Our aim is to strengthen our capacity to drive complex, strategically important projects together with the different entities across our Pan-European organization. The Corporate Development Manager will be a key driver in realizing Adapteo’s ambitious agenda by executing on the wide range of strategic projects in our portfolio. The support of an experienced infrastructure investor with a long-term focus provides Adapteo with excellent conditions for continued growth and industry-leading sustainability efforts.

This role will report to VP Strategy and Corporate Development, located in Solna/Stockholm, Sweden and be a part of Adapteo’s Group Strategy and Corporate Development team.

The position is based at our office in Solna, Stockholm (SE). There could also be a possibility to be based in Vantaa (FI). Since Adapteo operates across nine countries in Northern/Central Europe, some business travel will be required.

What you will do

In this key strategic role, you will provide guidance on both strategic and operational level to our business leaders. Our strategic initiatives are driving tangible results by enhancing our operational smartness, cementing our industry leadership and securing our customer partnerships. As such, your focus will span across both operational, commercial and financial topics. Working closely with business leaders and stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring that our strategic initiatives yield our desired outcomes. As a direct report to the VP of Strategy and Corporate Development, you'll enjoy complete visibility into, and the opportunity to influence, our business strategy and the exciting roadmap that lies ahead.

Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Lead and support cross-business projects in a wide span of areas such as operations, finance, commercial and/or IT
- Secure project follow-through from pre-study to implementation
- Act as an in-house consultant, ready to support our business leaders with both strategic and operational support
- Take ownership of stakeholder dialogues and internal communication about strategic projects
- Support, coach and develop staff in our different Business Units to secure long-term governance of project deliverables

Your profile

To be successful in this role you are a high performer with strong drive and integrity paired with solid analytical skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you get to use your social skills and creativity to solve obstacles and build strong relationships. You are Proactive, Collaborative and Committed and like to interact and build relationships with people in an international environment. You are an excellent communicator with a solid consultancy toolbox, especially well versed in MS PowerPoint and Excel.

You hold an academic degree (preferably M.Sc.) within business management, finance or engineering and have around 2-5 years relevant experience from e.g. management consulting, preferably from an international setting. You have a broad range of experiences from - for example - transactional services, organizational transformation, commercial excellence and process optimization. Excellent language skills in English as well as in one of the Nordic languages, are a must.

As the Aftermarket Sales Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that Adapteo's products have an extended life cycle and contribute to our sustainability goals. By extending the life cycle of our products and finding new markets and revenue streams beyond the rental lifetime, you will play a key role in ensuring that Adapteo has a competitive rental fleet at all times and a clear plan for how to work with our products after their rental lifetime. This will contribute to our overall growth and sustainability agenda by enabling further growth investments in new fleet and extending the lifetime of existing products thereby reducing our carbon footprint and contribute to a more sustainable future. You will be responsible for:

- Managing the aftersales process of our fleet, including pricing, marketing, and negotiating with potential buyers, to ensure that our products continue to be used and not disposed of prematurely.
- Developing and implementing strategies to explore second-hand markets and new rental opportunities for Adapteo's legacy fleet, to give our products a second life, enhance utilization on our key assets as well as freeing up capital for further investment in new fleet
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as the sales and marketing teams, to ensure seamless execution of aftermarket sales initiatives that align with Adapteo's overall agenda – both from a commercial and sustainability perspective
- Maintaining relationships with key customers and partners, identifying new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service, to foster a circular economy where our products are reused and recycled.

To be successful in this role we believe that you have solid experience from sales preferably within the construction services industry. You are commercially savvy, constantly looking to find new opportunities and develop the customer base and offering. You are able to translate business needs into an actionable commercial plan. You build trustful relationships and collaborate well with people from different backgrounds and organizational levels. In addition we believe that you have:

- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in b2b sales, preferably in aftermarket sales, fleet management, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in developing and executing aftermarket sales strategies.
- Fluent in English and at least one of the Nordic languages (verbal and written)
- Full professional proficiency in the Office application (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Experience from the rental industry as well as fleet management is a plus.

The Challenge We Offer

You will work in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and oversee enhancement of all sourcing activities for the spend categories Modules and Direct Material in Northern Europe. In this role, you will play an important role in developing comprehensive category strategies for described categories in line with our company’s objectives and values, but also to support the overall transformation of procurement in throughout the organization.

This role will report to the VP Group Procurement, located in Solna/Stockholm, Sweden. Certain amount of travelling will be required in this role.

