We are hiring a new Services Site Lead based for our Service center in Mariannelund.
How to contribute to our vision
As our new Site Lead you are responsible of the daily management & supervision of the Service technicians to ensure effective planning and execution of service, operation and warranty for approximately 50 turbines in your service hub area. Build a long-term perspective with the team to ensure that Siemens Gamesa delivers high performance and value to the customer.
Some of your responsibilities will be:
Perform assignments by the responsible Operations Manager.
Coordination, planning and execution of service, operation and support for assigned site or travelling technician team. Including resource planning, vacancy & work schedule in co-operation with central planning.
Ensure safety is #1, all technicians have the adequate training, safety equipment, work instructions and risk assessments before starting any work. Continuous follow up and improvement of incidents to implement improvements. Ensure site staff and subcontractors are informed and is following the agreed overall EHS procedures and site specific EHS plan in the organization.
Utilize local and regional technical support to solve issues at site.
Take corrective actions, address shortfalls and make improvements to drive the service teams.
Responsible for continuous development and improvement of productivity and KPI’s as well as other site / contractual goals supported by Ops Manager.
Provide Monthly reporting to Customers and manage site monthly meetings towards the customer with the support of the Ops Mgr.
Build the long-term perspective with the Customer as site contact and toward Suppliers to build lasting relationships.
Managing work in varying conditions to adopt planning of works and resources to fulfil contractual obligations, optimize WF production and team productivity.
Manage team to complete and maintain required and accurate documentation and records.
Site administration including reporting, handling orders, keep records etc.

The ideal candidate has a technical/vocational diploma just as it is preferred that you have an electrical and/or mechanical background and experience. You have some years of experience in a leadership role

We are now recruiting main component replacement Supervisor to main component replacement teams in Nordics.
We are looking for you who want a stimulating and varied job, where you will be responsible for primarily main component replacements but also to some extent service and maintenance of wind turbines at our customers' wind farms across the Nordic countries.
A great part of the job is ensuring that on-site work is always carried out with safety as the highest priority. For electrical work, we work according to the Swedish electrical standard (SS-EN 50110-1).
As a main component replacement Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role within a dedicated team performing both mechanical, electrical & lifting tasks during main component exchanges as well as troubleshooting, maintenance, and inspections on customers wind farms.
Some of your key tasks will include, but not be limited to:
Strong leadership skills to manage team of technicians and support their development, influence, and guide team.
Main component exchanges to include but not limited to Gearbox, Main Bearing, Generators & Blades.
Supervising and active onsite in Lifting operations.
Mechanical Safe system of work planning.
Electrical/Mechanical scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities on varied wind turbines.
Coordinate and accomplish defined service operations and/or resolve product issues on customers equipment.
Assisting in the completion of contractual extra scopes of work
Support of service operations when not carrying out major component replacements.
Ensure compliance with Siemens Gamesa standards in relation to HSE, Quality and Service delivery.
Supervising the SGRE team members, 3rd party technicians, contractors, and sub-contractors for various required scope delivery.

We are looking for you who want a stimulating and varied job, where you will be responsible for service and maintenance of wind turbines at our customers' wind farms. You will be performing mainly maintenance and troubleshooting on wind turbines across all sites in the Nordics but mainly in Sweden.
You get the chance to use your knowledge in electricity and mechanics where you independently solve problems on site to ensure high operational reliability and provide excellent service to our customers.
A great part of the job is ensuring that on-site work is always carried out with safety as the highest priority. For electrical work, we work according to the Swedish electrical standard (SS-EN 50110-1).
You will be supporting our customers both remotely and onsite and coordinate service operations and resolve product issues. This includes carrying out improvement measures and modifications.
You are responsible for reporting and documentation of your work, including supervising, coordinating and follow up jobs performed by subcontractors.


Our employee’s knowledge is important to us. You will therefore start with a training at Siemens Gamesas training center in Denmark as well as in different locations in Sweden.

We are now recruiting main component replacement Supervisor to our new main component replacement teams in Sweden.
You will be working on a 14/14 rotation.
We are looking for you who want a stimulating and varied job, where you will be responsible for primarily main component replacements but also to some extent service and maintenance of wind turbines at our customers' wind farms across the Nordic countries.
A great part of the job is ensuring that on-site work is always carried out with safety as the highest priority. For electrical work, we work according to the Swedish electrical standard (SS-EN 50110-1).
As a main component replacement Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role within a dedicated team performing both mechanical, electrical & lifting tasks during main component exchanges as well as troubleshooting, maintenance, and inspections on customers wind farms.
Some of your key tasks will include, but not be limited to:
Strong leadership skills to manage team of technicians and support their development, influence, and guide team.
Main component exchanges to include but not limited to Gearbox, Main Bearing, Generators & Blades.
Supervising and active onsite in Lifting operations.
Mechanical Safe system of work planning.
Electrical/Mechanical scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities on varied wind turbines.
Coordinate and accomplish defined service operations and/or resolve product issues on customers equipment.
Assisting in the completion of contractual extra scopes of work
Support of service operations when not carrying out major component replacements.

