Din roll

Det här är du
Vi söker dig som har minst 1 års erfarenhet (men gärna mer) från liknande roll inom HR och relevant utbildningsbakgrund inom HR.
Du bör ha arbetat självständigt med lönefrågor och löneadministration och ha god kunskap i kollektivavtal, arbetsrätt och lagar inom området. Kunskap inom pension- och försäkringsfrågor värderar vi också högt.
Du har god systemförståelse och har arbetat i HR-system (gärna Workday). Dina kunskaper i O365 och särskilt i Excel är mycket goda.
För att trivas i rollen som HR Generalist är du en person som trivs med att arbeta i en föränderlig miljö med högt tempo. The Risk Management Information analyst is a role in the Enterprise Risk Management department. You will be working in a vital area of Santander´s risk strategy where your daily job will involve collaboration across the different departments inside Risk as well as with other functions outside Risk, such as Finance, Collections, IT and HQ (among others).

Main activities

Data analytics and use of BI tools for reporting automation.
Applying IFRS9 regulation to implement internal policies, financial reporting needs and memos to support accounting IFRS9 decisions related to loan losses.
Preparation and performance of ad hoc analysis for reporting to relevant stakeholders, including management, HQ and auditors.
Developing common, documented, best practice ways of working for closing and forecasting processes
Solving delivery and sourcing challenges in a common way and working with teams to build on the future common data infrastructure
Working together with Risk and Business Units regarding IFRS9 regarding loan losses and in ad hoc projects.
Delivery on internal control methodology (including SOX), and upkeep of our risk data quality environment and compliance with BCBS 239.

Your qualifications and experience:
Minimum 4 years experience in the financial industry within Risk, Analytics or Finance (analyst vs senior analyst).
Proven experience in analysing and creating accounting memos on IFRS9 Loan Losses.
Audit experience in relation to IFRS9.
Intermediate to advanced SAS and/or programming skills (certification will be an advantage).
Advance Excel macro and VBA knowledge is an advantage.
Understanding of credit risk fundamentals.
Experience with Internal controls: identification, documentation, assessment, mitigation, monitoring etc.
Proven record of creating budgeting and forecasting processes in the financial industry (focus on the risk area is an advantage).
Knowledge of data warehouse concepts and structures.
Master’s or Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
You need a valid residence /work permit for any of the Nordic countries.

Your tasks include:
Be accountable and responsible for oversight and control of cyber and technology risk (as 2nd line in the Three Lines of Defence governance model).
Ensure completion of the Risk Self-Assessment and Thematic Evaluation process for cyber and technology risks and provide oversight and control of the outputs from all Nordic units across the 1st and 2nd lines of defense.
Provide continuous oversight and assurance of cyber and technology risk KPIs and KRIs to ensure effective management of cyber and technology risk by the 1st line of defense.
Keep oversight and control of technology and cyber risk policies, procedures and processes via agreed governance processes.
Review and challenge all cyber and technology risk-related documents or reports given to senior management team prior to submission.
Overview all Cyber Security (IT) initiatives and IA recommendations related to technology or cyber risks.
Promote and communicate cyber and technology-related risk assessment in line with the need to protect the institution by means of a robust cyber and technology risk oversight and control environment.
Work with relevant stakeholders and provide education and awareness of cyber risk assessment, cyber risk control and remediation to ensure consistent messages and support for the development of a cyber-security culture.
Escalate to management situations of concern from a technology and cyber control and remediation standpoint, or that may mean a violation of the defined limits for the entity’s risk appetite or strategy.
Lead or participate in the development and implementation of initiatives within non-financial risk.

Skills & Requirements

Technical knowledge of information-security principles, including risk assessment and management, application security and operating system hardening.

