Enterprise software has historically lagged behind consumer applications in creating well-designed user experiences. Your New Challenge...
As our Senior UX Researcher & Strategist, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to make data-driven decisions that significantly enhance our products' user experience. You will lead the charge of developing and executing research strategies that inform every level of our design and product development processes.

Key Responsibilities in your first year
Strategic Research Leadership
Develop and implement a comprehensive research strategy that aligns with our business goals and drives user-centered innovation.
Advocate for the integration of research into all stages of product development, ensuring that every decision is informed by data and user insights.

Data and Tools Optimization
Assess and optimize the use of existing data sources and research tools,
Identify, justify, and integrate new data sources and tools, ensuring that each choice is cost-effective and strategically enhances our understanding of user behavior and needs.

User Engagement and Insight Generation
Innovate methods to access and engage users, even in challenging contexts, to gather meaningful and unbiased insights.
Collaborate with internal teams and business units to facilitate research, ensuring that the voice of the user is always represented in our decision-making processes.

Execution and Mentorship
Lead large-scale research initiatives that provide deep insights into user needs and behaviors, directly influencing our product strategy.

Research Roadmap and Continuous Improvement
Create and maintain a research roadmap that drives continuous improvement in how we gather and utilize data.

What You'll Do:
As a Cloud engineer, you will play a crucial role in building the customer platform that aims to deliver a modern and seamless digital experience to over 170k enterprise users across 30k companies. With expectations of doubling our user base within the next 3 years, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on a large scale. You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing our cloud infrastructure and automation pipelines. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize our software delivery processes and ensure the reliability and scalability of our systems.
Main responsibilities
Building tooling to ease the provisioning and scaling of infrastructure resources in AWS.
Enhancing overall systems performance and investigating failures taking part actively in discussions for future improvements.
Ensure systems availability, reachability, and maintainability by implementing the necessary instrumentation, tooling, and alarming systems in order to escalate abnormalities.
Influencing monitoring and capacity planning in collaboration with the application development teams and aligned with business goals

Skills & experience
3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud Infrastructure including S3, RDS, QuickSight, EC2, RabbitMQ, ElastiCache, VPC, CloudTrail, and Secret Manager.
Proficiency in containerization technologies and orchestration tools like kubernetes, Rancher and Docker.
Experience with setting up and maintaining EKS clusters at scale using tools like Helm and ArgoCD.
Extensive knowledge of system administration on Linux environments.
Experience with provisioning the infrastructure & configuration management deployment tools like Terraform, Ansible.
Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and hands-on experience with GITLAB or other relevant tools like Github.
Strong scripting skills in languages like Python, Bash & YAML.
Experience with code versioning tools, such as Git or similar frameworks.
Familiarity with monitoring and log management tools such as Datadog, ELK Stack, or Grafana.
Good Knowledge of security best practices and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

You will lead how our developers use AWS and be responsible for the operational excellence of our technology platform, Cozone. We expect you to work on two levels: first managing AWS services and orchestrating the current services being used for our offerings, and the second level would be to maintain our Cozone platform so that it is running efficiently and is highly available. You will be responsible for a part of Azets’ digital customer platform. This platform is the public face for the company’s accounting, payroll and consulting services. 

Product manager at Azets Software:

Our product managers work within our product teams to solve hard customer and business problems in ways that cater to our customers and work for our business. Our product teams are cross-functional and durable, composed of a product manager, a product designer, and several engineers. 

This job is an individual contributor role. You will be part of a well distributed and partly remote team. To be successful you will need to be able to influence your teammates, as well as colleagues, stakeholders, and key executives, through data and selling the long-term vision. The job will also include business travel. 

The Product Manager is responsible for
* Delivering a valuable and business-viable product to internal Azets Group customers and external clients
* Defining product strategy and roadmap 
* Converting strategy into a product 
* Deeply understanding the platform’s users
* Agile product owner duties
* Taking responsibility for results
* Product pricing and positioning
* Building buy-in and relationships with international partner teams

Requirements
* Understanding of modern product discovery and delivery 
* Minimum 2 years working on technology-powered products

* Ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship, influencing without authority
