Som Hållbarhetsspecialist blir du en del av teamet på Group Sustainability och arbetar nära vår koncernhållbarhetsanalytiker, projektledare och rapporteringsspecialist. I rollen ansvarar du för att analysera kundkrav kopplat till klimat, miljö och hållbarhet. Du gör gap-analyser och tar fram underlag och rapporter, du bistår med expertkompetens och analys i frågor relaterat till såväl grön finansiering som projektimplementering och handlingsplaner. Detta är en specialistroll där du är expert inom klimat- och miljöfrågor och arbetar nära interna stakeholders samt i vissa fall även i dialog med externa intressenter. Vad kommer du att göra?

- Samla in, strukturera och analysera krav från strategiska kunder gällande klimat och hållbarhet och genomföra gap-analyser.
- Ta fram faktabaserade beslutsunderlag och insikter, inklusive datadrivna rekommendationer i presentations- eller rapportformat.
- Datahantering och arbeta med att utveckla kvalitet i data och system.
- Fungera som sakkunnig inom hållbarhetsområdet, med särskilt fokus på klimat, miljöpåverkan och gröna investeringar.
- Stötta i strategiska kunddialoger genom att bidra med relevant data och expertis.
- Följ trender och kundkrav kopplat till hållbarhetsfrågor, samt bidra till att utveckla hur PostNord möter dessa.
- Bidra till arbetet med gröna finansieringsramverk och relaterad mätning och rapportering.

Vem söker vi?

Du är troligen civilingenjör eller har annan relevant akademisk utbildning, med stark analytisk förmåga och erfarenhet av att arbeta med analys, datainsamling samt klimat och miljöpåverkan. Du har en mycket god förmåga att analysera data, förstå komplexa kravbilder och omsätta detta till strategiskt relevanta insikter.

Din erfarenhet:

- Minst 4-5 års erfarenhet inom hållbarhetsområdet, särskilt klimat- och miljöfrågor.
- Förmåga att ta fram datadrivna rekommendationer, rapporter och presentationer för ledning eller kunder.
- Hög grad av självständighet, strukturellt arbetssätt och ansvarstagande - du driver själv arbetet framåt.
- Mycket god förmåga att samarbeta och skapa goda relationer.
- Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska eller ett annat skandinaviskt språk.

Om tjänsten

Som Internal Control Manager får du en central roll i att vidareutveckla och säkerställa PostNords arbete med intern kontroll där du ansvarar för koncernens ramverk, vilket inkluderar intern kontroll över finansiell rapportering, intern kontroll över hållbarhetsrapportering och generella IT-kontroller.

Vi söker dig som har en akademisk examen inom ekonomi, juridik eller annan relevant examen. Du har dokumenterad erfarenhet av att arbeta med intern kontroll inom större koncern, som konsult eller från extern eller internrevision. Du har ett driv och intresse av att ständigt förbättra, automatisera och stödja verksamheten i att arbeta effektivt med interna kontroller.För att lyckas i rollen så behöver du vara analytisk, systematisk och ha ett strukturerat arbetssätt. Som Sourcing Manager arbetar du nära våra sakägare och kollegor inom både IT och Group Sourcing för att optimera koncernens inköp utifrån kostnadseffektivitet, kundnytta, hållbarhet och regelefterlevnad. Du blir en del av ett kompetent och sammansvetsat team, IT Vendor Office, som arbetar tvärs över länder och affärsområden. Tillsammans driver vi inköpsarbetet framåt – med affären, användaren och samhället i fokus.

Vad kommer du att göra?

I rollen som Sourcing Manager kommer du att ha ett brett och strategiskt ansvar. Du kommer att:


- Leda upphandlingar, primärt inom kategorin IT.

- Utveckla och omförhandla befintliga leverantörsavtal samt säkerställa att de följs

- Tillsammans med Category Managers ta fram långsiktiga kategoristrategier

- Gedigen erfarenhet av att driva upphandlingar, förhandlingar och leverantörsrelationer

- Erfarenhet av att arbeta med SRM och governance i större organisationer

Join us in shaping the future of API management at PostNord!

The API Governance team plays a central role at PostNord, managing multi-cloud and hybrid API Gateway platforms. Our platform enables product teams across the organization to deploy independent software solutions as APIs, seamlessly integrating them into the API gateway. This allows internal and external consumers to efficiently discover, access, and utilize these APIs through a developer portal.

