As part of Dun & Bradstreet's Data & Analytics team, you will participate in all aspects of modeling engagement, including design, development, validation, calibration, documentation, approval, implementation, monitoring, and reporting. You will research complex business issues and recommend solutions, including model features, end products and any data required to support growing Dun & Bradstreet initiatives.
Key responsibilities
Participate in all aspects of a modeling engagement, including design, data requirements, development, validation, calibration, documentation, approval, implementation, monitoring, and reporting
Develop Global Analytic Solutions inclusive but not limited to statistical models based on D&B’s established best practices, methodologies and tools
Research complex business issues and recommend solutions, including model inputs and end products, focusing on addressing specific customer needs and use cases
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on predictive models within the Finance & Risk Solutions Europe Analytics team and with business users; consult with the business, as appropriate, on predictive modeling solutions
Identify business relevance of new methods and work with cross functional teams to create prototypes, assist in creating business cases and go to market strategies
Validate the performance of existing quantitative risk models and recommend changes when necessary
Drive timely retrieval of risk analytics data from existing systems to create algorithms that meet business needs

To succeed in this role, we believe you have
Ideally a Masters or Ph.D degree in a quantitative/applied field (Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Mathematics, Engineering)
6 + years of data science roles, especially roles requiring cross-company collaboration
Hands-on experience applying modern machine learning techniques
Ability to program in statistical analysis languages, proficiency in programming languages (Python, R, )
Experience in feature engineering, automation, network analysis or Natural Language Processing
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience from the banking and finance sector, particularly within credit scoring modeling or from working with credit bureaus, is highly desirable
Fluency in written and spoken English and Swedish is required for this role

About the role
We are now looking for a CRM Support Agent who will be responsible for providing CRM (Salesforce) support to the organization. This role will work closely with sales and operations, responding the queries and finding solutions for any issues. The post holder will continuously work on improving ways of working and supporting our CRM users.
Key responsibilities include:
Day-to-day user support and maintenance of CRM to include managing user queries, user administration and user training
Ensuring that the data held in the CRM platform is accurate and well maintained through procedural/bulk updates.
Configuration of the Salesforce system; creating reports, dashboards and workflows
Gathering business requirements and documenting the proposals for system improvements
Identifying ways to streamline and improve current processes

Skills and experience required
Proven experience providing technical administration with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce

We are now recruiting for the Tech Lead for team Nasty Hamsters (4 Developers) in our Development Unit, a common component for the company which provides authentication and supporting services in Sweden. Team Nasty Hamsters is responsible of the common login solution. The team mainly work with backend development and also have some front-end applications as well.
As a Tech Lead, you work with development together with the team and in addition to that motivate team members and give them feedback. You will help the team make decisions, as well as guide them in technical difficulties. The Tech Lead is responsible for decisions regarding choices of technique, architecture and design and to make sure it is in line with the overall directives. The Tech Lead also initiates and represent the team in discussions with other parts of the company as well as externally and ensures that the team is aligned with the development and agile process.
The Tech lead will also discuss requirements with customers and help them understand the common component and products.
Essential Key Responsibilities
Front end, back end designing and coding. Architecting the service and system with the help of architecture team. Maintain and enhance the product common login. Design new supporting service for common login - a collection of vendor solutions and custom application code that provides automated user registration, provisioning, authentication, access governance which requires special skills to underline architecture and login mechanism like oauth2 access token, refresh token and different authentication flow like code, implicit flow.
Lead the Dev team in its daily work, including stand-ups and demos. Decide on techniques, architecture and design to be used and ensure that it is aligned with the overall IT directives. Addition to this lead should also develop and maintain RESTful APIs web services and front end application to enable seamless communication between the frontend and backend systems and various services.
Communicate, educate, and enforce best practices and standards based on our guidelines. Responsible for sync between product teams. Represents the development team in dialogs with representatives of other functions. Create detailed design documentation