Supervising the SGRE team members, 3rd party technicians, contractors, and sub-contractors for various required scope delivery.

Being responsible for the filing of maintenance certificates for subject to periodic inspections and the distribution thereof to stakeholders
Maintaining the traceability of equipment used in the Service Area
Being responsible for the logistic management of the shipping and collection of tooling equipment (packaging, shipping request, confirmation of receipt and, in the case of equipment that must be returned to the source, checking the status of equipment returns), as well as materials. To that end, they must coordinate with the Logistics & Parts manager, which is the role that manages the transport request
Supporting materials management specialist
Replacing elements that are unsuitable for the job and controlling their breakage rate
Valid liaison with the central warehouse to request special equipment required in the Service Area to carry out an activity
Responsible for preparing toolkits for major component, signing the Compliance Act of the delivered equipment, and attaching all the calibration/safety documentation thereof.

Kvalifikationer och erfarenheter
Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av att arbeta elektriskt, tekniskt eller mekaniskt. Teknisk utbildning inom el, hydraulik eller mekanik eller liknande är meriterande. Erfarenhet inom vindkraft ich liknande arbetsuppgifter är starkt meriterande. Du är bekväm med ett fysiskt arbete på hög höjd och du trivs bra i en resande tekniker roll. Dina datorkunskaper är goda och du uttrycker dig obehindrat i svenska samt har goda kunskaper i engelska. B-körkort är ett krav.

Our new Quality Manager in Projects (QMiP) position will be responsible for the Onshore Area Nordics in SE NE&ME; Onshore and will drive the following activities:
Represent the function of Quality in the Service Operations teams integrating the flow of information between the project and the quality functions of the different departments, ensuring that they are informed, aligned with quality targets.
Drive visibility of issues and risks relating to non-conformances and cost and ensure successful implementation of non-conformances and non-conformances cost reporting and coordination according to internal standards to drive down cost of poor quality.
Develop, control, and ensure the implementation and improvement of a project-specific QM system documented in the project quality plan.
Lead problem-solving activities (cost reducing improvement measures) to resolve technical and process related NCC by using a structured approach (8D methodology)
Provide the Project team with the quality related processes and tools (e.g., Problem Solving, NC reporting)
Ensure that any NCs handed over from BU ON are handled and assigned correctly within the BU SE
Planning and coordination of audit /inspections within assigned area of responsibility including regular follow up on detected measure to ensure timely close out.
Ensure implementation of Quality Gate review according to internal process

Secure available documentation and check lists are available in provided platform

Responsibilities
· Processes payroll specific transactions, such as timecards, direct deposit elections, commission, pension and / or benefit and bonus processing and allowance payments.
· Processes routine payrolls for one or more organizational units or pay groups.
· Assists with creation, transmission and processing of routine data files such as time files, payroll account files or service providers´ data files between various business partners.
· Maintains routine time reporting or accrual systems and processes.
· Perform random calculation and ensure that incorrect pay slips are adjusted accordingly from the outsourcing provider
· Prepares and distributes various payroll reports for clients and management.
· Responds to inquiries from clients or employees related to payroll and administration.
· Processes garnishment orders, withholding orders or levels including facilitating payments to agencies.
· Completes company specific payroll configurations and analyses for specific business cases, i.e., for mergers, acquisitions or integrations.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Education, Experience and Abilities
· 3+ years of payroll processing experience, preferably in a global environment
· Experience with payroll software like ADP, Oracle, Workday, Ceridian, Kronos etc.
· Knowledge of employment and tax law, social security, governmental reporting and basic understanding of accounting principles

Working closely with country HR teams, external payroll provider and Global HR Payroll manager, the focus of this role lies on updating and providing accurate employee data to ensure the quality of the payroll cycle in accordance with country, state, municipal, and union regulations for the assigned countries.