Din roll
I rollen som Senior HR Business Partner ingår du i ett engagerat och passionerat nordiskt HR-team bestående av 23 personer. Din viktigaste uppgift blir att stötta en av organisationens funktioner i att nå sina affärs- och verksamhetsmål och du coachar och vägleder chefer i alla HR-processer. Vi kommer att ha stort fokus på det goda ledarskapet och du kommer vara involverad i det arbetet.
HRBP-teamet arbetar mycket nära kärnverksamheten och du har ett aktivt samarbete med chefer och övriga HR-kollegor i Norden. HR-organisationen har förutom HRBP-teamet även ett team med HR Operations specialister i varje land.
Primära ansvarsområden:
Arbeta brett inom hela HR-området med både strategiska, taktiska och operativa frågor.
Ansvara som Business Partner för en av bankens funktioner.
Arbeta konsultativt i nära samarbete med ledare i frågor som t.ex. arbetsrätt, lönesättning och -revision, strategisk personalplanering och arbetsmiljö.
Tillsammans med övriga i HR-teamet hantera och driva MBL-förhandlingar och annan samverkan med de fackliga organisationerna.

Resor till de nordiska länderna kan förekomma i mindre omfattning.

Din roll
I rollen som Senior HR Business Partner ingår du i ett engagerat och passionerat nordiskt HR-team bestående av 23 personer. Din viktigaste uppgift blir att stötta en av organisationens funktioner i att nå sina affärs- och verksamhetsmål och du coachar och vägleder chefer i alla HR-processer. Vi kommer att ha stort fokus på det goda ledarskapet och du kommer vara involverad i det arbetet.
HRBP-teamet arbetar mycket nära kärnverksamheten och du har ett aktivt samarbete med chefer och övriga HR-kollegor i Norden. HR-organisationen har förutom HRBP-teamet även ett team med HR Operations specialister i varje land.
Primära ansvarsområden:
Arbeta brett inom hela HR-området med både strategiska, taktiska och operativa frågor.
Ansvara som Business Partner för en av bankens funktioner.
Arbeta konsultativt i nära samarbete med ledare i frågor som t.ex. arbetsrätt, lönesättning och -revision, strategisk personalplanering och arbetsmiljö.

Det här är du
Vi söker dig som har minst 8 års erfarenhet från liknande roll inom HR och relevant utbildningsbakgrund inom HR/personal. Du har erfarenhet av att arbeta i globala organisationer och kan växla mellan strategisk, taktisk och operativ nivå.
Du har god systemförståelse och har arbetat i HR-system (gärna Workday) samt gärna system för befattningsvärdering. Dina kunskaper i Excel är goda.

What you will need to be successful
Education
Preferred Master´s Degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field. Bachelor´s degree required. Any certification on CIA, CISA, CRMA or CFSA will be a plus.
Knowledge
· Comprehensive working knowledge of auditing, assurance and risk management, with focus on consumer protection and regulatory compliance requirements within financial sector institutions in the Nordic region.
· Knowledge or sound understanding of AML/CTF regulation and COSO frameworks is a plus.
· Understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley related requirements is a plus.

The Nordic Reporting team is looking to strengthen the team with a highly motivated candidate that thrives in a changing environment. The team oversees financial reporting within Statutory and Management on local and Bank level, with reporting responsibilities to internal stakeholders and external authorities.
The Nordic Reporting team is part of the Nordic Accounting Control function within Finance, supplemented by the Nordic Accounting and Financial Quality & Assurance teams.
Main objective for the team are to deliver accurate and timely reporting, in accordance with applicable definitions and guidelines. The role also entails an eye for continuous improvement and automation of processes in order to streamline and adapt reporting processes to applicable guidelines.
We are now looking for candidates to strengthen the Reporting team with a Reporting specialist within the statutory area of the team. The role entails a close cooperation with the Nordic Accounting Control function, as well as other support functions within Santander Nordics, in order to proactively implement and adhere to changes in reporting requirements. To be successful in the role you are a team player that is eager to help the team as a whole to reach deadlines and thrives in a fast pace and changing environment that requires good communication skills with a variety of stakeholders within the Bank.
As a Reporting Specialist, your main tasks will be:
Preparation of consolidated periodic reporting templates to HQ, ensure consistency with regulatory requirements as well as contact for queries from HQ
Ensuring timely & accurate delivery of statutory reporting on Bank and Local level
Preparing financial statements for the Nordics
Participate and deliver on Reporting related projects and adhere to reporting requirement implementation
Work collaboratively with Nordic Accounting Control to drive consistency, simplification and digitalization/automation of reporting