Education/Experience and Competencies
Experienced full stack java developer with experience from working in microservices environment with continuous deployment and with IMS (identity management system) technologies. Extensive experience from working with some of our technical tools including Java, Spring, Microservices/Spring boot REST APIs, Kafka, Cassandra, AWS and Kubernetes. Preferably also some experience from Spring Boot, Elastic Search, RabbitMQ and Angular. Must have Working experience in Oauth2, access token, code and implicit flow, user management, SSO (single sign on). The Partner Alliances function is responsible for driving and retaining revenue by expanding current
alliance partnerships into new product offerings and identifying new partnerships with high-growth
potential.
In this role you will be focused on managing, developing and acquiring third party relationships.
Responsibilities
Fulfill the role of trusted advisor on Dun & Bradstreet solutions through the development of strong, positive relationships with clients
Build senior level executive relationships with partners to achieve revenue growth and partner satisfaction objectives within targeted partner portfolio and prospects
Maintain and grow the revenue stream for partner retention, upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Create compelling use cases for potential partners. These are longer sales cycles requiring extensive pre-sales efforts to establish credibility, map out solution architecture, validate value proposition, and test.

Skills

Experience and Professional Qualifications Required:

Regulatory Expertise: In-depth knowledge of local statutory accounting, regulations, and tax compliance.
Corporate Environment: Experience working in a US headquarters and a mature shared services environment is a plus.

We're looking for a Developer to join our team. The development team has a large area of responsibility mainly working with backend development.
This includes:
Taking part in the software development process as an active team member and work according to the team’s agile work methodology.
Tasks mainly consist of coding, testing, documenting new features and maintaining existing services in the production environment for which the team is responsible. The work also includes collaboration with Product Managers, other teams and stakeholders to drive tasks assigned to the team forward. We are looking for a Solution Architect Pre Sales to join our Business Advisory organization!
The main objective is to be the industry- and subject matter expert within the finance, credit information areas of Dun and Bradstreet’s portfolio. You will engage external clients and sales colleagues seeking in establishing the business need/challenge and lead the solution definition process.


About the role:
In this role you specialize in working with potential clients during the pre-sales process. You work in close collaboration with our colleagues in Northern Europe. Your primary role is to understand the customers needs and requirements and then design technical solutions that align with those needs. You will work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and develop strategic solutions. You will conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of our solutions.

In this position you will serve as the supporting regulatory compliance attorney for Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) operations. Per direction and guidance of the lead regulatory counsel Managing Attorney, the Attorney will build and continually enhance bridges between global teams, local operations, and the commercial legal team for the subregion. The role will balance internal legal and compliance operational responsibilities in support of the Northern Europe Leadership Team, and their respective teams, with external engagement and advocacy on regulatory, compliance and ethics priorities for D&B.
The Attorney will be responsible for providing advice and counsel on a broad range of laws and regulations related to:
Privacy and data protection
Nordic credit information, financial services, AML/KYC, sanctions
Anti-bribery and anti-corruption, competition
ESG and sustainability
Marketing and electronic communications
Artificial intelligence, digital platforms and services, sanctions
Whistleblowing, and similar obligations applicable to D&B operations across the (Europe – Northern Europe).
Attorney will coordinate compliance risk management for the (Europe – Northern Europe) and ensures timely escalation and updates to the global compliance risk register

Requirements:
Nordic Master’s of Law, or Nordic Bachelor’s of law and a European LL.M
Qualified to practice law in the jurisdiction in which the counsel is located

In this position you will be responsible for providing legal guidance, support and lead the regulatory attorney for Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) operations across the subregion Northern Europe. You will build and continually enhance bridges between global teams, local operations, and the commercial legal team for the subregion.
As leader in this role you will balance internal legal and compliance operational responsibilities in support of the Northern Europe Leadership Team, and their respective teams, with external engagement and advocacy on regulatory, compliance and ethics priorities for D&B.
This role requires an ambitious, highly curious, flexible and open-minded lawyer with proven ability and desire to receive feedback, and to work in a fast-paced international environment.

Requirements & Competencies:
Nordic Master’s of Law from a reputable Nordic university. Qualified to practice law in the jurisdiction in which the counsel is located.
English & Swedish language skills both in writing and verbal is required
7-8 years of legal experience, preferably some in-house, with at least 5 years of experience in area of regulatory compliance, privacy, data protection and Nordic credit information area, financial regulations, AML, trade compliance, and digital marketing.
Knowledge and experience of the EU law and EU regulatory legal matters is preferred
Customer-focused, commercial-oriented, and innovation mindset. Comfortable translating complex legal requirements into operational controls for business and technology teams

The Technical Implementation Consultant guides the customer through the implementation of D&B Integrated Products and D&B connectors. This person provides support to a customers’ technical team by providing best practice advice and issue resolution during the customers’ integration project of D&B integrated products delivered.
The Technical Implementation Consultant will also manage minor projects individually or as resource in part of larger projects. They will work closely with internal stakeholders to maintain high level of knowledge in the integrated and connector products.