With the growing demand for APIs—from customers (e-tailers), partners (TA partners), recipients, and PostNord’s own interfaces like the PostNord app—our goal is to accelerate API integration, ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability, and continuously enhance the API gateway platform to meet evolving business needs.
Your profile
The API Platform team is looking for a technical Product Owner who will play a critical role to support the deployment and management of our multi-cloud API Gateway platform across AWS, Azure and on-prem. In this role, you will also be partnering with different development teams and areas to understand the API integration needs to support our unit in integrating APIs into the platform. It is important that you are a quick learner, have good communication and interpersonal skills and a passion to deliver value and high quality.
Role & Responsibilities


- Manage the roadmap & priorities of the API Governance team of developers.



- Own product backlog that balances product team needs, product team onboarding with platform non-functional requirements.



- Stakeholder management including management on all levels, product owners, legal, finance, enterprise architects as well as external customers.



- Drive the API strategy together with the tech lead and the cloud architect (experience of working in an integration centre of excellence is a nice to have)



- Collaborate with development teams to onboard APIs into the gateway by applying different security policies.



- Support day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth functioning of the API gateway. It is a big plus if you have experience in e-commerce and logistics.



- Contribute to automation, observability, and infrastructure as code (IaC) initiatives.



- Handle API lifecycle management, including versioning, security, and deprecation.



- Monitor API traffic to detect anomalies such as unusual spikes, error rates, or unauthorized access patterns.
- Keep a business focused approach to API Management working with it as business asset.

Strong understanding of the following:


- Deployment, manage, and maintain the multi-cloud API Gateway platform across AWS, Azure and on-prem.



- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for seamless API integration and deployment.



- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize platform performance to ensure high availability and reliability.



- 5+ years of proven Product Ownership experience



- 5+ years IT experience with at least 3 years working experience with Cloud technologies (AWS or Azure)



- Sound knowledge of networking, firewalls and security aspects.



- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Grafana, ELK Stack).



- Solid understanding of REST APIs, authentication mechanisms, API gateways and API security best practices.



- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and support API integration and operational needs.



- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira/Confluence, Miro etc.

At PostNord, we are currently looking for someone like you to join us as our new Process Consultant, helping to strengthen our Nordic collaboration – and continuing to deliver parcels. We are looking for someone who is motivated by optimizing processes – both those you identify in your daily work and those defined and requested by the organization.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting various projects related to process optimization, system implementation, and strategic development across our entire Purchase-to-Pay (PtP) area, as well as support our daily operations. You will participate in both larger and smaller projects, taking a hands-on approach, ensuring progress, harmonization, streamlining, and/or facilitation.

More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

·Optimizing and streamlining processes across the entire PtP area in the Nordic region, focusing on improving efficiency and reducing complexity.

·Supporting the harmonization of processes across different regions, teams, and systems related to PtP processes.

·Participating in system – and process-implementations, including tasks such as planning, UAT testing, data migration, and post-implementation support.

·Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including IT and finance departments in our Shared Service Finance unit, to identify process improvements and recommend solutions.

·Regular communication with our outsourcing partner in India, supporting them in their daily tasks as a specialist within the PTP process

In addition, you will be responsible for daily operations and tasks, such as updating and maintaining master data to ensure compliance and consistency. You will also encounter ad hoc tasks such as troubleshooting, data analysis, and support for ongoing initiatives.

Apply your knowledge of finance, accounting, and process development

If you have read this far, we hope it has sparked your interest. Here's a bit more on the kind of profile we see as a fit for the role and our team. You probably have a higher education in for example Accounting or Finance. Additionally, you have with a few years of experience working specifically with the PtP area, perhaps within process optimization or as a financial/business controller.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential as you will work closely with colleagues in other Nordic countries and our outsourcing partner in India. If you also speak another Nordic language, that is an advantage.

More specifically, we hope to hear from you if you have hands-on experience with SAP S4 and are fully comfortable using Excel as a go-to tool. You are curious, self-driven, and have a bit of a “Pippi Longstocking” attitude towards tasks: “I’ve never tried that before, so I probably can!” Of course, your colleagues will always be there to offer support and sparring.

