The Corporate Development Manager will be a key driver in realizing Adapteo’s ambitious agenda by executing on the wide range of strategic projects in our portfolio. This role will report to VP Strategy and Corporate Development, located in Solna/Stockholm, Sweden and be a part of Adapteo’s Group Strategy and Corporate Development team.

The position is based at our office in Solna, Stockholm (SE). There could also be a possibility to be based in Vantaa (FI). Since Adapteo operates across nine countries in Northern/Central Europe, some business travel will be required.

What you will do

In this key strategic role, you will provide guidance on both strategic and operational level to our business leaders. Our strategic initiatives are driving tangible results by enhancing our operational smartness, cementing our industry leadership and securing our customer partnerships. As such, your focus will span across both operational, commercial and financial topics. Working closely with business leaders and stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring that our strategic initiatives yield our desired outcomes. As a direct report to the VP of Strategy and Corporate Development, you'll enjoy complete visibility into, and the opportunity to influence, our business strategy and the exciting roadmap that lies ahead.

Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Lead and support cross-business projects in a wide span of areas such as operations, finance, commercial and/or IT
- Secure project follow-through from pre-study to implementation
- Act as an in-house consultant, ready to support our business leaders with both strategic and operational support
- Take ownership of stakeholder dialogues and internal communication about strategic projects
- Support, coach and develop staff in our different Business Units to secure long-term governance of project deliverables

Your profile

To be successful in this role you are a high performer with strong drive and integrity paired with solid analytical skills. You hold an academic degree (preferably M.Sc.) within business management, finance or engineering and have around 2-5 years relevant experience from e.g. management consulting, preferably from an international setting. You have a broad range of experiences from - for example - transactional services, organizational transformation, commercial excellence and process optimization. Excellent language skills in English as well as in one of the Nordic languages, are a must.

This is a specialist role, where your focus will be to be responsible for sustainability data, and analyzing and reporting on all sustainability aspects of the Group's operations. In practice this means that you will:

- Collect, process, and report sustainability data according to current and future legislation, as well as according to applicable guidelines and standards (such as GRI, EU Taxonomy, SBTi, TCFD, and CSRD)
- Be responsible for reporting sustainability performance and ESG data in sustainability reports and external frameworks, such as the UN Global Compact, EcoVadis, GRESB, CDP and others.

We are on an exciting growth journey and we are now looking to strengthen the team with an Aftermarket Sales Manager to explore and develop second-hand markets and new rental opportunities for our legacy fleet and manage the divestment strategy of our legacy products, ensuring our products are utilized also after it´s life-cycle in Adapteo. This position will focus on our Nordic products and work actively together with stakeholders in the organization to ensure we have a structured and commercially sound plan for our older product series.

As the Aftermarket Sales Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that Adapteo's products have an extended life cycle and contribute to our sustainability goals. By extending the life cycle of our products and finding new markets and revenue streams beyond the rental lifetime, you will play a key role in ensuring that Adapteo has a competitive rental fleet at all times and a clear plan for how to work with our products after their rental lifetime. This will contribute to our overall growth and sustainability agenda by enabling further growth investments in new fleet and extending the lifetime of existing products thereby reducing our carbon footprint and contribute to a more sustainable future. You will be responsible for:

- Managing the aftersales process of our fleet, including pricing, marketing, and negotiating with potential buyers, to ensure that our products continue to be used and not disposed of prematurely.
- Developing and implementing strategies to explore second-hand markets and new rental opportunities for Adapteo's legacy fleet, to give our products a second life, enhance utilization on our key assets as well as freeing up capital for further investment in new fleet
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as the sales and marketing teams, to ensure seamless execution of aftermarket sales initiatives that align with Adapteo's overall agenda – both from a commercial and sustainability perspective
- Maintaining relationships with key customers and partners, identifying new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service, to foster a circular economy where our products are reused and recycled.

To be successful in this role we believe that you have solid experience from sales preferably within the construction services industry. You are commercially savvy, constantly looking to find new opportunities and develop the customer base and offering. You are able to translate business needs into an actionable commercial plan. You build trustful relationships and collaborate well with people from different backgrounds and organizational levels. In addition we believe that you have:

- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in b2b sales, preferably in aftermarket sales, fleet management, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Adapteo is searching for an experienced Executive Assistant to our newly appointed President and CEO, Johanna Persson, on our journey of Building Adaptable Societies. As Executive Assistant, you are the center of planning, scheduling and communication for Adapteo’s CEO, with whom you will have a close collaboration. You will be acting as the right hand of your manager being highly involved in the day-to-day life and planning of the CEO as well as other senior stakeholder in Adapteo’s Group Management Team.