In this position you will serve as the supporting regulatory compliance attorney for Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) operations. Per direction and guidance of the lead regulatory counsel Managing Attorney, the Attorney will build and continually enhance bridges between global teams, local operations, and the commercial legal team for the subregion. The role will balance internal legal and compliance operational responsibilities in support of the Northern Europe Leadership Team, and their respective teams, with external engagement and advocacy on regulatory, compliance and ethics priorities for D&B.
The Attorney will be responsible for providing advice and counsel on a broad range of laws and regulations related to:
Privacy and data protection
Nordic credit information, financial services, AML/KYC, sanctions
Anti-bribery and anti-corruption, competition
ESG and sustainability
Marketing and electronic communications
Artificial intelligence, digital platforms and services, sanctions
Whistleblowing, and similar obligations applicable to D&B operations across the (Europe – Northern Europe).
Attorney will coordinate compliance risk management for the (Europe – Northern Europe) and ensures timely escalation and updates to the global compliance risk register

Requirements:
Nordic Master’s of Law, or Nordic Bachelor’s of law and a European LL.M
Qualified to practice law in the jurisdiction in which the counsel is located
Additional relevant certifications, such as CIPP/E or CIPM, preferred but not required
Swedish & English language skills is required
Preferably 3 years of regulatory legal experience, preferably some in-house, with at least 2 years of experience in the area of privacy, data protection and privacy and digital marketing
Added knowledge and experience of the EU law and EU regulatory legal matters is preferred
Customer-focused, commercial-oriented, and innovation mindset. Comfortable translating complex legal requirements into operational controls for business and technology teams

In coordination with D&B’s Chief Compliance & Ethics Officer, the Group DPO, and other members of GCE, works closely with ISMS and Security team leads in the (Europe – Northern Europe) to coordinate ISO and security program obligations with GCE program obligations across the (Europe – Northern Europe). Coordinates regional review and feedback on policies, procedures, and other standards, communications and training, oversight and monitoring, metrics and reporting, and other program elements. This is a hybrid role – partly in the office and partly work from home/travel. It will be based in Stockholm, Sweden.

Essential Responsibilities
In this position you will work together with decision-makers across the company or external clients to understand their business goals, identify opportunities to use data and analytics to develop new insights, and to improve business results.
You will establish and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders.
Take the analytical lead in all aspects of a modeling engagement, including design, development, validation, calibration, documentation, approval, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on predictive models within the Advanced Analytic Services team and with business users; consult with the business, as appropriate, on predictive modeling solutions.
Validate the performance of existing quantitative models, to ensure that key KPIs are set and attained, and to recommend changes when necessary. Partner with internal D&B team to develop new business solutions in risk analytics. Experience leading data scientists’ team.
Basic Requirements
Master’s degree or higher with concentration in a quantitative discipline such as(Math/Stat, Economics, Computer Science, Finance, Operations Research, etc.) with 8+ years of applicable experience
Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both a technical and non-technical audience
Strong client collaboration skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Ability to design and develop analytics products end to end
Deep knowledge and experiences in Machine Learning and AI and its application.
Hands on experience of building analytics solutions and the ability to conduct research utilizing Python, Spark and
Strong model development experiences for financial industry
Creative and inquisitive in nature, flexibility to learn and apply new methodologies

Experience of development of Sales & Marketing solutions
Strong business acumen, especially in Nordic Region

To be successful in this role we believe you have/are:

The role
The Sweden Junior Business Controller will play a key role in delivering financial insight into the performance of this key Dun & Bradstreet market. In this newly created role, and as part of a Nordics Finance team, you will work closely with colleagues in Finance and across the business. You will provide best-in-class financial budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis on sales in the Sweden market.
This role will suit an ambitious finance professional with strong analytical skills, who is an effective communicator, can challenge the status quo and is able to identify opportunities to enhance the insight provided to the business. You will be expected to use a variety of financial planning and analysis tools and disciplines to guide leaders across the business in making decisions to maximise financial performance in what is a fast-paced and constantly evolving business environment. The role requires close collaboration with colleagues across multiple functions and is therefore offered on a hybrid working basis in the Stockholm office.