The team and your role

We, the Customer Portal Services team, are responsible for providing our business users with a diversity of different self-service features and reports to help our customers. Some examples are fetching invoices and invoice specifications, viewing their environmental footprint, creating claims, and ordering postal services. We are one of four teams in the Business Solutions area which mainly work on features within the Customer Portal, to enable self-service access of the most important information for our sending business customers.

Our goal is to focus on increasing transparency and actionability for our senders. We provide our business users with several features they require in their daily work, to make their life easier and more effective when dealing with PostNord. All this should be found in one place, creating synergies with other features within the Portal, not necessarily belonging to our team.

As a team, we take responsibility for the whole – research and discovery, new development, product lifecycle management, solution architecture, monitoring, security, and operation (DevSecOps). We work closely with other teams, mainly within PostNord Digital. We also get feedback on a regular basis from real users and internal functions like sales and customer service, as this helps us understand the requirements of the end users. Our ambition is to constantly be at the forefront of technology and together we help build innovative solutions for digital products within PostNord.

As a Tech Lead you will be part of an agile team that has cutting-edge expertise in this area, but you will also be involved in actual coding too.
The ideal candidate will have a development background, ideally as a full-stack developer with serverless on AWS. If any (or all) of these buzz words attract your interest, you would probably be a good fit in our team:

- Academic education in computer science or equivalent experience.



- At least 5 years relevant working experience.



- Fluent English in speech and writing.

It is also a big plus if you have experience in e-commerce and logistics.



Desirable technical experience


- AWS or similar cloud platforms (Azure, OpenStack, or Google Cloud).



- Backend development in NodeJS or similar.



- Familiarity with Microservice Architecture.



- Worked with Serverless Framework, AWS Lambda, DynamoDB and s3



- Experience with Elasticsearch is preferrable.



- You have some insight into modern frameworks like VUE.js, as well as the impact of custom elements and web components.

Om tjänsten
Som Head of Group Accounting kommer du få en viktig roll att leda och utveckla medarbetarna i koncernredovisningsteamet och ansvara för att koncernens bokslut och den externa finansiella rapporteringen håller en hög kvalitet. I tjänsten ingår koordinering av extern revision och att bevaka och analysera nya och befintliga rapporteringsregelverk vilket ställer krav på koordinering och utveckling av rutiner och processer inom hela koncernen. Fokus på regelverk såsom IFRS, Pillar Two och kopplingen till CSRD och EU-taxonomirapportering. Utöver detta kommer du också att arbeta operativt med teamet i koncernens legala rapportering och delta i koncernprojekt.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter innefattar bland annat att:

- Säkerställa rapportering enligt IFRS regelverket, inklusive värdering, impairmentfrågor, skatt, leasing etc.
- Upprätta och redovisa förvärvsanalyser, koncernbokslut och säkerställa korrekta externa rapporter
- Pensionsredovisning och värdering enligt IAS 19
- Koordinera externrevision
- Ansvarig för interna kontroller inom koncernredovisning
- Analysera nya regelverkskrav och översätta dessa till beslutsunderlag och vägledning för koncernen
- Skriftligt och muntligt presentera analyser och utredningar
Vi söker dig som har en akademisk utbildning inom företagsekonomi. Du har dokumenterad erfarenhet av koncernredovisning enligt IFRS, extern rapportering, utveckling av ekonomiprocesser inom en större koncern, inom revision eller arbetat som konsult. Du har ett intresse av kvalificerad regelverksanalys inom redovisning och legala regelverk. Kunskaper inom pensionsredovisning, kravställning för IT-stöd och erfarenhet av intern kontroll i finansiell rapportering är meriterande.

För att lyckas i rollen så behöver du vara analytisk och systematisk och kunna bryta ner principiella och strategiska regelverk och planer till konkreta aktiviteter och processer. Portal teams in the Business focus area are responsible for providing our
business users with several features within the Business Portal, to enable
self-service access of the most important information for our sending business
customers, all from onboarding to invoicing, tracking of shipments, customer
service, reports and much more.
Our goal is
to focus on increasing transparency and actionability for our senders. We
enable our business users to find information they require in their daily work
and provide easy access to insights related to their business with Postnord.

Your profile
The API Platform team is looking for a technical Product Owner who will play a critical role to support the deployment and management of our multi-cloud API Gateway platform across AWS, Azure and on-prem. - Manage the roadmap & priorities of the API Governance team of developers.

