About the position

As a Senior Data Engineer in our Data & AI Office, you’ll play a key role in shaping and scaling our Snowflake-based data platform. This is a position for someone who is not only technically skilled but also curious about the business and eager to make an impact. About the position

We are looking for two curious people that are willing to explore the state of the art techniques when it comes to machine translations. You should be eager to find out and try out the latest techniques within AI and machine learning. This Master Thesis will investigate the possibility of generating better machine translations that keeps the tone of text when translating different types of copy texts by using state of the art generative AI setups. This includes investigating agentic setups and logic as well the need for finetuning an own model. The project will be conducted from Dometic’s Headquarters in Solna and preferably by two persons as we are looking for a thorough investigation of the subject. You will get a chance to work with a big global company within the manufacturing industry and encounter many different applications for the technical solution.

Your main responsibilities


- Research what the state of the art of machine translations is leveraging techniques such as Machine Learning and LLMs
- Implement a translation module that can translate a text, keeping/using the specified tone of voice
- Investigate if the needed for a finetuned language model is needed
- Evaluate the solution together with the organization

As Head of Marketing Planning and Strategic Projects at Dometic you will play a key role in driving Dometic’s marketing strategy and planning to ensure alignment with overall business and brand strategy. This is a senior and broad marketing role where you will lead strategic initiatives while collaborating with key stakeholders across the global organization. The position has high strategic height and requires an action oriented profile, with strong commercial mindset and a solid customer centric approach.

Your main responsibilities


- Lead and execute the global marketing strategy and planning process that integrates all segments’ efforts to create yearly marketing plans.
- Align strategic priorities and identify key opportunities to drive impact in the market.
- Collaborate closely with product management to ensure marketing alignment with product strategy, key priorities and road maps.
- Work with Product Management and Sales to refine GTM processes and ways of working for optimal commercial impact.
- Analyse market, industry trends, competitive landscape and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Support global Brand integration of acquired companies.
- Lead, coordinate and execute best in class Brand partnerships and collaboration strategy for business impact and growth.
- Track marketing execution, relevant KPIs and progress to drive continuous improvements.
- Deliver key global marketing initiatives to drive brand and business impact.
- Drive collaboration and joint projects for enhanced impact – provide strategic direction and support.

- Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English. Bilingual in Swedish is a plus.

You will manage a small core team at Group HQ delivering support to Dometic Group and provide a competence center to our segment teams who will provide their own resources.



You will be expected to foster a collaborative, continuous improvement, and customer first mindset throughout the organization and establish partnerships throughout Dometic and with our external partners to ensure a quality result for Dometic and a positive experience for our end-users. The position reports to Global Head of Cloud & IT Operations and can be located at any Dometic location or at HQ in Stockholm, Solna Strand.



Your main responsibilities

- Responsible for delivering cost-effective Integration capabilities for Dometic in accordance with IT strategy including overseeing the design, development, testing, and deployment of integrations.
- Ensure timely delivery of integration projects, meeting quality standards and business expectations.
- Develop and maintain the integration strategy.
- Design integrations based on business requirements and integration strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define integration requirements and priorities.
- Develop training programs to enhance integration skills across teams.
- Collaborate with Product Owner to create and drive the roadmap/delivery plan/strategy for Integrations in line with Group and Segment strategies.
- Ensure that operations and services meet the needs of the business, simplify/streamline processes, and create a culture of continuous improvement as related to integrations.
- Responsible for lifecycle management of solutions and services within Integration service domain.