Your responsibilities will include

- Manage and maintain the CEO’s schedule, appointments and travel arrangements, including prioritization of requests and managing conflicting demands
- Keeping track of the corporate calendar and coordinate, plan and prepare board and management team meetings including presentation decks, agenda and minutes
- Administration such as expense reporting and procurement requests on behalf of the CEO
- Plan and coordinate internal and external events as well as larger conferences and off-site gatherings
- Accompany on some travels where extra coordination is needed (very limited)
- Support and provides back up within monthly HR and Payroll administration
- Be the “go-to” person for support activities in the Head Office

Your profile

This is the perfect role a person who enjoys working in a growing and dynamic organization with highly engaged colleagues. We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant with strong planning, coordination and communication skills. In addition to this we believe that you have:

- Experience from executive support, preferably in an international environment
- A strong eye for details and aim to deliver with quality
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
- A service-minded and flexible approach with a can-do attitude
- Strong relationship building skills
- Excellent knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office
- The ability to work independently in setting priorities, excels in time management and can work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Swedish

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

Hantera medierelationer och driva PR-arbetet genom att arbeta med publicitetsskapande aktiviteter som når ut till relevanta målgrupper – både nationellt och internationellt.

Medieträning av talespersoner och övergripande kommunikationsrådgivning internt.

Omvärldsbevakning/ bevaka samhällsdebatten och till viss del bidra inom Public Affairs.

Skriva kommunikationsplaner, pressmeddelanden, debattartiklar och andra texter samt i viss mån även copy till digitala kanaler.



Vi tror att du har en relevant akademisk utbildning och antagligen minst fem till sju års erfarenhet av kommunikation, med fokus på Corporate Communication och publicitetsskapande PR. Erfarenhet av att arbeta med kriskommunikation är också viktigt. Du är en van skribent och kommunikatör med mycket god skriv- och presentationsförmåga på svenska och engelska.

För att trivas i rollen tror vi att du är samhällsintresserad och har viss erfarenhet av Public Affairs. Att ha arbetat i internationella miljöer är meriterande eftersom koncernspråket är engelska. The task at hand

Adapteo is on an exciting journey and are now looking for our first CEO Trainee to support and work alongside our President and CEO, Philip Isell Lind af Hageby. This is a unique opportunity for a top-talent early in his/her career to gain direct insight to the management of a listed company with direct exposure to senior stakeholders in the Group Management Team and Board of Directors. Being the CEO’s right hand, you will have a front-row seat and contribute in exciting projects and initiatives within a wide range of fields on the road to fulfilling our purpose of Building Adaptable Societies.

In your role as CEO Trainee you will get well acquainted with Adapteo´s portfolio of strategic initiatives to deliver on all pillars of our strategy by for example; taking part in business development projects within Commercial Excellence, deep-diving in to the M&A-agenda within Beak-out Growth or evaluating how to ensure optimal utilization of our fleet within Operational Efficiency. As these things are always top of mind for our CEO, we expect them to be top of mind for you as well!

As CEO Trainee you will encounter challenging and varied tasks where you have the opportunity to make an impact from day 1. You will get the opportunity to take part in various projects and processes across Adapteo in close cooperation with the CEO as well as members of the Group Management Team and other senior stakeholders in the company. You will also be instrumental in planning and keeping track of the corporate calendar.

In this role you will:

- Shadow and work closely together with President and CEO, Philip Isell Lind af Hageby
- Closely cooperate with other members of the Group Management Team and Business Unit Managing Directors on both strategic and operational matters
- Be responsible for varied and challenging tasks, with everything from ensuring the CEO’s daily routines are managed, to preparing presentation material and coordinating Management Team meetings
- Participate in a variety of initiatives across the Adapteo Group

Who you are
To be successful in this role you are a high performer with strong drive and integrity paired with solid analytical skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you get to use your social skills and creativity to solve important problems and build strong relationships. You are Proactive, Collaborative and Committed and like to interact and build relationships with people in an international environment. You are an excellent communicator with great IT skills, especially well versed in MS PowerPoint and Excel.

You hold a degree (preferably MSc. or higher) within business management, finance or engineering and have 0 -2 years of post-graduate experience (internship or work experience). Excellent language skills in Swedish and English are a must; other languages will be an asset for you.