Arbetsuppgifter

I rollen som FM-Specialist kommer du ansvara för och utveckla underhållsplaneringen kopplat till den tekniska fastighetsförvaltningen. Vi söker dig med

Job duties


The HR Business Partner is responsible for the HR procedures, policies, and programs on a Group level. The HR BP should ensure these are globally accepted, implemented, and followed up on. Job duties
In the role of IT Service Manager for Network at Postnord, you will be working with strategic, tactical and operational duties around Network WAN, LAN & WLAN services. Your primary focus is Operational Service Management but you are also responsible for ensuring there is synchronized cross-planning and communication amongst the key stakeholders steering. The role includes:

- Governance steering and follow up on operational activities on a daily bascis, which requires close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Responsibility for total service cost, to set a budget and forecast of Network services and strive for cost optimization of services.
- Set road map, drive and steer life cycle management activities to always have a secure, supported and updated environment.
- Be part of the function to review and approve or decline requests.
- Work closely with supplier managing Postnord’s Network collaboration related workloads and having continuous follow-up with supplier regarding service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring the service delivery processes meet Postnord business needs.
- Operationally monitoring the service performance, managing incidents, and ensuring relevant services are continuous and reliable.
- Work with the supplier around continuous improvement
- Budget, follow-up, forecasting and invoice handling for your service area in where you are hands-on handling accounting and when relevant periodization or accruals of costs according to defined processes.
- Balance the continuous improvements and user experience with respect to the allocated budget and business plans and priorities ahead.
- Collaboration and communication with stakeholders both within IT and in the business regarding their needs.
- Stay up to date on IT market trends and innovation.

We are looking for you who have

- At least five years of experience in governing and/or managing Network, preferably in a large and complex environment.
- Experience and knowledge of the Network technologies and have active interest to set roadmaps and life cycle management within the area.
- Basic understanding of ITIL framework.
- Strong sense for operational and maintenance duties.
- Proficiency in both Swedish and English, in speaking and writing.

A strong understanding of software development, CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure is essential. Meritorious experience

The Cloud Foundation Team is a platform engineering team, at PostNord, whose mission is to support all business division development teams with a modern runtime environment where they can develop and operate their own services. We work mainly with AWS and Azure including infrastructure as code, network, storage, compute, cloud security, scripting and automation, FinOps, DevEx, data migration as well as generic programming and infrastructure architecture design. 

Job duties: 
The cloud foundation technical product owner blends the technical understanding of PostNord cloud infrastructure with the internal product teams needs and aligns this with the Postnord cloud strategy. 

- Overall responsible for the cloud landing zones in Azure and AWS. 
- Manage cloud vendor relationship and utilize them to drive cloud maturity in the organization. 
- Drive the fin-ops process together with Group IT finance team.  
- Design, implement, and manage scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure. 
- Own product backlog that balances product team needs, product team onboarding with platform non-functional requirements. 
- Product Ownership of the team and stakeholder management 

We are looking for you who have (need to have) 
- At least three years of previous experience with cloud in either an engineering or CCoE role. 
- Proven experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms. 
- In depth understanding of the needs of software development teams when it comes to developer experience, deployment, and operations. 
- Experience when dealing with vendors and utilizing their offerings such as training, workshops, and game-days. 
- High level understanding of enterprise architecture patterns, microservices, network services, and firewalls. 
- Good understanding of fin-ops practices.  
- Proven experience working with cloud foundation like network, storage & compute in Azure. 
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills  

Meritorious experience: (Nice-to-have) 
- Hands on experience developing in a cloud environment.  
- Azure or AWS Certified. 
- Extensive experience in Cloud service providers, for example AWS & Azure.

Vi söker dig med
- Flerårig erfarenhet från arbete som Portfolio Manager eller liknande roller, där du brinner för att driva det strategiska utvecklingsarbetet i gränssnittet mellan IT, verksamhet och affären.
- Erfarenhet av Stakeholder management på olika nivåer i organisationer.
- Erfarenhet av budget och uppföljningsarbete.
- Mycket goda kunskaper i engelska i tal och skrift, svenska är meriterande.

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av Lean Portfolio Management i kombination med agila ramverk samt erfarenhet på Portfolionivå inom SAFe. Har du även arbetat i större komplexa organisationer med logistik som en kritisk process är det meriterande.

