Ansvara för ordrar ut till kund; att rätt varor av högsta kvalité plockas inom utsatt tid för avlämning till vårt rider team
Inleverans av varor, inventering samt säkerställa att butiken upprätthåller god standard
Hjälpa vårt rider team med att ibland hoppa upp på elcykeln för att leverera orders

Understand and suggest strategies to improve UX, conversion funnel and basket size.

This will also include packing orders and making sure that it's a nice and clean environment to work in. As a Supervisor you are an extremely important part of the company - you are the one that has an overview of the processes by making sure it runs smoothly and that our customers orders are accurate and fresh! You will work in close collaboration with our Store Manager and work hands-on with our picker and rider process.

Supervisor Role


We are Kavall & we give you fresh groceries on-demand. Delivering groceries in 10 minutes was up until recently unimaginable, but we believe that is how it should be, giving you what you want when you need it. We are looking for a Supervisor that will be a part of our team in Stockholm. Your responsibility will be having an overview of our processes with the store pickers and riders. This will also include packing orders and making sure that it's a nice and clean environment to work in. As a Supervisor you are an extremely important part of the company - you are the one that has an overview of the processes by making sure it runs smoothly and that our customers orders are accurate and fresh! You will work in close collaboration with our Store Manager and work hands-on with our picker and rider process.


What you will do (but not exclusively)..
You will be supervising our pickers and riders.
Support pickers and riders to make sure processes are efficient.
Help onboarding of new pickers and riders.
Responsibility for the accuracy in both item-level as freshness of pick and packing the orders sent to our customers.
Not scared to jump on a bike if the rider team needs it.
You will pack & deliver orders to the customer.
You will supervise & develop the team together with the Store Manager.



Requirements:
Previous experience in similar environments such as. Retail/Warehouse/Groceries .
Hands-on mentality and detail oriented.
A fast-paced environment does not detract from your quality of work.
Good communication skills in both Swedish and English.

About Kavall

Kavall is currently in the process of a hyper expansion. We are constantly opening new stores and need an operative Store Launcher to be a key member in our expansion team! As a Store Launcher you will be responsible for building up our new stores. You will make sure our construction runs smoothly by engaging in the building up process of new stores. Key tasks will include building shelves, constructing the layout of the store in order for the operations to run smoothly, receiving deliveries of fridges and other store essentials e.t.c. We need a DO:er who has a hands on approach and wants to be a part setting up new stores, and has no problem engaging in the building tasks!
Responsibilities:
In cooperation with the expansion team you will be responsible for the Kavalls expansion in new locations.
Hands on work within setting up stores.
Organising the layout of the store in order for processes to run smoothly.
Working on-site receiving deliveries, building shelves, moving equipment around e.t.c. in order for the store to be ready for launch.
Travel to new locations around Sweden and Scandinavia where we expand our business, to help build up our darkstores , store by store.

Requirements:
A DO:er who likes practical work such as building and construction.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration or related field.
3+ years of experience working as a Supply Chain Manager, Demand Planner or similar - preferably with FMCG.

Butiken är öppen från 07.00-23.00, och vi leverer orders under hela denna period.
Ställa upp och hjälpa till att packa orders ifall pickers teamet behöver extra hjälp.

This role is all about providing operational support to riders, warehouse-workers and to undertake all necessary duties to ensure successful performance and excelled experience in every touchpoint.

3+ years of experience working as a Supply Chain Manager, Demand Planner or similar - preferably with FMCG.