Main tasks:
·Support Sweden sales leaders and managers in ongoing Sales analysis work
·Support in sale forecasting and budget processes
·Be involved in current development projects run within the finance function.
·Monthly performance reporting to Sweden leadership team
·Be responsible for monthly commission calculation and sales performance analysis
·Support SMB business unit as a finance partner
·Support ad-hoc requests including process enhancements, project analysis and other business priority requests
Maintain relevant spreadsheet models and tools to help track business performance efficiently and effectively
Qualifications and personality:
·A relevant academic degree such as Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or similar
·A results-focused, self-motivated, dynamic character who can operate well both within a team and when working alone.
·Keenness to learn and work collaboratively with colleagues across all business functions
·Demonstrates a ‘Can-do’ attitude, able to co-ordinate multiple inputs to provide clear, concise and insightful management information.

We're looking for a Developer to join our team. The development team has a large area of responsibility mainly working with backend development.


This includes:
Taking part in the software development process as an active team member and work according to the team’s agile work methodology.
Tasks mainly consisting of coding, testing, documenting of new features/functionalities and maintenance of existing services in the production environment which the team is responsible for. The work also includes collaboration with Product Managers, other teams and stakeholders to drive tasks assigned to the team forward. The tasks will help address topics as per guidelines given from the team’s Tech Lead and Agile Product Owner.
Responsibilities:
Coding, including creating unit and integration tests, and documentation for code and services produced.
Be an active participant in the team’s agile work process; estimate work tasks, sprint planning, participate in sprint demos etc.
Align and coordinate delivery with Product Managers, product team colleagues and Tech Lead to ensure consistency in solutions.
Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders outside of the product team when needed to solve an assigned task.
Participate in handling of incidents related to team’s services in the production environment.

Requirements:
Experienced (minimum 5 years in Java) backend developer with experience in working within microservices environment with continuous deployment and with Big Data technologies.
Extensive experience in working with some of our technical tools including: Java, Spring, REST APIs, AWS and Kubernetes.
Problem-solver with a positive attitude and experience of managing and working with stakeholders.
An academic degree in one of the following areas Engineering/Computer science/Information systems.
Team player, responsible and structured.
Good communication and social skills.
Full professional proficiency English language skills.

Preferable experience:
Spring Boot, Kafka, Elastic Search, RabbitMQ and Angular.

Tech Lead in team Nasty Hamsters (4 Developers) in Development Unit, It’s a common component for the company which provides authentication and supporting services for it in Sweden. Team Nasty Hamsters is responsible of the common login solution. The team mainly work with backend development and also have some front-end applications as well
As a Tech Lead work with development together with the team and in addition to that motivate team members and give them feedback. Also help team to take decision, guide in technical difficulties. Technically the Tech Lead is responsible for decision regarding choices of technique, architecture and design and to make sure it is in line with the overall directives. Tech Lead also initiates and represent the team in discussions with other parts of the company as well as externally and ensures that the team is aligned with the development and agile process.
Tech lead also have to talk and discuss the requirement from customers and make them understand the common component and the products.
Essential Key Responsibilities
Front end, back end designing and coding. Architecting the service and system with the help of architecture team. Maintain and enhance the product common login.Design new supporting service for common login - a collection of vendor solutions and custom application code that provides automated user registration, provisioning, authentication, access governance which requires special skills to underline architecture and login mechanism like oauth2 access token, refresh token and different authentication flow like code, implicit flow.


Lead the Dev team in its daily work, including stand-ups and demos. Decide on techniques, architecture and design to be used and ensure that it is aligned with the overall IT directives.Addition to this lead should also develop and maintain RESTful APIs web services and front end application to enable seamless communication between the frontend and backend systems and various services.


