Unit & Position Description:
We are looking for a Product Manager (PM) FSC/PEFC to join our Global Technical HUB (GTH) team at DNV Business Assurance.
DNV Business Assurance Global Technical HUB (GTH), a part of Global Operations & Technical, oversees global accreditation and compliance governance in a way that is effective and economical.
The GTH Product Manager belongs to a MSC technical team that operates globally and collaborates with the Sales and the Operations departments in the market unit.
The PM is responsible for the global governance of a specific scheme in DNV Business Assurance during its operational life, following the development process as described in the DNV procedures.
The job reports to the GTH MSC Manager.
The PM FSC aims to follow the rules of the standard owner and to make sure that the FSC/PEFC procedures enable a smooth service for the customer. It is very important to provide the market with the latest updates and developments of the certification scheme.
Main duties include:
• Primary liaison for the assigned schemes (FSC/PEFC);
• Keeping track of and reporting on (new) developments, including related standards;

Position Qualifications
Strong salespeople have very different backgrounds in our sector. You can have educational background coming from the technical side or from the commercial business side. The right candidate has either a proven track record in a similar role with sales and/or customer service or technical background with a strong commercial mindset and experience in business development or technical selling.

You will be responsible for driving growth and shaping the DNV proposition as part of both the Product Assurance vertical across the Nordics and the Medical Devices business, led in the Nordics by our team in the Danish Medical Device Hub. You will report to the Nordic Product Assurance Sales Lead and have a close relationship with the Technical Sales and planning team as well as the Operations Manager in the Medical Hub.
You will use your entrepreneurial flair and commercial acumen to lead our go-to-market efforts to build relationships with existing manufacturers, whilst also designing a strategy to develop new sales and relationships among the leading Medical Device Manufacturers across the Nordics. Key Accountabilities:
Providing market access via our accredited services in relation to predominantly MDR, MDSAP, ISO13485 and IVDD/IVDR, you will be expected to lead the growth of our sales efforts with manufacturers across the Nordics and will be an integral part of the European Product Assurance Sales Network, contributing with your speciality in Medical Devices.

You will also cover the following activities:
Segment the market for our Medical Devices certification services in the Nordics
Build relationships with customers across their organizations and act as KAM for selected customers

Position Qualifications
Previous experience in the wind sector, at least two years, preferable in consultancy or engineering companies. However, also graduates with knowledge of wind energy will be given a chance.
Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, power engineering, physics, mathematics or any other relevant engineering or science degree.
Ability to work independently and within multicultural project teams.
Proficient working with office software like MS Office Word/Excel. Strong overall computer skills and ability to learn multiple software tools required.
Experience in the statistical data analysis.
An interest in and aptitude for programming, experience in Python, and C# or C++ would be an advantage.

Position Description
The Training & Competence Specialist has full responsibility and accountability to ensure a seamless and efficient training and competence process for all Medical resources, globally.
The successful candidate will put together a seamless training process to ensure new recruits are qualified in a timely and efficient manner, whilst also ensuring all employees in the medical hub maintain existing codes across areas such as ISO 13485, MDD 93/42/EEC, MDR 745/2017, MDSAP, IVDR and Clinical standards.
Another key part of the role is the authorization/approval of all medical employees for their roles and codes within given timelines and releasing these employees into the regions for medical projects.
The role reports to the Head of Sales and Operations, is full-time and not location-specific, though Europe would be a preference.


Competency Requirements:

Position Qualifications
Previous experience in the wind sector, at least two years, preferable in consultancy or engineering companies. However, also graduates with knowledge of wind energy will be given a chance.
Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, power engineering, physics, mathematics or any other relevant engineering or science degree.
Ability to work independently and within multicultural project teams.
Proficient working with office software like MS Office Word/Excel. Strong overall computer skills and ability to learn multiple software tools required.
Experience in the statistical data analysis.
An interest in and aptitude for programming, experience in Python, and C# or C++ would be an advantage.
Fluency in English (written and verbal) and at least one Scandinavian language. Any other language of the region will be benefical.
Valid driver’s license.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time domestically and internationally to wind farm sites.

Position Description
The Training & Competence Specialist has full responsibility and accountability to ensure a seamless and efficient training and competence process for all Medical resources, globally.
The successful candidate will put together a seamless training process to ensure new recruits are qualified in a timely and efficient manner, whilst also ensuring all employees in the medical hub maintain existing codes across areas such as ISO 13485, MDD 93/42/EEC, MDR 745/2017, MDSAP, IVDR and Clinical standards.
Another key part of the role is the authorization/approval of all medical employees for their roles and codes within given timelines and releasing these employees into the regions for medical projects.
The role reports to the Head of Sales and Operations, is full-time and not location-specific, though Europe would be a preference.


Competency Requirements:
The successful candidate must have proven knowledge and experience in all of the following:
European Union devices legislation and relevant guidance documents
the conformity assessment procedures provided for in the MDR
a broad base of knowledge of device technologies and the design and manufacture of devices
training relevant to that of personnel involved in conformity assessment activities in relation to devices

Position Qualifications
Strong salespeople have very different backgrounds in our sector. You can have an educational background coming from the technical side or the commercial business side. The right candidate has the perfect balance between a commercial mindset, a customer-focused approach and a good technical understanding of complex business environments.
The right candidate has either a proven track record in a similar role with sales and/or customer service or technical background with a strong commercial mindset and experience from business development or technical selling.
We expect that you have experience working with CRM systems, SharePoint and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Our services are a highly specialized product that requires you to have good abilities to communicate and sell the value of certifications.

DNV is seeking a highly motivated Engineer - Wind Energy Analyst with expertise in data analysis to join our team in Sweden. The position is preferably a full-time position that reports to the Head of Section, Project Development & Analytics (PDA) Northern Europe and based in our DNV Stockholm office. The Project Development & Analytics (PDA) Northern Europe section works on wind energy projects in Northern Europe including Benelux, Germany and Eastern Europe with staff currently in Sweden, Germany and Poland, closely working together with colleagues from the UK.

This is broad role that requires the successful applicant to be involved in various activities.
These include:
Undertake energy production assessments of wind farms, both pre- and post- construction, onshore and offshore; which include - analysing wind and other climatic data, inspecting sites and measurement equipment, wind farm layout design, performing wind flow modelling, assessing site conditions for turbine suitability, predicting wind farm energy production, conducting statistical uncertainty analyses, writing technical reports and communicating results to clients across Northern Europe with focus on Sweden / Scandinavia.
Manage projects to ensure they are completed within timescale and budget.
Prepare and coordinate proposals and bids within Northern Europe Markets.
Cooperate with other regions



Position Qualifications
Previous experience in the wind sector, at least two years, preferable in consultancy or engineering companies. However, also graduates with knowledge of wind energy will be given a chance.
Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, power engineering, physics, mathematics or any other relevant engineering or science degree.
Ability to work independently and within multicultural project teams.
Proficient working with office software like MS Office Word/Excel. Strong overall computer skills and ability to learn multiple software tools required.
Experience in the statistical data analysis.
An interest in and aptitude for programming, experience in Python, and C# or C++ would be an advantage.
Fluency in English (written and verbal) and at least one Scandinavian language. Any other language of the region will be benefical.
Valid driver’s license.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time domestically and internationally to wind farm sites.