What You Will Do

Own and lead category management for the spend categories Modules and Direct Material in the region of Northern Europe, including:

- Lead design and implementation of category strategies for Modules and Direct Material in co-creation with cross-functional category teams
- Drive continuous category planning, analysis and implementation in alignment with business partners
- Full ownership of overall supplier relationships and of contractual and commercial processes and agreements
- Manage and lead strategic sourcing activities in cross-functional teams
- Act as facilitator for procurement initiatives within Modules and Direct Material across business units and functions in the organization

- Managing the aftersales process of our fleet, including pricing, marketing, and negotiating with potential buyers, to ensure that our products continue to be used and not disposed of prematurely.
- Developing and implementing strategies to explore second-hand markets and new rental opportunities for Adapteo's legacy fleet, to give our products a second life, enhance utilization on our key assets as well as freeing up capital for further investment in new fleet
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as the sales and marketing teams, to ensure seamless execution of aftermarket sales initiatives that align with Adapteo's overall agenda – both from a commercial and sustainability perspective
- Maintaining relationships with key customers and partners, identifying new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service, to foster a circular economy where our products are reused and recycled.

To be successful in this role we believe that you have solid experience from sales preferably within the construction services industry. You are commercially savvy, constantly looking to find new opportunities and develop the customer base and offering. You are able to translate business needs into an actionable commercial plan. You build trustful relationships and collaborate well with people from different backgrounds and organizational levels. In addition we believe that you have:

- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in b2b sales, preferably in aftermarket sales, fleet management, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in developing and executing aftermarket sales strategies.
- Fluent in English and at least one of the Nordic languages (verbal and written)

What You Will Do

This new role will focus on leading and facilitating transformation and value creation of Adapteo Procurement. You will plan, and drive implementation of different types of projects as a key part of this role, such as:

- Lead roll-out and continuous improvement of activity-based-pricing in subcontracting across Adapteo Group, including supporting and tracking business unit level value creation
- Facilitate group-wide benchmarking and regular best practice exchange across business units
- Act as cross-business unit and cross-functional facilitator
- Define and implement common standards for procurement processes, methods and tools
- Drive digitalization and professionalization of procurement across Adapteo; design and manage procurement digitalization roadmap; select and implement appropriate tools and solutions

Who You Are

About the role

We believe you to have solid experience from a broad qualified HR-role, such as HR Business Partner, HR-Generalist, HR-manager or similar. Experience from a Nordic or Pan-European HR role is highly meriting. You hold a university degree with emphasis on HR or business administration.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you get to use your experience and creativity to build new structures and processes. You are proactive, flexible and solution-oriented and like to interact and build relationships with people in an international environment. You are an excellent communicator with great IT skills and you have a strong interest and understanding of digital and technical tools. As Executive Assistant, you are the center of planning, scheduling and communication for Adapteo’s CEO, with whom you will have a close collaboration. Your responsibilities will include

- Development, implementation and support on a wide range of HR activities, policies, processes and programs within the Business Units
- Delivery of HR processes (Performance Management, Salary Revision, Recruitment, Work environment, Rehabilitation, Labor Law etc.)
- Owning annual recurring processes in your Business Units (SE and NO)
- Provide operational support and counsel to the organization
- Manage effectively the on-boarding and induction of newly hired staff as well as managing the off-boarding process
- Support in internal HR projects and audits

Adapteo is on a change journey and this role will be highly influenced by it. For the right person there are great opportunities to be part of the development and implementation of new processes and tools to support our long-term strategy and vision. You will play a crucial role in realizing some of the change initiatives as decided by the Group Management Team. In addition to your work supporting local HR-processes and operations, you will also have certain HR responsibilities at group level taking part in group wide development projects within the HR-field. Your location will be in Solna, Sweden. Limited travel domestically and international is required. The HR team consists of SVP HR, two HR Business Partners and one Payroll & HR Coordinator.

We expect you to have solid experience from a broad qualified HR-role, such as HR Business Partner, HR-generalist or similar. Experience from a Nordic or Pan-European HR role is highly meriting. You hold a university degree with emphasis on HR or business administration. You have strong knowledge of Swedish labor law and have hands-on experience from union co-operation proceedings and are good at interpreting CBA's (Collective Bargaining Agreements).

You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you get to use your experience and creativity to build new structures and processes. You are proactive, flexible and solution-oriented and like to interact and build relationships with people in an international environment. You are an excellent communicator with great IT skills and you have a strong interest and understanding of digital and technical tools. Experience in leading HR related projects is considered an advantage. Excellent language skills in Swedish and English are a must; other languages will be an asset for you.