Communicate, educate, and enforce best practices and standards based on our guidelines. Responsible for sync between product teams. Represents the development team in dialogs with representatives of other functions. Create detailed design documentation



Education/Experience and Competencies
Experienced full stack java developer with experience from working in microservices environment with continuous deployment and with IMS (identity management system) technologies. Extensive experience from working with some of our technical tools including Java, Spring, Microservices/Spring boot REST APIs, Kafka, Cassandra, AWS and Kubernetes. Preferably also some experience from Spring Boot, Elastic Search, RabbitMQ and Angular.
Must have Working experience in Oauth2, access token, code and implicit flow, user management, SSO (single sign on).
Knowledge in one of the cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment.
Experience in Maven, Gradle, Git, Bamboo,Bitbucket and Databases: My, No (Cassandra), Postgre
Other Tools: Kibana, Grafana, Logstash, ELK, Kubernetes. Preferred
Good to have
Frontend technology: working experience like angular, html, css, typescript, javascript, node

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst, experienced within the area of Master Data Management, to support us in one of the coolest data platform transformations you can imagine. Key responsibilities
Analyze existing data supply chains of source data and master data systems, to produce detailed recommendations on how to move the data dependency towards our goal architecture platform.
Work in close collaboration with Tech Development, Data Owners, Tech Architecture, Product and Analytics departments to capture business requirements needed for strategic data transformation decisions.
Analyze data assets to identify detailed requirements on master data rules to meet data quality business demands.
Support data transformation projects with change management coordination, making sure everyone understand and feel supported in what goals to reach and how.
The role also provide opportunity to work as Product Owner of master data development towards Tech teams.

Key Requirements
We believe that you have 7+ years of experience of working with master data management, preferably in roles as Requirements Specialist or Business Analyst.
You like solving problems together with others and have the communication skills to bring different persons and departments together towards a common goal.
Are experienced in working in an Agile environment.
Have excellent communication skill both in written and spoken English.
Have a good understanding of different technology support and how they can be used in master data management.



Bonus points for:
Experience from working with data management in a credit, marketing, phone directory or financial industry.
Good understanding of data privacy and rules and regulations such as GDPR, credit information acts etc.
Experience from participating in or leading large scale master data transformation projects.

A Solna-based development team called Orca consisting of ca 12 developers is looking for a web developer. Orca team practices SCRUM and its main responsibility is to maintain code and implement new functionality for a product called Infotorg which is divided into five different parts: Fordon, Person, Företag, Juridik och Fastighet. The systems are complex and span many technologies.

As a member of Team Orca you will work closely together with Infotorg's product owners to find the best solutions for new requirements. You will also work closely together with the other developers in the team.

I rollen som Entitlement Excecutive hanterar du beställningar och supportfrågor om våra kredit och marknadstjänster. Du kommer att ingå i en grupp på 8 personer och i ett team på 12. Huvuduppgiften är att tillsammans med andra i teamet hantera faktureringsförberedelser, krediteringar, behörighetsuppsättning vid ny leverans av kredittjänster och fakturering och kreditering för marknadstjänster. Då vi hanterar fakturering av leveranser är behovet som störst sista veckan i varje månad och utifrån det shemaläggs semestrar. Vi fokuserar också på att utveckla och bidra till ständiga förbättringar som ett led i att förenkla för kunder och förbättra våra interna processer.

The main objective is to be the industry and subject matter expert within a specific area of Dun and Bradstreet’s portfolio. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sweden accountant to join our Finance team on a permanent basis based in Sweden. This role would be reporting to the Sweden Accounting and Control Leader. You’ll be responsible for various tasks such as employee related cost postings and intercompany postings in all entities. GO Process is Dun & Bradstreet's Multi-Market Process established to allow D&B's Worldwide Network to deliver a consistent solution to its customers, foster internal cooperation, alignment, and ensure fair and equitable compensation for all Worldwide Network members who participate in globally structured deals. Senior Specialist, Sales Operations is part of our global network of business champions, working with Dun & Bradstreet’s sales teams and the Worldwide Network (WWN) to drive global sales while ensuring overall contract compliance.
Essential Key Responsibilities
Be the GO Process senior specialist for the D&B Nordic region, managing standard requests as well as more complex requests, while leading a specialist who handles standard requests.
Be an expert and trusted advisor to sales leadership on the GO process for the Nordic market.
Manage standard requests as well as more complex requests.
Negotiation / relationship management between sales and WWN members to help drive revenue, calculate and submit compensation to markets outside of your territory.

The main objective is to be the industry and subject matter expert within a specific area of Dun and Bradstreet’s portfolio. The Subject Matter Expert Solution Architect shall make it their main responsibility to learn the portfolio assigned by heart.
