WHAT YOU WILL DO
Develop, and implement integrations between internal and external systems using Azure integration services, such as Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, and Azure API Management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Implement error handling, exception management, and monitoring mechanisms to ensure the integrity and stability of the integration layer.
Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions to ensure the smooth operation of integrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process automation and optimization through integration.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure integration technologies, trends, and best practices to drive innovation and improve overall system efficiency.

WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Extensive experience in implementing integrations using Azure integration services, such as Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Functions, and API Management.
Strong understanding of integration patterns, protocols, and standards (e.g., REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
Proficiency in Java programming language.
Familiarity with Azure cloud services (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS) & Azure DevOps.
Solid understanding of security and authentication mechanisms.
Knowledge of message queuing, pub-sub architecture, and event-driven integration.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile development environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Azure certifications, such as Azure Developer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect.
Knowledge of data integration and ETL concepts.

As Senior UX Designer you should enjoy working hands-on with UX processes and tasks. You will find our UX Designer developing the user experience and online user journeys based on brand experience ecosystem strategy and digital value propositions. Lead hands on development of holistic and seamless visual storytelling and brand experiences across channels and touchpoints
Lead the development and execution of photo shoots from creative ideation and concept to production
Lead, set up and maintain the relationship with Fjällräven collaborations and ensure that we know about and capture all relevant opportunities for authentic and relevant content and storytelling
Closely collaborate with other internal and external creatives like designers, copywriters, videographers or external content creators on the hands-on execution and production of visual experiences and content
Coach and mentor more junior video or motion artists or external content creators on the team



WHO YOU ARE
At least six years experience in creative & content production team management in a multi-country environment within a company or on agency side
Degree in media, communications, interactive media or equivalent experience
3+ years experience in leading teams of 3+ people
Track record of launching impactful, worldclass digital content, campaigns and experiences for consumer brands on international level
Thorough knowledge and hands on experience of producing all kinds of digital assets from photography to video and large amounts of product assets
A strategic mindset and creative approach to problem solving
Ability to thrive in an agile environment and manage conflicting priorities
Excellent organization and project management skills
Excellent risk management skills and the ability to anticipate potential challenges
Efficient and productive manner, prioritizing own work and that of the team based on business and team objectives
Staying cool under pressure and ensuring the right balance/capacity to deliver on varied demands of the business whilst protecting the wider production and creative team
Fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business as well as external production partners

What you'll do
Set up and support the sales and purchase plan process, as well as support in analysis
Support B2B platform (together with Global Commercial Manager develop B2B commerce)
Support Commercial manager in ad hoc sales analysis for B2B and B2C business
Build dashboards in PowerBI to monitor commercial and sales insights
Manage and improve Customer approval process
Monitor sales companies act according to Order guidelines
Support OKR process
Analyze and share what’s on ‘Free to sell’ weekly/bi-weekly to sales companies
Ensure close cooperation with the local markets to secure a good balance between a local and global perspective.

Who you are
At least three years in data analytics / developing User insights
Experience working with consumer user centric Brands; preference that this includes data sets from different geographies
Relevant analytical degree e.g. Mathematic/ statistics, computer science, engineering
Experience developing insights from both external research and internal data sources for commercial, teams
Experience from working in international organizations covering/supporting several markets
Logical thinker with ‘data mindset’
Ability to express analytical findings simply with clear 'so what' recommendations for what the business needs to do differently:
Solid foundational data manipulation skills
Correlation & factor Analysis
Time series analysis & “Recent Frequency Value” modelling
Basket analysis
Experience of using SPSS & SAS (basic usage, data manipulation)

ABOUT THE ROLE
This position belongs to the production team and will be working in close cooperation with both our brands and the other centralized production and sourcing teams.
Expect to work closely with all other teams in the sourcing and production unit, the brands organizations and also participate in cross-functional collaborations with other departments, to identify new business opportunities that match our organization's identity.
This position will be in-person and could be based in Solna, Hong Kong, Ludwigslust, Almere or Örnsköldsvik as a part of our production team reporting to our Production Director.
Key responsibilities:
· Lead and manage a team of shipment coordinators
· Responsible for the shipping operations
· Ensure that the day-to-day operations run smoothly; schedule transports from factories to warehouses, follow-up on inbound receival, secure transport documentation
· Be the contact point between Warehouses, Forwarders and Production and Brands. Keep close communication to ensure that all is working towards the same goal and that all have the information they need.
· Oversee all inbound shipment activities, analyse shipping need according to purchase orders and volume forecasts, administrate air shipments needs in collaborations with the brands
· Communicate directly with brands or Brand Coordination Managers as necessary to answer questions, and relay shipping updates
· Close contact with warehouse managers/Global Supply Chain Director to forecast the inbound capacity need of the warehouse
· Communication with forwarders and vendors regarding shipments, documentation flow, invoicing
· Participate in CSR related projects with Warehouses and Forwarders
· Be updated with global development in shipping market/ports, cost development and other external factors that influence on the ability to deliver in time.
· Handling transport claims and insurance claims
WHO YOU ARE
Requirements:
· Bachelor or Master in Logistic/Supply Chain or similar
· 5 + years’ experience in related field
· System experience in related required systems
· Exceptional organizational skills and ability to delegate
· Pro active thinking
· Fluent in English
