Job Description
Vattenfall is looking for a Senior Security and Resilience Risk Officer to Corporate Security & Resilience. The location of this position is in Arenastaden, Solna.

The main task of the function is to provide governance and operational support throughout the Vattenfall Group to ensure mitigation of security related risks as well as regulatory compliance in the countries where we operate.
The Senior Security and Resilience Risk Officer will report to the Director Security & Resilience and be a part of the Security & Resilience sub-unit where the main responsibilities are;
Identification, coordination and adaptation of security and resilience risks, including other closely related risks to ensure an all-risk assessment overview.
Alignment with the Group risk function
Maintenance of the risk inventory and associated processes in close coordination with the business and staff functions
Participation in risk quantification and aggregation
Provision of reports and data analysis
Ensure risk system continuous maintenance and improvement
Contribute to the implementation of the CER directive in Vattenfall.



Qualifications
University degree (data management, economics, risk management or similar)
At least 7 years of practical experience in Enterprise Risk Management, or similar
Good understanding of methodologies and models for risk management
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Fluent in English.

Meritorious experience
Experience from GDPR and Swedish Protective Security Act
Experience from the energy business
ISO22301, ISO 27000, ISO 31000 understanding
A good understanding of one or more of our core company languages (Swedish, German or Dutch)

Would you like to work together with colleagues from various security and resilience disciplines in an English-speaking team and support our business units in Sweden, the Netherlands, Germany and the UK?
The Vattenfall Business Area (BA) Heat is looking for a motivated and active Business Area Resilience Officer based in Solna, Sweden!
In this role, a variety of tasks await you. As member of the BA Heat Security & Resilience organization, you will support the business in managing related risks. You will develop and implement suitable processes in line with Vattenfall governance for BA Heat. You will get to know our various (district) heating activities in Northern Europe on site and connect with important stakeholders to improve resilience. As a Senior Expert, you will be the responsible and contact person for overarching activities related to resilience, reporting directly to the Director Security & Resilience.
Your main tasks:
Implementing a business continuity management system across the BA in line with internal and external requirements
Maintaining a resilience toolkit, including but not limited to, Business Impact Analysis and Business Continuity Plan templates and relevant training material
Ensuring that an appropriate incident management structure is in place
Planning exercises to test both business continuity planning and incident management
Coordination and support to critical areas of the business (i.e. IT/OT)
Alignment with related functions (i.e. security and risk management)





Qualifications


To succeed as Business Area Resilience Officer you should have:
Extensive experience in an advisory capacity
Experience in business continuity, civil defence and/or incident management or related field (i.e. security, risk management, quality management, etc.)
Experience in applying relevant ISO standards (ISO 22301, 31000)
Experience in managing resilience for Operators of Essential Services in the NIS and CER ecosystem
Completed studies on Bachelor's level or equal work life experience.
Fluent in Swedish and English (both written and oral)
Willingness to travel occasionally in Northern Europe
Relevant certification / training is an advantage.
