- Be the first point of contact for all post delivery inquiries for our customers

- Perform in-depth analysis and troubleshooting on the incidents reported by customers or those identified through monitoring systems
- Initiate Escalation process, drive progress and overall ownership throughout the process
- Form case specific task forces and drive progress in the incident process
- Be responsible for keeping momentum on ongoing incident investigations through regular follow up and communication with all involved parties
- Keep track of SLA thresholds and commitments and chase information and progress status with other internal units and external providers

The job
As a Senior Signaling Engineer you will be mainly responsible for planning and implementation of the Diameter Signaling Controllers (DSCs) which are currently used for the international LTE/4G Roam Connect product. You will belong to the Voice and Signaling Networks unit with employees in three countries. The position is available in any Telia Carrier office.
Responsibilities
Planning, dimensioning & implementation of Diameter Signaling Controllers (DSCs), both for physical and virtual environments
Facilitate interaction between DSCs and other tools/systems for performance monitoring, network analytics etc.
Understand the technical aspects of 4G Roam Connect and Diameter signaling and help drive development of 5G Roam Connect signaling products and technologies. Provide support to Business Units from an engineering and design point of view
Routing incl. policing functions for 4G Roam Connect signaling
Lab testing / verification for new software versions
Create, update and maintain design documents for DSC
Provide support and training to other units

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics or similar
At least 5 years of experience in similar roles
Thorough knowledge of Roam Connect Signaling Protocols and technologies, i.e. Diameter and Security Edge Protection Proxy
Ability to work in international environment and have excellent inter-personal and communication skills
Highly skilled in reporting tools like Excel etc.
Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Know-how in following areas would be an advantage:
