Här kommer du att arbeta
Som Projektinköpare arbetar du utifrån de olika verksamheternas behov i allt från anbudsfas till genomförande av kundprojekt i olika kontraktsformer. Du deltar i att förbättra inköpsprocessen och utveckla inköp till en naturlig partner för verksamheten. Du kommer att ha ett tätt samarbete med andra inköpare, projektledare, jurister samt andra kommersiella funktioner inom Vattenfall.
Huvudsakliga ansvarsområden
Arbeta i anbudsprocessen tillsammans med anbudsingenjörer och projektledare
Genomföra inköp och upphandling av material, tjänster och entreprenader
Skapa och vårda leverantörsrelationer
Delta i att utveckla processer, arbetsformer och verktyg som stödjer inköpsprocessen för både inköp och verksamheten
Samverka med teknik och projektavdelningar inom verksamheten samt övriga kravställande enheter i Vattenfall

Kravspecifikation
För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du har:
Relevant teoretisk utbildning inom t.ex. teknik, ekonomi, inköp eller annan erfarenhet som bedöms likvärdig
Bred erfarenhet av upphandling av material, tjänster och entreprenader i avtalsformerna AB, ABT, AB-U, ABT-U och AMA
Minst 5 års erfarenhet av inköp och upphandling i anbudsprocesser
Gedigen erfarenhet av förhandlingar i komplexa organisationer
Flytande i Svenska & Engelska, muntligt och skriftligt.

Det är meriterande om du har:
Vana att leda utveckling av upphandlingsprocesser och verktyg
Ledarskapserfarenhet i roller?som teamledare eller projektledare
Erfarenhet inom energibranschen

Vattenfall has high growth plan for decentralized energy solutions, i.e. E-mobility , solar, energy storage, heat pumps, microgrids & smart homes. The new, climate-friendly digital solutions are projected an explosive growth in our markets and Vattenfall is determined to build a leading position in these business areas.
A business unit within Customer & Solutions, BU E-mobility, is now building our own Vattenfall charging network for electric vehicles – InCharge, now launched in Sweden, Netherlands and Germany. The main focus has been destination charging, but the business area for public/fast charging is emerging.
Moreover, several other units within C&S, Heat & Distribution are selling charge boxes as a core part of their bundled decentralised offering to Vattenfall’s core and emerging markets.
A key success factor to gain the position as market leader in the field of EV charging is cost-efficient, smart and coordinated sourcing of hardware, as well as an efficient, sustainable supply chain (including installation and Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services). We are now looking for the right person to further enhance our procurement activities in the area of E-mobility with the focus on the Sweden – a Strategic Buyer for Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE).
The position includes responsibility mainly for the Swedish part of EVSE procurement activities, including procurement strategies for recurring hardware tenders (both AC and DC), ad-hoc procurement of both hardware and installation (and O&M) for public tenders, supplier relationships, and keeping track of the market developments and standardization efforts in a new and immature market.
Due to the complex organization of Vattenfall, a large component of stakeholder relations is required. The strategic buyer will be part of the New Energy Solutions (NES) procurement team that is also responsible for Solar, Energy Storage, Hydrogen and Supply chain so tasks within these categories may also become relevant depending on the workload within the team. Furthermore, identifying and executing on synergies between these categories are key success factors for the NES team. A successful candidate needs to have (sufficient) technical understanding of the hardware as such, but first and foremost a business-oriented mindset, strong procurement and negotiation skills & a true interest in building the new, electrified transport sector.

Qualifications:

Procurement and sourcing experience is mandatory and working with Category Management is a merit
Business-oriented mindset with strong experience in sourcing and supply chain activities, documented track record of creating value and save cost across the supply chain
Good understanding of people and culture in working across multiple business functions and markets

Education:
Degree level qualification, ideally in either an engineering discipline or business administration
Post-graduate professional qualification in Business or Supply Chain desirable

Language:

