Job Overview:
Provide epidemiology and outcomes research leadership for observational research on the natural history of disease and comparative safety, effectiveness, and cost of medical treatment.
Design methodologically sound studies to meet project objectives and regulatory requirements.
Conduct and supervise analyses, evaluation and reporting of studies
Authors of protocols, reports, and other study documents with independent, critical thinking to ensure quality and completeness of output
Reviews and provides epidemiology and outcomes research input for tasks including CRF/eCRF development, form previews and other ad hoc project tasks (e.g., regulatory responses, slide deck development
Independently generates content and direction for business development proposals on smaller projects with input from senior staff.

Requirements:
MPH, MSc, PhD or an equivalent degree in epidemiology or public health or 5 years relevant experience.
Sound methodological training in epidemiology, outcomes research, health economics, or related area relevant to observational health research.
Ability to design observational studies of comparative effectiveness, safety, and cost

JOB DESCRIPTION
Come and join our great HR team existing of 4 members operating in the Nordics supporting close to 500 employees across our region (Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark). You will report to the HR Director who is based in Sweden, Stockholm.
Job Overview
As a member of the HR function you will provide time and attendance support across the 4 Nordic countries Finland, Denmark, Norway, and Sweden. Set up process and policy to support local time and attendance regulations across each country. Act as first point of contact regarding payroll related questions from employees, internal payroll function, finance, and other centre of excellence.


Essential Functions
Develop strong and effective team relationships with local HR and local payroll function
Develop new and review existing policy/set up for local time and attendance process
Provide guidance to local HR regarding time and attendance related questions
Support local pension, insurance and leave process in relation to time and attendance
Provide support and participate on teams for the day-to-day development and implementation of new local and global HR initiatives
Provide reports and analyses as requested by other HR team members



Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Working language is English, excellent working knowledge of at least one of the Nordic languages is required
Experience in an office environment or within an HR function
Experience with collective agreements, payroll administration or Workday time and attendance module
Sound knowledge of local and relevant employment legislation
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and Workday applications
Good problem-solving, judgment and decision-making skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Very high degree of discretion and confidentiality
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, organize and manage projects
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients
