics.
Educate organization in existing processes and tools.
Lead and coordinate customer segmentation process.

Collaborate with the business to implement and drive adoption of new capabilities such as lead and opportunity management.
Develop sophisticated SFE insights to support and enhance data driven decision making.
Educate organization in existing processes and tools.
Represent Nordics in EMEA forums.
Lead change management within salesforce efficiency.
SFE & Analytics Projects – Lead/participate in different cross-functional projects in the Nordics and EMEA.


The role requires a highly skilled and structured person with attention to details and a great ability to prioritize and make things happen. The team is responsible for all phases of the Tender Life Cycle: Shape, Make and Evaluate. In this process relevant procurement models are often discussed and explored with external customers. This role will lead and deliver P&L accountabilities across MedTech business units in Nordics, with approximately 200 employees (direct reports: 6 commercial + functional indirect reports).


Role's Duties and Responsabilities:
Lead the design and implementation of the local Medical Devices strategy in collaboration with Global and regional internal stakeholders (EMEA/MSM.) Execute in the marketplace by ensuring successful product launches, supported by the right resource allocations of skills, capabilities, and talent, to deliver against targets to optimize growth and win marketplace advantage.
Shape the external environment by developing deep customer and competitor insights & relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders (government policymakers, healthcare executives, hospital groups, surgeons, KOLs, etc.). Leverage market insights to create new commercial models and innovative solutions that optimize stakeholder value and drive growth.
In collaboration with Shared Services Regional and Global Leaders, influence local public policy and decision-making through leadership of country Government Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, QA, Communications & PR functions.
Lead Nordics Management Board to create a high performing, agile and customer-focused, outcome-oriented organization while also serving as a statutory member of the cross-enterprise convergence council in Sweden to determine appropriate business and marketplace strategies.
Develop a robust pipeline of diverse leaders with skills to succeed in a complex and dynamic marketplace and champion initiatives to promote an inclusive workplace environment and highly engaged workforce.
Provide leadership for the Shared Services functions within the country/cluster, ensuring effective integration across MedTech groups and businesses; includes Finance, HR, IT, Business Services, Communications & PR, HEMA, Deliver/Supply Chain, QA, RA, etc.
Provide transformational leadership and guidance for Medical Devices in Nordics through effective organizational design, change management, focused talent selection, and alignment. Lead the transformation while ensuring strong business continuity and continuous growth and energy of the organization.
Identifies convergence or synergy opportunities across MD and other organizations and lead the execution of innovative commercial models to ensure alignment with new, evolving market segmentation.
Ensure Health Care Compliance and integrity principles are championed and actively practiced at every level of the organization



Experience & Qualification Requirements:
Experienced sales and marketing leader with demonstrated skill in delivering on all aspects of a P&L (sales, operating expense, net income).
Strong business and financial acumen and strategic mindset.
Track record of leading large organizations to transform, while achieving results (top line and bottom line) in challenging and complex business environments (not just in growing markets).
A minimum of 12 years of progressive leadership experience is required.
Experience in end-to-end leadership, leading across multiple functions to drive a growth agenda.
Experience in MedTech or Pharma industries strongly preferred.
Fluency in English, any Nordics language would be a strong asset.

Knowledge of socio-economic environment and market dynamics in Nordics, and strong customer and external environment orientation. Ability to build mutually beneficial networks and partnerships with key external leaders, and agencies to develop value-generating solutions.

Product Manager - Ethicon
As a Marketing Coordinator/Product Manager for the Ethicon franchise in the Nordics, you will be exposed to all the different platforms. Your role will act as a support for the marketing managers, while at the same time driving some key projects on your own. Your tasks will range from driving the copy approval process for customer facing material, to direct product responsibility and to participate in customer facing events.
You will report to the Ethicon Marketing Lead and be exposed to business planning processes, which will develop you for new marketing opportunities in the Nordic OneMD organization.