Responsibilities
· Processes payroll specific transactions, such as timecards, direct deposit elections, commission, pension and / or benefit and bonus processing and allowance payments.
· Processes routine payrolls for one or more organizational units or pay groups.
· Assists with creation, transmission and processing of routine data files such as time files, payroll account files or service providers´ data files between various business partners.
· Maintains routine time reporting or accrual systems and processes.
· Perform random calculation and ensure that incorrect pay slips are adjusted accordingly from the outsourcing provider
· Prepares and distributes various payroll reports for clients and management.
· Responds to inquiries from clients or employees related to payroll and administration.
· Processes garnishment orders, withholding orders or levels including facilitating payments to agencies.
· Completes company specific payroll configurations and analyses for specific business cases, i.e., for mergers, acquisitions or integrations.
· Support transformation project as required

Required Knowledge, Skills, Education, Experience and Abilities
· 3+ years of payroll processing experience, preferably in a global environment
· Experience with payroll software like ADP, Oracle, Workday, Ceridian, Kronos etc.
· Knowledge of employment and tax law, social security, governmental reporting and basic understanding of accounting principles
· Proactive, flexible, assertive, with a creative approach to problem-solving
· Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to adapt communication styles for the appropriate audience
· Detailed oriented and accurate working style with the ability to meet deadlines
· Ability to set priorities and respect for the confidentiality of payroll information
· Legally authorized for employment in assigned country
· Fluent in English, verbal and written
· Intermediate level Excel skills

Our Project Managers are realizing the contracts for windfarms that have been signed between Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy (SGRE) and the customer. The typical contracts include manufacture, transport and installation up to final commissioning of wind turbines at the customers project site.

In this role you will have the full responsibility for execution of Onshore Wind projects in United Kingdom, Ireland, Finland, and Scandinavia. You will coordinate the overall planning of the projects and decide on allocation of resources. You will monitor milestones and adherence to budgets, and initiate actions to minimize non-conformance cost. In addition, your responsibilities will include the managing and coordination of all temporarily assigned project staff.
Travelling to customer sites and our headquarters in Brande, Denmark can be expected approximately on a monthly basis.

The EMiS supports the Service Operation Manager and has the overall authority for defining HSE arrangements and ensuring these are communicated to the management team and site execution teams. What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for a candidate with preferably at least 3-5 years of experience in an HSE advisor / manager role.
You can successfully demonstrate a solid knowledge in international, local/national HSE regulations and HSE compliance obligations.
Ideally you have gained experience working within a multicultural environment. Your experience should have been gained working in renewables, electricity distribution, oil and gas industry or a similar heavily regulated industry.
You should be a naturally confident speaker and love the flexibility and challenges that the role offers you. As travel forms part of the role, a full driver’s license is required.
The working language will be both English and Swedish.
We also expect an excellent level of fitness – there will be regular climbing involved in monitoring work teams in Wind Turbines- and the ability to work within a process environment, process improvement and to promote a healthy and safe working environment.
A strong knowledge of the MS Office package is a must, as well as a sound understanding of the local legislative HSE requirements.
Some traveling will be required for this position.

As Quality Manager in Projects you will join a group of highly skilled and engaged colleagues responsible for driving our zero-defect culture and to deliver quality support to SGRE construction, installation and service activities in Northern & Eastern Europe and Middle East (NE&ME;).

The Quality Manager in Projects (QMIP) establishes the defined quality management system tailored/aligned to the project-specific requirements to ensure the quality in process and product quality in service/solution project to achieve customer satisfaction and business success. The QMIP will be an active part of the entire project lifecycle from securing a high quality of our sales process to the service of the Wind Turbine for the customer. The Quality Manager (QM) plan/leads/controls all project quality activities in close collaboration with project organization (incl. internal and external). You will be developing, implementing, and improving the project - specific QM system documented, and making sure that quality reporting is incorporated as an integrated part of the project reporting.
As we are looking for a highly experienced candidate the expectation is that this QMIP will be able work as a mentor to other less experienced QMIP’s and to advice on quality methodologies/tools and act as a role model in ensuring high quality standard is being kept in the projects, including any trainings needed for the team.
The QMIP ensures cross-functional cooperation with Procurement, Logistics, R&D, Manufacturing and relevant suppliers to achieve quality business goals.

We are now recruiting a Service Technician to our Rottneros hub, south of Sunne. We are looking for someone who would appreciate to work primarily on our new sales success SG 5.X, but also on different turbine types.
As a Service Technician you will perform troubleshooting, maintenance and inspections on the customers wind turbine sites.
Some of your key tasks will include but not be limited to:
The main tasks of the service technician are to perform mainly pre-defined technical tasks, for example, basic commissioning of products and systems, integration of components to a system, basic engineering, maintenance jobs, and support customers remotely and onsite.
As a service technician you will perform work task assigned by Site Lead and execute scheduled and corrective maintenance on windfarms with main focus on wind turbines and related equipment.
The service technician will plan their own work and transportation within the assigned task and responsible for reporting the completed work, time used for the task, problem/fault/issues found while working in the sites.
This position provides the opportunity to make use of your knowledge within electricity and mechanics where you independently can solve problems on site to ensure high operational reliability and provide excellent service to our customers. Ensuring that on-site work is always carried out with safety as the highest priority. For electrical work, we work according to the Swedish electrical standard (SS-EN 50110-1).

