Job Description
As a Junior Consultant you will be working with Management Team of Marketing & Commercial Operations (MCO) in the E-Mobility Unit. You will be advising and consulting on diverse strategic projects and processes. One of the main tasks will also be to establish and craft a structure for the Management Team. Furthermore you will consult and advise the unit's MT on business cases and opportunities in the market.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
Structure the MT's way of working?by:
Defining a structure for the meeting and advising?on the topic to discuss
Attend the MT meetings and write the minutes
Create?and prepare presentations for the MT, for example for the?all employee meeting at which we inform our Unit on divers topics
Facilitate various forums including documentation of meetings and
Create proposals and advise on business cases and opportunities
Working on projects and processes within?the E-Mobility unit
Continuously work with the Team and Management Team to revise, design and update the target operating model.

As a Senior Consultant Onshore Wind Nordics you will become a part of international Team of Advisors. We are providing technical reports and consulting related to due-diligence, bankability reviews, construction monitoring and other services for onshore wind turbine technologies.
You will be able to apply your project management and technical skills to a rapidly growing and prospering renewable energy technology consulting field. You will be responsible for providing project deliverables according to high-quality standards of DNV, maintaining Client interactions and providing ongoing support to our Customers.
In your work you will:
Lead and participate in wind projects due diligences,
Prepare, review and consult technical reports;
Support Clients with all project related matters;
Support the preparation of offers and tenders;
Conduct site visits and construction monitoring activities;
Completing projects in budget, time and quality;
Guide juniors and medior colleagues in customer communication and project management



To maximize your chances, you need:
University degree or equivalent technical education (e.g. in mechanical/electrical/industrial/civil engineering);
Professional experience in due diligence work, preferably on wind turbine projects;
Understanding of the wind power industry;
Knowledge on wind projects development and construction;
Strong written and verbal English communication skills, and fluency in another Nordic language
Ability to compose clear and accurate reports in English
Valid driver’s license (B);
Willingness and ability to travel to wind farm sites, conferences, clients, and internal meetings.

Position Description
The Training & Competence Specialist has full responsibility and accountability to ensure a seamless and efficient training and competence process for all Medical resources, globally.
The successful candidate will put together a seamless training process to ensure new recruits are qualified in a timely and efficient manner, whilst also ensuring all employees in the medical hub maintain existing codes across areas such as ISO 13485, MDD 93/42/EEC, MDR 745/2017, MDSAP, IVDR and Clinical standards.
Another key part of the role is the authorization/approval of all medical employees for their roles and codes within given timelines and releasing these employees into the regions for medical projects.
The role reports to the Head of Sales and Operations, is full-time and not location-specific, though Europe would be a preference.


Competency Requirements:
The successful candidate must have proven knowledge and experience in all of the following:
European Union devices legislation and relevant guidance documents
the conformity assessment procedures provided for in the MDR
a broad base of knowledge of device technologies and the design and manufacture of devices
training relevant to that of personnel involved in conformity assessment activities in relation to devices
minimum 3 years’ experience in conformity assessments under the MDR or previously applicable law within a notified body.

Demonstrated experience in designing, developing and implementing a robust and efficient training and competence program

Proactively seeking to identify customer needs, developing tailored solutions and selling these to new and existing clients
Directing projects, ensuring they are executed to meet or exceed clients’ expectations, on time, on budget and to DNV quality standards
Leading and communicating effectively with your project teams and clients
Introducing services from your own/ existing discipline(s) to new clients and new services to existing clients

Position Qualifications
The successful candidate will have the following experience and attributes:
Experienced Principal Consultant / Manager level ideally, with at least-5 years of experience in a market-facing sustainability role
Proven track record in sales and business development in Sustainability services and covering sustainable Supply Chains
Proven track record of leading & delivering professional services as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the domain of sustainability
Academic qualifications relevant to sustainability subject areas
Proven project and/or team leader, delivering service excellence
Able to clearly delegate tasks and provide sufficient guidance, support and feedback on performance to teams of experts and Consultants, building a high performing team and contributing to the performance across borders in the Nordics
Willingness to travel and work around Sweden and the wider Nordic area and on occasions overseas
Fluency in English and Swedish is a prerequisite. Knowledge of Danish would be beneficial
