WHAT YOU WILL DO
Develop, and implement integrations between internal and external systems using Azure integration services, such as Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, and Azure API Management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Implement error handling, exception management, and monitoring mechanisms to ensure the integrity and stability of the integration layer.
Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions to ensure the smooth operation of integrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process automation and optimization through integration.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure integration technologies, trends, and best practices to drive innovation and improve overall system efficiency.

WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Extensive experience in implementing integrations using Azure integration services, such as Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Functions, and API Management.
Strong understanding of integration patterns, protocols, and standards (e.g., REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
Proficiency in Java programming language.
Familiarity with Azure cloud services (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS) & Azure DevOps.
Solid understanding of security and authentication mechanisms.
Knowledge of message queuing, pub-sub architecture, and event-driven integration.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile development environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Azure certifications, such as Azure Developer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect.
Knowledge of data integration and ETL concepts.

Provide clear and concise Network Architectures using native Cloud, on-prem DC, third party network and security appliances.

WHO YOU ARE

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a talented individual to support the DTC (direct to consumer) business across Fenix Outdoor brands, e-commerce and brick and mortar channels throughout Europe. The role of Merchandise Planner will be responsible for creating and maintaining product plans along with updating forecasts to measure success within the business, as well as taking responsibility for distribution and in-season management of inventory between our European Brand Retail stores and ecom business.
As we step into a new phase of expanding both our store and online footprint across Europe, we see this role as an integral support to the business.
This is a full time, hybrid position and will be based in Stockholm, Sweden. You will be reporting directly to the Senior Merchandise Manager.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Working with Buyers and Retail Operations to identify Inventory opportunities based on seasonal trends and geographic location.
Communicate with Merchandising, Planning, Logistics and Operations to inform order flow for initial sets and in season replenishment.
Use key metrics and reports to assess risks and opportunities with forecast accuracy, sell-thru, inventory stock levels, sales trends, and margin rates.
Collaborate with merchandising and allocation team to determine the flow of inventory to align with the brand strategy.
Build replenishment models to capitalize on the customer's experience in store and online.
Create Pre-Season and In-Season Purchase orders to manage inventory positions by channel.
Aid in the execution of the DTC strategy by optimizing the available inventory.
Provide recommendations to enhance and streamline processes.
Track product performance at the POS level through E-Commerce and Brick and Mortar.
Read and understand sales reporting to create strategy to improve customer engagement.
Build and enhance reporting tools to optimize our business management.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a talented individual to support our DTC (direct to consumer) business across Fenix Outdoor brands divisions e-commerce and brick & mortar channels throughout Europe. We see this role, Retail Buyer, as an integral part of our merchandise team. The buyer will take the lead in business strategy working to build upon our processes as we step into a new phase of expanding both our store and online footprint across Europe.
This is a full time, hybrid position based in Stockholm, Sweden. You will be reporting directly to the Senior Merchandise Manager.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Presentation of well-balanced seasonal assortments to stakeholders with relevancy to specific markets and sales channels.
Manage admin email account and assist stores, customer service and brand managers with enquiries.
Communication of stock flow to the retail stores.
Creation, follow up and regulation of orders in conjunction with allocations and planning to optimise product flow within the group.
Maintaining seasonal pricelists across all brands and sales channels.
Maintain weekly sales and stock reporting across brands and channels.
Assist with statistics in monthly/quarterly & yearly reporting.
Keeping continuous communication across departments about stock situation and flag for sales opportunities.
Working with store allocations and planning team to ensure stock availability for replenishment to stores is in alignment with expectations.
Working with the current systems Microsoft Dynamics, Medius, Qlikview to facilitate such tasks as: data input and integration, master scheduling, vendor changes, price lists, order allocation, data uploads, credits & returned goods, season preparation and approval, ensure items are retrievable in retail systems and ready to sell within the relevant time frame, PO validation.
Sales data analysis, monthly and seasonal reporting.
Invoice matching, handling store credits & returns and working with customer service, operations and warehouse teams to co-ordinate and perform tasks accordingly.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
In more detail you will focus on the following:
Develop our DevOps culture and principles in the network engineering and operations area.
Create a best practice network security concept to all our network solutions. covering Retail stores, warehouses, offices, Data center and Cloud Data center
Be responsible for defining a product strategy and align it with Digital Tech and Business strategy.
Own the architecture and shape the roadmap for the Network and Telecom area covering all parts of the products e.g., WAN, WLAN, LAN, VoIP, Dot1x, SD-WAN, SASE.
Prioritizes and maintains the backlog for assigned products and incorporate feature requests into product roadmap.
Provide clear and concise Network Architectures using native Cloud, on-prem DC, third party network and security appliances.
Recommend and drive implementation of system enhancements that will improve the performance of our enterprise networks for reliability.
Own and manage budget segment Network & Telecom.
Own and manage relationships with vendors/Partners.
Work towards getting the Network and Telecom area into a modern and self-serviced architecture.
Interact and work with internal- and vendor teams on different projects.
Enable a global standardized end to end network architecture.
Evaluate new network technology solutions, working in partnership with an external network team and engaging internal resources and third-party vendors.



