Om tjänsten
Nu söker Nutricia, en del av Danone, en ny kollega till rollen som Produktspecialist med ansvar för Stockholm. Vi söker en engagerad och driven person som vill vara med och förändra liv genom banbrytande produkter inom medicinsk nutrition. I ditt arbetsområde kommer du att ansvara för försäljningen av vår produktportfölj, som inkluderar välkända varumärken så som Fortimel, Fortini, Pepticate och Neocate. Dina viktigaste kunder kommer att vara sjukhus och andra vårdinrättningar som behandlar både barn och äldre patientgrupper.

Du kommer att ha en självständig roll där ditt uppdrag är att identifiera kundbehov och besöka kunder för att ge produktinformation, inspirationsmöten och workshops. Även om rollen är högst självständing, kommer du at nära stöd av ditt team med andra produktspecialister för att utveckla försäljningsstrategier och nå dina försäljningsmål samt för att skapa den bästa möjliga kundupplevelsen! I din roll kommer du även att få support från kollegorna på vårt nordiska huvudkontor i Solna och du rapporterar till regionchefen.

I rollen ingår även följande uppgifter:
Arrangera kundutbildningar med produkt- och kommersiell information
Delta i mässor och utställningar
Skapa och genomföra planer för samtal och aktiviteter
Följa upp avtal
Förbereda och genomföra digitala möten, både internt och externt
Det är en fältbaserad heltidstjänst där du ansvarar för ditt distrikt och utgår från hemmet.



Vem är du?
Utbildning och erfarenhet:
Eftergymnasial utbildning som dietist, sjuksköterska eller motsvarande. Erfarenhet av kliniskt arbete är meriterande
Erfarenhet av försäljning är meriterande, men inget krav
Förmåga att uttrycka och formulera dig väl på både svenska och engelska
Behärskar MS Office inkl excel
B-Körkort

In the role of Market Controller Sweden you will stay closely connected to the local sales & marketing functions.
You will report to Senior Market Controlling Manager, who is based at our Solna office in Sweden.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Participate in the Financial Forecasting process
Analyze performance vs forecast and present financial performance to commercial teams
Monthly closing and reporting together with finance team
Support, improve and update financial tools, such as Power BI, to support Business stakeholders
Proactively lead the finance perspective and insights in local meetings with the commercial teams
Build business cases in close collaboration with the sales team to grow our brands
Provide financial support in Marketing process Brand Managers and review project P&L’s
Reviewing trade terms from Sales and ensure they are compliant with strategy

ABOUT YOU
University degree, preferably within business administration or equivalent
2+ years of working experience, preferably in a position as controller or within accounting/auditing wanting to take a more analytical role
Great communications skills and fluency in English, Swedish is a merit.
Previous experience in SAP is a plus
High proficiency in excel is needed
Strong financial and analytical skills/competencies
A clear focus on improvement of processes and results, with a strong commercial and business orientation
The ability to handle large amounts of complex data and transform it into information to bring value to the business
Analytical mindset with an eye for details and flair for commercial decision making

OM ROLLEN
Vi på Danone söker en engagerad person som vill bidra med sin gedigna kunskap inom lön och förbättra och effektivisera lönefunktionen i rollen som Lönespecialist. Du kommer tillsammans med dina kollegor att ansvara för lönehanteringen för våra medarbetare inom Danone koncernen i Norden och Baltikum som består av ca 550 anställda över flertal legala enheter, affärsområden och marknader.
Löneorganisationen på Danone är en del Danone Business Services, en shared service funktion, som bistår Danones olika affärsområden med specialistkunskaper inom personalfrågor. Löneteamet består av en lönechef och en lönespecialist i Stockholm, en lönespecialist på vår fabrik i Lunnarp, en lönespecialist i Lettland samt en lönespecialist i Danmark. I Sverige sker lönehanteringen in-house och i övriga länder är den outsourcad. I rollen som lönespecialist kommer du alltså göra svensk lön in-house och koordinera Norge och Finland gentemot våra samarbetspartners i respektive land. Det innebär att du arbetar i nära samarbete med både interna och externa kontakter. Närmast arbetar du med dina HR-kollegor i Norden/Baltikum och i Warszawa, Polen.
Som Lönespecialist rapporterar du till Payroll Manager Nordics & Baltics som också är baserad i Solna, Stockholm.
Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter inkluderar:
Hantera hela löneprocessen för Sverige och koordinera externa leverantörer i löneprocessen i de andra marknaderna.
Löneadministration i Flex Classic, tidsavvikelser i Flex HRM.
Bokföringsrapportering av lön och semesterskuld.
Rapportering internt till huvudkontoret i Polen, och externt till Skatteverket och övriga myndigheter.
Rapportering av pension och liknande personaladministration
Nära samarbete med andra specialistfunktioner som Comp & Ben, Accounting och Finance.
Utveckla och förbättra löneprocessen kontinuerligt genom att bidra med expertis inom lön och lönesystem.

För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du har:
Minst 1-2 års erfarenhet av löneadministration.
Erfarenhet av att arbeta i en internationell och dynamisk miljö, meriterande att ha arbetat med lönehantering över flera länder.
Ett strukturerat och noggrant arbetssätt.
Intresse för att utvecklas i en serviceinriktad roll med många varierade arbetsuppgifter.

We are searching for a colleague with strong organizational skills and accurancy for a part time project that will last until December 2022. This position at Danone could be perfect for you!You will be in charge of communicating with our customers and vendors across the nodic countrys, primarily through emails, and handling incoming questions as necessary in your role as a Customer & Vendors documentation coordinator.

• Follow up replies, pro-actively contact these Partners in case of no replies from their side
• Handle incoming questions about the occured legal changes, based on a prepared Q&A
• Track and maintain current information on all outgoing and incoming correspondence and report it to the project team on a weekly meetings
• Coordinate contract amendments execution with Danone’s NorBal Legal’s department


In order to be successful in the role we believe that you have:
- Good knowledge with Excel, Word and other standard MS Office programs
- Strong analytical and communication skills

You will play a vital role in future development of our factory in Lunnarp, Skåne. Drive and execute the factory energy stream towards the budget & ideal factory target.

ABOUT YOU
In order to be successful you have:
Academic technical degree or comparable work experience.

Your main responsibilities will be:
Manage forecast of dedicated brands both in the long and short term horizon in cooperation with Sales and Marketing.
Clean historical sales data from non-regular sales events in order to establish a baseline forecast for each sales item.
Collaborate with functions such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer service etc. through facilitating cross-functional meetings in order to gain consensus on forecast assumptions.
Analyse sales trends and integrate trends and future events (such as sales promotions and marketing events) into the forecast and continuously evaluate the result of sales promotions to ensure proper input is done on the promotion plan.
Collect and integrate into forecast product life cycle information (new product introduction, products cannibalization, end of life) including MasterData Maintenance (SAP APO, Essbase).
Report weekly and monthly estimated sales volumes to the organization and be able to comment on deviations vs plans.
Measure and manage the continuous improvement of forecast accuracy and take an active part in developing forecast methodology and tools.



ABOUT YOU
In order to be successful you need to have:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in economics, supply chain or equivalent.
2-3-year experience in a related business field, preferably in a similar position in an international environment.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, beneficial to have worked in Essbase or similar database solution as well as SAP/APO.
