Your role as an Technical Expert Active Directory Services
The Active Directory & Collaboration department is responsible for providing all services connected to authentication and authorization as well as several collaboration tools, mainly focusing on mail and Microsoft 365 services. Within the Active Directory team we are operating several services like Active Directory, PKI, file services, federated authentication services and Azure AD.
As Technical Expert Active Directory Services you will provide the key for any business and business application within Vattenfall working with a centralized identity, by providing authentication and authorization services, independent if the application is hosted on-premise or within cloud. You will take care about operation, security and development of these services on infrastructure and service level.
Your daily activities:
Operate the Active Directories services including Azure AD needed in Vattenfall Group
Design and support improvement of the current landscape and future demands
Responsible for operation of authentication and authorization solution for internal and cloud solutions including Azure Active Directory
Participate in Infrastructure and security related projects for Active Directory and connected services

Responsibilities
Product Presentation & Customer Education
Educate customers on all NV products to optimize effective usage by providing technical and clinical information and in-service trainings. Prepare, plan and implement training and product demonstrations in-house
Stay current on company products instructions for use (IFU), best practices and technical troubleshooting, marketing strategies as well as advanced clinical knowledge of the neurovascular field



Customer Care
Responsible for sales target achievement in geography of responsibility
Use consultative selling techniques to identify potential sales opportunities within the account
Maximize customer case support through accurate planning and scheduling techniques
Develop and grow mutually beneficial customer relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, clinical and hospital administrators
Drive partnership and maintain consistent, open lines of communication across the assigned responsibilities with the local team as well as the support team and other internal and external partners