Objectives of the Position
Your main responsibilities will be:
Support the Nordic Ethicon marketing team with operational duties related to product management and life cycle management. E.g. IFU, back orders and some EMEA reporting
Full responsibility for some special projects
Support and drive digital marketing initiatives for the franchise
Full responsibility of copy approval process for all platforms
Act as link between support teams and marketing team for ensuring full compliance and up to date material is available on different software platforms
Ensure copy approved customer presentations exists for all platforms
Take direct product management responsibility for all IFUS across the franchise
Act as coordinator between marketing and supply chain in back-order situations
Support marketing managers to report product demand to supply chain organization
Support marketing team in sales rep training situations
Co-operate with the country sales teams to capture needs and insights
Support marketing managers with market data (HEM data and other external data sources)

Qualifications - External
Minimum of 2 years of experience in any type of marketing role
Completed university studies or similar higher education. Preferably with marketing as specialty
Some understanding of marketing and product life cycle management
Preferably you are working as a product coordinator today or product manager
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced and a cross functional environment

Du kommer att arbeta med en av marknadens starkaste produktportföljer med ansvar för att sälja in och genomföra kundaktiviteter. We are looking for a new Manager for the Quality control Microbiology laboratory, for our Medical Devices business segment in.

QM-Manager
The team is responsible for the Microbiology Quality control of Healon Finished products and raw materials/components and consists of seven (7) employees located in J&J Uppsala site at Fyrislund Business park. You will together with Manager QA/QS and Manager QC be part of the Quality leadership team. This role reports directly to the Quality Director. The position is located at Uppsala, Sweden. Some travel may be required depending on your home location.

Objectives of the Position
Lead and develop the business so that J&J Uppsala and UQ's goals regarding quality & compliance, delivery reliability and cost efficiency are reached.
Resource and cost dimension QM Microbiology
Run the work environment work within QM Microbiology in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Personnel responsibility for QM Microbiology, work environment responsibility
Ensure that the necessary microbiological tests and checks are carried out for product, raw materials/inputs, media and manufacturing processes in requirements of pharmacopoeia and other regulations.
Ensure validated and qualified processes in the microbiological laboratory and maintenance and calibration according to applicable requirements according to delegation
Member of the Quality Function Management Team and Quality Management Team.
Ensure that monitoring and detection controls are in place.
Handle deviations in critical processes, premises and equipment that may affect the hygienic status in production and in the laboratory.
Approve documents for microbiological tests and sterilization processes, hygiene and microbiology
Replace Chief UQ in his shorter absence, according to the delegate in particular.
Review and approve documentation, test method, process for QM Mikorbiology
Review and approve laboratory investigation and non-conformity investigations for QM microbiology.



Qualifications
Five-year academic higher education with a microbiological, pharmaceutical, natural sciences or technical focus (or equivalent).
Relevant leadership training for the position.
Basic knowledge of financial accounting and budgeting
At least three to five years of work experience from quality work in the quality certified laboratory or manufacturing industry
At least three years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or other process industry.
Experience and understanding of sterilization and sterilization processes and techniques.
Experience in project management and human resources management.
Good GMP/ ISO knowledge, as well as knowledge of regulations and guidances (e.g. CFR, pharmacopoeia).
Good IT skills
Good knowledge of both Swedish and English in both speech and writing.

Director Medical Devices SC Nordics
As our next Director Medical Devices Nordics you will work in a highly dynamic and international environment with multiple connections within and outside the country and across different levels of management with high exposure. This role is a great step stone in accelerating a career to senior roles in Supply Chain at regional and global level. The Director MD SC Nordics will be a member of the Mid-Sized Markets Cluster SC Leadership Team and of the Commercial Leadership boards in the Nordics (250MM USD NTS, 5 countries). The role reports directly to the MSM Cluster SC Leader and have a team of direct and indirect reports in 3 countries.