Du kommer att arbeta i teamet Digital & Partner inom affärsområde Paket. Teamet, som består av fem medarbetare, ansvarar för att driva frågor om API:er/ integrationer, EDI och checkout med partners såsom Klarna, nShift med flera. Vi arbetar mot PostNords partners i tätt samarbete med produktägare för våra leveranstjänster (leverans till paketboxar, hemleveranser etcetera) såväl som våra digitala produkter (PostNord App, API:er, med mera).

PostNord är drivande i utvecklingen inom logistik och e-handel i Norden och genomgår en kraftig omställning. Vår affärsenhet har ett mycket viktigt uppdrag i att utveckla PostNords tjänster, tilläggstjänster och digitala lösningar.

Som Kundrådgivare teknisk rådgivning kommer du att vara en drivande kraft i att genomföra och utveckla webbutbildningar/ demos. Utbildningarna sker i linje med PostNords strategi för digital transformation/ digitala lösningar gentemot våra kunder och partners.

The Nordic Support department is responsible for enabling and ensuring the service management in Group function IT.

The unit contributes with designing processes, concepts and implementing them in the service management areas to ensure that the processes provide desired business result.

Job duties
In the role as Configuration Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the standards, rules and policies for IT Service Asset and Configuration. The primary objectives are to keep all assets up-to-date together with establishing  configuration and consistency amongst the different parameters like performance, functional attributes, physical properties, etc. 

The goal is to have focus on the administrative and technical functionalities which are associated with all main activities and have a structured way of working with configurations; ensuring that agile teams and vendors can easily create, control, and maintain quality.  

You will work with, among other things

- Configuration identification and control: specifically and uniquely identifying each item by using a standard naming convention and ensuring each change is authorized/documented.
- Ensure a reliable, fast, and augmented process by correcting incorrect configurations that could influence performance.
- Engage in proactive configuration management activities by analyzing trends or historical data of changes and items.
- Collaborate within and beyond the unit and department in strive for best possible solutions and outcomes for PostNord as a whole.
- Contribute by ensuring continuous improvements, including participating in regular meetings with stakeholders to gather input and feedback on configuration management and Ways of Working.
- Contribute to the follow up on performance indicators that Configuration Management works well and delivers the right output with high quality.
- Contribute to escalation paths for Configurations work as efficient as possible and descriptions are up to date, available and communicated to PostNord and vendors. 

We are looking for you who have

- Education within relevant field.
- Experience of qualified work within configuration management.
- Competence in working with data models and developing improvement processes.
- Experience of working in an international and outsourced IT environment.
- Service Management tools knowledge is a must (preferably Jira servce desk).
- ITIL foundation certification (v 3 or 4).
- Fluent in English
- Since PostNord is a Nordic organization, knowledge in Swedish or any of the other Nordic languages is an advantage.
- It is an advantage if you have previous experience of established models, methods and tools that are used in IT industry.

Om rollen

Om dig
Vi ser att du har bakgrund som civilekonom, civilingenjör eller motsvarande utbildningsbakgrund och har tidigare erfarenhet av kvalificerat arbete inom produkt- eller tjänsteutveckling mot B2C-marknaden. Du har agerat i en projektledande roll där du drivit ett agilt arbete kopplat till förbättring och utveckling av produktportfölj. Du har samarbetat tätt med IT och har erfarenhet i kravställning mot utvecklingsavdelning. Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av affärsutveckling och tidigare arbetat enligt SAFe-metoden. Om rollen
I rollen som Go To Market kommer du ansvara för att skapa kommunikativt material riktat mot både företag och privatpersoner, se till att produkter och tjänster är välpaketerade mot marknaden samt ha ett koordineringsansvar mot övriga delar av organisationen. Enhetens ansvar är brett och arbetet varierande då vi ofta är involverade i flera projekt parallellt.

I rollen kommer du bland annat arbeta med att:

- Skapa content för interna och externa kanaler för enheterna inom e-handel, tyngre gods, kommunikationslösningar och tjänster för den privata marknaden
- Säkerställa att produktcontent kontinuerligt vidareutvecklas, underhålls och följs upp i samråd med ansvarig produktägare
- Presentera nyheter och stötta med material och koordinering vid produktlanseringar, event och webinar
- Projektleda/koordinera och driva arbetet framåt tillsammans med berörda delar av organisationen

As our IT Problem Manager you will act as a central point for operational governance for the suppliers and internal teams within problem management as outlined by PostNords Way of Working - IT Processes.