WHO YOU ARE
We think you could be a great match for the position if you possess the following experiences:
Demonstrated success as a leader working with Network solutions for the last three years.
You have minimum three years of hands-on network engineering skills and an ability to combine business acumen with technical skills to deliver optimized Network & Telecom solutions.
If there was a black belt in project management and working agile, you’d have it.

On the technical side we want you to possess the following:
Minimum 3 years’ experience with advanced Network Architecture
Advanced knowledge of Network protocols and products e.g. TCP/IP, 802.1x, Load Balancing, IP Transport architectures
Advanced knowledge in Network Security, including Firewall, proxy, IPS, DDOS Protection, SASE
Strong technical skills in API design, security and high availability
Experience in designing and building Network solutions that include high availability, multi-region and multi-set architectures
Experience designing and building enterprise-wide Network Architecture for On-premises and hybrid deployments
Familiarity with majority of the big network vendors and their products (Aruba, Cisco, Extreme Networks)
Familiarity with monitoring tools (Splunk)
Basic understanding infrastructure as code

In this role you are responsible for developing and optimize logistics outbound flows, returns, and payments for our e-com channel. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Responsible for the e-com operations development in the following areas: outbound shipping (incl last mile solutions), return handling, payments, packaging etc.
Drive implementation of e-com/digital projects in above areas and be the glue between E-com, Logistics, Warehouse Ops, Finance and Customer Service teams
Project Manage different initiatives and ensure projects have a proper governance, are delivered with on time, on budget and on scope. Follow up on benefit realization post-project go-live.
Secure handover to all department teams of the process changes & secure ownership within the business teams
Support in defining business requirements, development specifications & UAT in projects
Create, end-to-end map and document routines and operational procedures for logistics, shipping, returns and payments related to current AS-IS set up and future developments
Establish strong ways of working with Logistics and Warehouse teams
Map out the post-order customer journey and experience for different markets, identify struggles, gaps and recommend actions to improve
Perform various analysis of internal data (e.g. customer complaints, carrier networks per market, prices) & assists in preparing business cases.
Perform various market research & competitor benchmarks in these areas and come forward with recommendations for improvement