Objectives of the Position
Be accountable for the development and execution of a fully integrated Supply Chain Strategy, which supports the EMEA Strategic Plan, local Business Goals and regional SC goals across the three franchises: Ethicon, Cardiovascular and Special Services and DePuy Synthes
Be the single point of contact for the Country General Manager and local Leadership team
Lead the execution by having direct responsibility of the team in charge of planning/S&OP;, supply execution and inventory management and accountability on warehousing/orthokit centers and customer service in an integrated manner
Be responsible for setting and communicating Supply Chain performance goals (quality, service, inventory, cost, on time launch, etc), supervising the performance and lead the continuous improvement process and action plans across all supply chain functions
Lead and facilitate the monthly local S&OP; processes, ensuring that sales and marketing events & market intelligence are correctly gathered and passed on to the Regional & Global planning teams to ensure on-time right product availability, as well as service review meetings (STEM & PAC) for service risks and define mitigation actions to minimize impact to our end customers
For delivering these objectives, it is key to build solid partnership and end-to-end collaboration with key groups - commercial organizations, local and regional supply chain organizations, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Product Management, etc – to ensure their contribution is focused on the End-to-End goals
To ensure we keep the customer at the center of everything we do, you will translate the “Voice Of Customer” in SC strategic and tactical action plans in partnership with the other relevant functions
Ensure supply chain readiness in support of NPI & LCM projects

Qualifications
Master’s Degree or equivalent

Resource and cost dimension QM Microbiology
Run the work environment work within QM Microbiology in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Personnel responsibility for QM Microbiology, work environment responsibility
Ensure that the necessary microbiological tests and checks are carried out for product, raw materials/inputs, media and manufacturing processes in requirements of pharmacopoeia and other regulations.
Ensure validated and qualified processes in the microbiological laboratory and maintenance and calibration according to applicable requirements according to delegation
Member of the Quality Function Management Team and Quality Management Team.
Ensure that monitoring and detection controls are in place.
Handle deviations in critical processes, premises and equipment that may affect the hygienic status in production and in the laboratory.
Approve documents for microbiological tests and sterilization processes, hygiene and microbiology
Replace Chief UQ in his shorter absence, according to the delegate in particular.
Review and approve documentation, test method, process for QM Mikorbiology
Review and approve laboratory investigation and non-conformity investigations for QM microbiology.



Qualifications
Five-year academic higher education with a microbiological, pharmaceutical, natural sciences or technical focus (or equivalent).
Relevant leadership training for the position.
Basic knowledge of financial accounting and budgeting
At least three to five years of work experience from quality work in the quality certified laboratory or manufacturing industry
At least three years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or other process industry.
Experience and understanding of sterilization and sterilization processes and techniques.

Analytical Development Manager R&D
We are looking for an Analytical Development Manager to be the next leader of one of the two groups working with New Product Development (NPD) and take part of the leadership team at Analytical Development.
You will work within a group of 14 colleagues at the department. The group is working with products in the early ideation stage all the way through development and transfer to commercial production. The position will be located in Helsingborg, but you will have extensive everyday contacts with external and internal partners, CROs and J&J colleagues across the globe. This is a fulltime position.

Objectives Of The Position
This position includes both strategic leadership as well as operational responsibilities. The role includes the responsibility of leading and be part of the development of about 5 direct reports. In addition, you will lead product development project teams and work as an analytical lead in such teams. We support agile ways of working and servant leadership style is required. Working with contract research organizations will be a substantial part of your responsibility. ICH and other regulatory guidelines and requirements for medicinal products are our natural playground. Compliance in terms of cGMP (including lab system and instrument) and EHS are also important responsibilities. The ability to grasp, understand and translate sophisticated problems into explicit work packages will be needed. Performing risk assessment, leading investigations and root cause analyses will be other parts of the work.
You will also hold presentations and be visual outside the department. Documentation skills are important since you will write and or review/approve several reports, including delivering our parts of CTA’s, MAA’s and NDA’s.



