Your new role

* You will be accountable for electrical engineering activities associated with plant operation, project scope, detailed design, planning of tasks and execution

* Review specific regional maintenance procedure (e.g.: contingency plan, yearly plant assessment, maintenance plans and inspection plans)

* You will prepare equipment technical specifications and data sheets

* Develop QA/QC standards for electrical equipment repair

* Review vendor design documents and coordinate with vendors during equipment design and fabrication process

* You will support Business Development/Projects reviewing supply specification for upcoming and/or ongoing projects

* Lead and/or support Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and troubleshooting in area of competence

* Participate in Reliability Electrical Assessments and ensure efficient communication and implementation within the region

* Further, you will also drive the implementation of Linde electrical safety standards and participate in relevant platforms in the EMEA region and globally within the organisation

* Direct collaboration with operations teams is very important



What you'll need to succeed

* Technical education equivalent to at least a bachelor's degree (electrical engineer)

* Minimum 10 years' experience in an industrial environment, in maintenance, reliability, engineering or operations support functions

* Proven understanding of best practices in predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment and systems

* Proven technical and operational knowledge of electrical equipment and systems, such as motors, switchgear, transformers, generators, battery systems

* Availability to travel within the Nordics and Baltics (about 30-50 days/year)

* Fluency in English, both spoken and written

* Collaborate with troubleshooting and root cause failure analyses (RCFA), as well as drive systematic rectification work of failed equipment and supervision of planned maintenance activities.
* Define and refine technical specifications for major investments, retrofits, and asset upgrades
* Management of supplier network and ensure feedback loops on critical vendor performance.

* Participation in Reliability assessments for Bulk and Onsite Production Plants
* Translate performance data into insights through proactive trend and dashboard analysis
* Act as the regional reliability representative within EMEA and global networks

What Makes You Great

* Strong background in mechanical engineering, with a relevant university degree
* Deep technical expertise in air compressors, with additional experience in air and gas turbines and/or cryogenic systems
* Several years of hands-on experience in the operation and maintenance of rotating machinery, including centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, expansion turbines, refrigeration units, cooling towers, and pumps

Your new role You will be main responsible and leading the software development within R&D when it comes to existing as well as future products and platforms. You will work together with our lead software architect and our growing software team, currently consisting of five team members in Solna, and an additional team in Gothenburg.
The role include both product care and new product development, and will include limited travel. The role involves both team management and own operational work. You will:

* Lead the team of 4-5 software developers that covers from frontend (WPF), backend and embedded software
* Define the architecture in collaboration with the team architect and others
* Plan and follow up on progress, coach
* Lead in agile development
* Set up the software requirements
* Set up DevOps environment to achieve CI/CD, inc pipelines for automated testing and deployment.

Hays Life Science is recruiting a Senior Electrical Engineer for the Region Europe North (REN) to Linde Gas, based in Solna, Sweden or Espoo, Finland.

Your new role

* You will be accountable for electrical engineering activities associated with plant operation, project scope, detailed design, planning of tasks and execution

* Review specific regional maintenance procedure (e.g.: contingency plan, yearly plant assessment, maintenance plans and inspection plans)

* You will prepare equipment technical specifications and data sheets

* Develop QA/QC standards for electrical equipment repair

We are looking for an experienced sales manager to lead the team of Key Account Managers/Sales Managers. Your new role
As Business Development Director, you will work towards and prepare for a market introduction (in about five years) of the IVD product/platform currently in development. This will be done in close collaboration with the CEO, Director of Clinical Development and other functions in the company. The work will involve both customer and partner contact, associated with some travelling - mainly to the US.

With a planned market introduction in the US, the work will involve understanding and driving the work towards reimbursement for use (in-patient setting) in parallel with the work towards FDA clearance. Continually developing commercial strategy and opportunity discussions will be essential. Understanding the mechanisms and process for market and clinical uptake of novel tools and diagnostics is essential in the role, as well as a good understanding of the customer.

The ultimate commercial IVD offerings will be enabled by innovation and revenues from shorter term applications. You will spend considerable time and commitment on microbial markets targeted today, bringing synergies across clinical, R&D and IVD offerings. In this you will work with synergy sales and development with today's research instruments, addressing the needs for rapid quality testing among existing customer segments. This will include identifying customers and potential partners and developing a business strategy together with other commercial leadership functions.

The role is based at the headquarters in Solna, with some expected travelling. The company has a hybrid policy, enabling work outside the office 1-2 days/week. The role reports to the CEO.

Hays Life Science söker nu en processingenjör med erfarenhet av rengöringsvalidering för ett konsultuppdrag på 6 månader hos vår kund Valneva. Du kommer att vara placerad ute i Solna och uppdraget är tänkt att starta till hösten.


Om uppdraget
I ditt uppdrag kommer du att rengöringsvalidera en del av anläggningen inom biologisk drug substance, som delvis byggts om och beräknas vara klar i höst. I din roll kommer du att utveckla metoder och processer för rengöringen, och med det göra provtagningar och sköta all nödvändig dokumentationen. Du kommer att driva projektet självständigt.

Bakgrundskrav

* Vi söker dig som har en naturvetenskaplig examen (BSc/MSc) med inriktning biologi, mikrobiologi eller motsvarande.
* Du behöver ha kunskap och tidigare erfarenhet av att ha arbetat med biologiska substanser och provtagningar förknippade med detta.
* GMP-kunskap
* Flytande i svenska
* Som person är du strukturerad och noggrann och trivs med ett planera och driva ditt arbete självständigt.