Our Senior Project Managers are realizing the contracts for windfarms that have been signed between Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy (SGRE) and the customer. The typical contracts would include manufacture, transport, and installation up to final commissioning of wind turbines at the customers project site.
The Senior Project Manager will be where everything comes together, and we make green energy a reality. You will interact closely with construction sites and ensure every puzzle piece fits together so we realize these projects in time. You will consult with customers on technical solutions.
In this role the Senior Project Manager will have the full responsibility for execution of Onshore Wind projects in Sweden, possibly from other countries as well. This will include coordinating the overall planning of the projects and decide on allocation of resources. You will monitor milestones and adherence to budgets, and initiate actions to minimize non-conformance cost.
The projects will have a core project team of 8-12 people, which will all work towards the same goal, to successfully complete the projects in the highest standard. As Operations manager, you will be responsible for the Service Operations at assigned Wind Turbine sites within SGRE AB Sweden mainly in the North of Sweden, ensuring the profitability of the operations while fulfilling the contractual obligations and building excellent customer relations.
Your main tasks include the overall responsibility for planning, coordination to set up a new project or maintain an existing contract. With the support team you will support the resource planning of site staff at a Hub or sites circa 22 people, competence development, work schedules, recruitments. This also includes leading the projects according to long- and short-term goals, strategies and directives received from the Area Service Manager.
You will be fulfilling the contractual requirements towards customers, establishing, and maintaining excellent customer relations and a high level of customer satisfaction. This also includes fulfilment of the assigned budget as well as forecasting and reporting of operations on sites. On the sites you will be responsible for coordination, planning and strategy for the execution of maintenance, operation, and technical operations. You will lead the EHS initiatives, being visible when carrying out site visits, SWAT’s, safety campaigns, supporting incident investigations and being accountable for all safety topics.
Finally, you will follow closely the continuous improvements regarding productivity, KPI’s and other related targets on all sites.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for a candidate with 3-5 years project management in the technical / Service operations environment and experience running or setting up operational projects. A technical degree is a plus.
The successful candidate is familiar with PMI and APM and is preferable to be qualified in project management techniques. You should have experience in the wind industry or similar industries, especially within service and operations would be preferable.
You are highly customer focused and have excellent communication skills. You are focused on getting good results and will go above and beyond to achieve them. Through your leadership you create trustworthy relationships with all relevant stakeholders. You speak and write English fluently, Swedish is an advantage and placement is preferably Östersund Area but Stockholm considered.

As part of our growing organization, we are seeking an EHS advisor to support the EHS Manager and operations teams in the maintenance and operation of our Onshore wind turbine sites. Our team consists of 12 EHS professionals spread across Northern Europe, and you will be based in Solna near Stockholm.

The EHS Advisor will be responsible for promoting the #HomeSafe EHS culture, proactively monitoring and assessing EHS performance, implementing improvement plans, and providing extensive support on legislative and industry specific EHS topics. This is to ensure successful and safe operations and compliance with all applicable laws, standards and site/hub specific guidelines.
You will influence proactive change by coaching management and employees to ensure delivery of applicable SGRE, customer and local requirements. You will contribute to ensuring that all incidents and near misses are recorded, reported and investigated in accordance with company procedures. Hereafter all corrective actions are identified, implemented, monitored, and reviewed.
The position is onshore based and travel between the sites within the SFB region will be routine, often necessitating overnight stays. Limited European travel may also be required. The role will involve interface and collaboration with internal stakeholders across the business, third party contractors and customers.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for a candidate with 2-5 years of experience in an EHS advisor role and/or a degree in electrical engineering or similar field. Your experience should ideally have been gained working in renewables, electricity distribution or a similar heavily regulated industry. Certification to GWO BST and/or ESA 19/SFS 6002 in electrical safety is an advantage.
A strong knowledge of the MS Office package is a must, as well as a sound understanding of the local legislative EHS requirements.
You should be a naturally confident speaker and love the flexibility and challenges that the role offers you. As travel forms part of the role, a full driver’s license is required. The working language will be English, however as the main scope of the work will be in Sweden, it would be advantageous that you speak and write Swedish fluently.