Become a part of our team
In your position you will make sure that problem management is in place and that it leads to the performance increase that PostNord require within the area. In this position you also ensure that the ARTs and/or vendors analyse the root cause of problems to find a permanent solution. Your goal will be to have a structured Way of Working with Problems that ensures that agile teams and vendors can easily solve and prevent incidents.

About the open position
Your responsibilities in the position as our Problem Manager will be:

- Lead Problem Management activities through different boards and forums with
- stakeholders.
- Stakeholder in operational boards across the whole service area.
- Resource allocation within PostNord and suppliers if needed.
- Ensure that problems are resolved within SLA and if this does not happen – take over and
- drive the investigation problem.
- Analysing problems, incidents and service requests and presenting reports and actions for
- these, presenting these to the correct stakeholders.
- Ensuring that there is collaboration with other internal forums for problems, not limited to,
- but including: BCO, incident management, change management, etc.
- Governance towards suplier problem managers.
- This is what we look for in terms of experience for the position as Problem Manager:
- IT related educational background at university level
- Proven experience in operational leadership roles, in particular, as a problem manager.
- Relevant knowledge and skills in relation to problem management, acquired through work
- experience and continuing professional education.
- ITIL foundation certification (v 3 or 4).
- Proven experience of working in an international and outsourced IT environment.
- Very good understanding of the requirements set on Incident and problem ways of working
- by working with external IT suppliers.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes and of problem management.
- Good knowledge of established models, methods and tools that are used by PostNord.
- Good knowledge of performance measurement/KPI.

About you
To be successful in this position you also need to:

Job duties

You have knowledge and hands on experience of system development for systems based on technologies such as Java, Azure, AWS, Kafka or ELK, as well as other open source technologies. Would you like to be part of our team building world class IT systems supporting the production of PostNords services across the Nordics? Systems for parcel sorting, digital ordering (EDI), route optimization, IOT and vehicle management, master data and apps for drivers.

We are working according to Scrum and SAFe in an agile release train with 10 teams delivering the IT solutions supporting the parcel sorting and distribution in PostNord, 2 months increments with 2 weeks sprint planning. Bi-weekly sprint demos and ending all increments with a system demo together with the rest of the agile release train. The team consists of a product owner, scrum master, tech lead, developers and a tester. The system is based on a modularized architecture where we are moving towards microservices. Code in Java and use Oracle as database. We are in the process of migrating to Openshift for container management and Kafka for integration. Jira and Confluence are used for planning and documentation. Bitbucket, Jenkins and Sonarcube are other tools in use. The team is distributed across Sweden and India. We have a hybrid way of working and most of the teamwork is done digitally.
You will be part of an open and including team, working with continuous improvement and development to improve individually and as a team with the purpose to contribute to make everyday life easier for our customer and our business.

What you will do working for us
Develop and maintain systems with focus on digital ordering of PostNord services. Information required to be collected from our customers to be able to collect, sort and deliver our core products of parcels, pallets, and traceable letters.
You will work closely with solution architects and the team to define the system architecture and implement the changes in the systems meeting the business needs. You will evaluate new technology and introduce this whenever feasible. Furthermore, you will manage the technical debt of the system and plan for small and large changes to address the technical debt with the objective to improve quality, time to market, reliability, maintainability, and scalability of the system. 
The Nordic EDI solution is integrated with several critical backend systems across the Nordics. You will work in close collaboration with peers working with these systems on how to introduce changes. You will be required to have, or build, a solid understanding of the business domain and how the technical solution provide value.

You will need the following competence and experience

- Java SE.
- Used to work with high transactional- and business critical systems.
- Relational databases, Oracle, and Postgres. No databases like Couchbase is a merit.
- Message queues and streaming, AMQ and Kafka.
- Cloud based development Azure or AWS is a merit.
- Used to work in a Devops model. Agile method like Safe and Scrum is a merit.
- Experience in taking system architectural and software design decisions and implement these. Modelling using UML.
- Good knowledge in developing IT products with focus on security, scalability, reliability, and availability.
- Experience working in distributed development teams, preferably offshore or nearshore.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Academic degree in IT or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through work experience and continuing professional education.

Rollen som E-commerce Data Analyst är ny, och du kommer att ansvara för att driva, utveckla och följa upp analysunderlag med fokus ”checkout” mot beslutsfattare och relevanta stakeholders inom organisationen.