Qualifications

Data Strategy Manager - Nordics - Consumer
Johnson and Johnson are looking for a motivated and talented individual to not only join but also to shape and lead the Northern Europe Precision Marketing agenda. You will be part of a dedicated digital team and will work with your team, the media agency, local brand teams, and regional and global partners to develop and implement the data strategy to take Johnson & Johnson to the next level in data-driven marketing.
In this role you will be responsible for building and embedding a data-driven approach into the way that its brands activate media, driving precision at scale. As well as ensuring the audience strategy is insight-driven, you will be driving the maximum level of effectiveness in media performance and show continuous improvement in efficiency of delivery, through growing its data assets and utilizing existing technologies. As lead market - you’ll be sharing your approach and its learnings globally.
Key Responsibilities
Data Strategy
Ultimately responsible for the delivery of precision capability acceleration across Nordic brands
Develop audience strategy using a blend of 1/2/3 party data across the brand portfolio within the Nordics
Identify, build and negotiate key local media and data partnerships with that allow the brands to access and target key audiences
Define specific and KPIs objectives for media campaigns based on data segments and audiences
Work with agency partners to ensure data activation across programmatic and other digital media campaigns
Working closely with AdOps and planning teams to ensure trafficked media campaigns are captured
Architect and maintain privacy-first data collection methods, to ensure compliant processing and activation of data - evolving with continually advancing privacy laws



Audience Development & Segmentation
Maintain the evolution of brand segmentation taxonomies, making ongoing recommendations ensuring key stakeholders are aligned
Activate test & learn segments to determine highest performing audiences and data sources
Identify audience segmentation opportunities based on audience overlaps and media exposures
Create audience frequency caps and suppression segments to maintain optimum reach across media campaigns
Building robust lookalike models from seed audiences using key attributes contributing to lift and scale
Ensure timely end-to-end syndication of data segments and audiences are syndicated with expected match rates
Manage key partners (cross-agency teams) to ensure the data flow into the DMP is operating correctly
Work with cross-agency teams and data partners to enable syndication pathways



Analytics & Insights
Evaluate the performance of programmatic media performance against goals and objectives, feeding results back into the media planning process
Translate audience data and model results into strategic and tactical insights, making recommendations into new segments, frequency
Deliver key insights across data segments and audiences, feeding these insights back to the brand and other key stakeholders
Make recommendations on audiences optimisations and ensure that these are executed upon and fed into the media planning process
Analyse audience compositions, determining key attributes that could contribute to lookalike modelling



Team management and working relationships
Regional and Global teams across the Precision Marketing agenda - in a Lead Market capacity
Media agency and AdTech partners
Data vendors and media partners
Broader Digital, Media and Scale team and Brand teams



Qualifications
A minimum of 5+ years related experience - working exclusively in digital marketing
Must have local knowledge within Nordic markets of data environment and opportunities
Must have hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of data management or identity management platforms (e.g. Nielsen eXelate, Salesforce/Krux/Rocket Fuel)
Deep understanding of the digital media eco-system and supply chain
Knowledge of measurement techniques and experience using analytics tools (e.g. GA360) for tracking
Deep understanding of data segmentation digital media metrics, plus a general comfort working with ‘big data’
Strong relationship builder with immediate team, other departments and local markets
Ability to think on their feet, be proactive and take ownership of projects
The ability to collaborate successfully and build relationships with internal stakeholders and agencies is required

Product Presentation & Customer Education
Educate customers on all NV products to optimize effective usage by providing technical and clinical information and in-service trainings. Prepare, plan and implement training and product demonstrations in-house
Stay current on company products instructions for use (IFU), best practices and technical troubleshooting, marketing strategies as well as advanced clinical knowledge of the neurovascular field



Customer Care
Responsible for sales target achievement in geography of responsibility
Use consultative selling techniques to identify potential sales opportunities within the account
Maximize customer case support through accurate planning and scheduling techniques
Develop and grow mutually beneficial customer relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, clinical and hospital administrators

The Cluster Engagement Associate will be part of a team supporting approximately $450 million in spend, mainly in Marketing and Sales categories but also Business Services for Johnson & Johnson Companies.