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a talented individual to support our DTC (direct to consumer) business across Fenix Outdoor brands divisions e-commerce and brick & mortar channels throughout Europe. We see this role, Retail Buyer, as an integral part of our merchandise team. The buyer will take the lead in business strategy working to build upon our processes as we step into a new phase of expanding both our store and online footprint across Europe.
This is a full time, hybrid position based in Stockholm, Sweden. You will be reporting directly to the Senior Merchandise Manager.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Presentation of well-balanced seasonal assortments to stakeholders with relevancy to specific markets and sales channels.
Manage admin email account and assist stores, customer service and brand managers with enquiries.
Communication of stock flow to the retail stores.
Creation, follow up and regulation of orders in conjunction with allocations and planning to optimise product flow within the group.
Maintaining seasonal pricelists across all brands and sales channels.
Maintain weekly sales and stock reporting across brands and channels.
Assist with statistics in monthly/quarterly & yearly reporting.
Keeping continuous communication across departments about stock situation and flag for sales opportunities.
Working with store allocations and planning team to ensure stock availability for replenishment to stores is in alignment with expectations.
Working with the current systems Microsoft Dynamics, Medius, Qlikview to facilitate such tasks as: data input and integration, master scheduling, vendor changes, price lists, order allocation, data uploads, credits & returned goods, season preparation and approval, ensure items are retrievable in retail systems and ready to sell within the relevant time frame, PO validation.
Sales data analysis, monthly and seasonal reporting.
Invoice matching, handling store credits & returns and working with customer service, operations and warehouse teams to co-ordinate and perform tasks accordingly.

Samordnare med inriktning mot uppdragsutbildning till kompetensenheten

HR-avdelningens uppgift är att skapa förutsättningar för en arbetsgivarepolitik som stödjer Polismyndighetens chefer och medarbetare i att nå Polismyndighetens korta och långsiktiga mål.

Kompetensenheten består idag av de tre sektionerna grundutbildning, fort- och vidareutbildning samt utveckling och samordning, och är den enhet vid HR-avdelningen som har ansvar för Polismyndighetens utbildningsverksamhet. Detta innefattar grundutbildning till polis samt kompetensutveckling av befintliga anställda likväl som myndighetens biblioteks- och kunskapstjänst. Kompetensenheten har ca 500 medarbetare och är inne i ett spännande och intensivt tillväxt- och omställningsarbete där du kommer att vara en viktig del i att bidra till utvecklingen av vår nya organisation.

Din placering kommer att vara på sektionen utveckling och samordning. Sektionens uppdrag är att säkerställa ett strategiskt stöd för planering, styrning, utveckling samt ett administrativt stöd till enheten. På sektionen finns olika specialistkompetenser såsom verksamhetsutvecklare, strateger, upphandlingsansvariga och verksamhetskontrollers.

Det finns möjlighet att arbeta upp till två dagar i veckan hemifrån. Som statligt anställd på Polismyndigheten erbjuder vi även särskilda förmåner kring pension, föräldralön, friskvård m.m.
Arbetsbeskrivning
Kompetensenheten är för närvarande inne i en stor utvecklings- och omställningsprocess. Som avtalssamordnare är dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:
Framställa och kvalitetssäkra offertförfrågningar, avtal och underlag för upphandling av utbildningsinsatser
Ansvara för samordning och administration av avtal gällande i första hand uppdragsutbildning
Delta i planeringsarbete och utveckla rutiner för området

I ditt arbete förväntas du samverka med sektionen för fort- och vidareutbildning samt andra intressenter inom myndigheten.
Kvalifikationer
Vi söker dig som har:
Relevant akademisk utbildning eller annan eftergymnasial utbildning med inriktning mot upphandling/inköp, ekonomi, juridik eller annan, för tjänsten, relevant utbildning. Alternativt att du har motsvarande förvärvad erfarenhet som kan bedömas likvärdigt
Något eller några års aktuell arbetslivserfarenhet inom för anställningen relevant område, företrädesvis från offentlig sektor såsom tex Skolverket eller från högskolesektorn
God erfarenhet och kunskaper kring MS Office-paketet

Du behöver ha mycket god förmåga att uttrycka dig på svenska i tal och skrift
Vi ser det som meriterande om du utöver ovan även har:
Relevant erfarenhet och/eller kunskaper kring upphandlingar enligt lagen om offentlig upphandling (LOU)
Erfarenhet av utvecklingsarbete, framtagande av nya rutiner, nya arbetssätt eller motsvarande
Erfarenhet av att arbeta med uppdragsutbildning som beställare

Vi söker dig som är driven, serviceinriktad, initiativrik och gillar utveckling. Rollen ställer krav på att du kan arbeta självständigt och driva dina egna ärenden samtidigt som du har god samarbetsförmåga. Vidare har du en god analytisk förmåga och ett strukturerat arbetssätt med kvalitetsmedvetenhet i fokus.