WHO YOU ARE

We are thrilled to announce the 9th session of our Fenix Global Graduate program. Our Global Graduate program offers a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to apply, develop and challenge your professional skills within a global organization.
At Fenix Outdoor, you are in the driver’s seat of your adventure. Our program is dynamic and adaptable and enables you to make your mark on our business success utilizing the unique talent and abilities you carry. You’ll have the chance to develop your understanding for the business, work in multinational teams and widen your network on a global scale.
Ready to take flight? Joining our group means joining forces with teams from around the world. Our former Global Graduates have had the exciting opportunity of traveling around the world to visit our locations, get a look up close at the business and challenge their abilities to perform on a truly global level.
Your adventure begins during 2022/23 and lasts for ten action packed months. Our headquarters is in Stockholm, Sweden, but we are looking for candidates from all locations and backgrounds. For this session, we are especially eager to speak with candidates that have experience in the North American market.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The program is divided into different phases. After the onboarding phase you will go into the exploration phase that has historically consisted of the following activities:
Participate in sales meetings and trade shows to get an understanding of our global sales organization and the outdoor industry
Visit our Brand offices and our retailers as well as our worldwide production sites to gain an understanding of their organizations and operations
Spend time gaining sales experience and product knowledge by working in our retail stores or sales companies
Jump into projects and teams in various offices and departments to support, learn and share knowledge
What happens after the program?
A critical key to success in our graduate program, is the ability and initiative to carve out your own path to success and determine where you best fit and can contribute at Fenix Outdoor Group. Expect support from our team throughout your journey, but, at the end of the day, you are the owner of your experience and responsible for the end result. If you are successful in the program you could land a permanent position within our group.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This position belongs to the production team and will be working in close cooperation with both our brands and the other centralized production and sourcing teams.
Expect to work closely with all other teams in the sourcing and production unit, the brands organizations and also participate in cross-functional collaborations with other departments, to identify new business opportunities that match our organization's identity.
This position will be in-person and could be based in Solna, Hong Kong, Ludwigslust, Almere or Örnsköldsvik as a part of our production team reporting to our Production Director.
Key responsibilities:
· Lead and manage a team of shipment coordinators
· Responsible for the shipping operations
· Ensure that the day-to-day operations run smoothly; schedule transports from factories to warehouses, follow-up on inbound receival, secure transport documentation
· Be the contact point between Warehouses, Forwarders and Production and Brands. Keep close communication to ensure that all is working towards the same goal and that all have the information they need.
· Oversee all inbound shipment activities, analyse shipping need according to purchase orders and volume forecasts, administrate air shipments needs in collaborations with the brands
· Communicate directly with brands or Brand Coordination Managers as necessary to answer questions, and relay shipping updates
· Close contact with warehouse managers/Global Supply Chain Director to forecast the inbound capacity need of the warehouse
· Communication with forwarders and vendors regarding shipments, documentation flow, invoicing
· Participate in CSR related projects with Warehouses and Forwarders
· Be updated with global development in shipping market/ports, cost development and other external factors that influence on the ability to deliver in time.

We are now searching for a Solutions Business Analyst to help us reach our digital tech and organizational goals. Our ideal candidate is analytically minded with a solution and customer focused mindset. In general, you’re attracted to digital topics and enjoy solving digital problems.
This position will have the opportunity to shape our future CRM eco-system, develop customer journeys and user stories and design effective solutions that support business success. Sound like an exciting challenge? We hope so!
This full-time role is located in Solna, SE or Hamburg, DE and will report to digital Product Owner, Frederik Görander.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Responsibilities for this position include:
Take part of shaping the vision for the future CRM eco-system for Fenix Outdoor
Understand and translate the user needs and wants into customer journeys and user stories
Analyze and design effective solutions to achieve business goals
Assessing the required time, cost, and impact of implementing the established backlog
Communicate, make transparent and keep track of cost, timing, and scope of developments, including the approval of the completed functionality.
Coordinate requirements and necessary changes with third parties.
Collaborate with developers, assess need for required additional development, determine and monitor process improvements and implement them.



WHO YOU ARE
Requirements for this position are:
You are a solution and customer focused with an inherent digital interest
Naturally a good listener, you process information quickly and accurately
Analytical thinking and problem solving are some of your best qualities
You are detail-oriented and capable of delivering high-quality consistent results
You can conduct cost/benefit analysis
You are no stranger to processes modeling. Draw.io and Visio
The past 3 years you have worked as a Business Analyst
You have experience working with eCommerce, preferably with sales and marketing applications
You are skilled in agile product development
Professionally proficient in English and German communication
A great sense of humor with the ability to see challenges as opportunities
