PRODUKTIONSTEKNIKER
- För tillverkning av raketmotorer för satelliter
ECAPS AB
Vi ökar serieproduktionen av raketmotorer (1 N) för användning på satelliter. Vi kvalificerar samtidigt raketmotorer för högre dragkraftsnivåer (5 N, 22 N och 220 N).
Vi söker just nu en noggrann och engagerad produktionstekniker för vår motortillverkning.
Din roll
Rollen innefattar allt från precisionsmontering och bearbetning av raketmotorkomponenter till vakuumlödning och kvalitetskontroll. Monteringsarbetet bedrivs i renrumsmiljö, men arbetet kan även innefatta jobb i maskinverkstad. Utöver det praktiska arbetet med motorproduktionen kommer du att arbeta med artikelbesiktning, dimensionsverifiering, hantering av komponenter och förbrukningsmaterial i produktionen samt kvalitetskontroll.
Din profil
Du behöver ha förmågan att arbeta självständigt men i kontinuerlig dialog med övriga medlemmar i produktionsteamet. Du är driven, metodisk och kan följa processer noggrant och rapportera eventuella avvikelser. Arbetsuppgifterna ställer höga krav på kvalitetsmedvetenhet, repeterbarhet och dokumentation. Det är viktigt för dig att anpassa ditt arbete så att det överensstämmer med branschstandarderna.
Att tillverka raketmotordelar är ett jobb som kräver praktisk skicklighet och ett intresse för finmekanik. Att följa ritningar och instruktioner med bibehållen kvalitetsstandard är nyckelområden i arbetet.
Krav
- Den ideala kandidaten skall kunna utföra precisionsarbete och följa dokumenterade procedurer och processer för tillverkning.
- Validera utfört arbete genom återkommande visuella inspektioner.
- Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.
- Kunskap i att dokumentera utfört arbete.
- Öppenhet för att lära sig nya processer.
Meriterande
- Erfarenhet av arbetsberedning av mekaniska material och precisionsmontering,
- Kunskap om kvalitetsprocesser och kvalitetssystem,
- Kunskap om metalliska material och keramer för högtemperatursapplikationer.
- Erfarenhet av renrumsarbete,
- Erfarenhet av vakuumsystem och vakuumlödning,
- Arfarenhet av visuell inspektion och svetsning.
- Arbetsliverfarenhet inom flyg- eller rymdbranschen.

About ECAPS
ECAPS AB is a leading manufacturer of rocket engines and the environmentally friendly propellant LMP-103S, which is a greener and safer alternative to conventional toxic rocket propellants. ECAPS currently exports rocket engines worldwide. ECAPS High Performance Green Propulsion (HPGP ®) is a world-class product manufactured entirely in Stockholm. We are in the process of industrializing our HPGP technology and are increasing series production of thrusters (1 N). We are simultaneously developing rocket engines for higher thrust levels (5 N, 22 N and 200 N) to expand our product range.



Your role
As Program Manager you will be responsible for the on time and on cost delivery of all projects executed at ECAPS. The role is broad, in that it covers program management and governance aspects such as program status reviews (PSR), project management for all planning and executing all projects simultaneously, as well as responsibility for bid and proposals for potential new projects. The Program Manager controls all project implementation and ensures compliance with technical specification and financial requirements, as well as the quality management system and its processes. The Program Manager is also the primary point of contact to the customer.

The Program Manager is also a key member of the leadership team at ECAPS and therefore involved with business planning and has influence on and input to many elements of the business. Other important tasks include resource planning, managing project administration, evaluating production and program performance based on data.


Your profile
To succeed in this role you need project management skills and experience in the areas of project planning, project finance and reporting. You need to be comfortable communicating to internal and external stakeholders. Your technical knowledge and experience must be broad enough to understand the products, quality requirements, costs, design requirement and you must have a good understanding of system engineering processes and their implementation in projects through standardized plans and procedures. You must be self-starter, with high level of motivation and the ability to lead and influence others. The Program Manager is critical in ensuring customer and stakeholder expectations are met, therefore you need to be a good problem solver, enjoy working in a team, be driven and methodical and be willing to take on responsibility for a broad range of tasks and outputs.

· Manages customer requirements in accordance with contractual agreements (compliance, risk, schedule, quality and cost)
· Responsible for resource planning
· Meeting with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals
· Responsible for Program/Project definition and planning as well as execute
· Responsible to ensure on Time - on Quality - on Cost (oToQoC) is met for all projects
· Pro-actively engage to continuously improve the overall project performance in line with the agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
· Responsible for Bid Management (preparing proposals and co-ordinating expert input for technical and commercial volumes).

We are looking for Quality Control Engineer to join our team at ECAPS to ensure the quality of our products. The main tasks will be to perform quality control inspections on our rocket engines and sub-components.

ECAPS High Performance Green Propulsion (HPGP ®) is a world-class product manufactured entirely in Stockholm.


Your role
As a Quality Control Engineer at ECAPS you will be responsible to ensure that our products meet the required standards by performing inspections. In this role you will work closely with the quality team and perform receiving, in-process, and final inspection of parts, materials and sub-assemblies of our rocket engines. The day-to-day tasks will include examine products and material for defects or deviations from manufacturer or industry specifications. You will also inspect and measure materials, measure products with different types of measuring devices and remove parts that fail to meet the required specification. For example you will use a Co-ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) to perform dimensional measurement of the rocket engines to check for correct alignment.


The tasks of the Quality Control Engineer require that you have good attention to detail. In this role you will work closely with, but independent from, people involved in production and testing. Within this role there is also the opportunity to grow and learn new tasks within quality team related to quality assurance and product assurance.


Key responsibilities include;
Perform and document visual and dimensional inspections on parts using engineering drawings, inspection procedures or work instructions
Detect non-conformances during production operations
Perform quality control equipment calibrations and record the data as required
Generate nonconformance reports as required
Evaluate data to indicate deviations from existing standards
Inspect or measure materials or products being produced


Your profile
You are a person with technical education or experience who enjoys working in a role where you conduct hands on work. You are able to work independently and within an integrated team. You have a methodical approach to your work, are self-motivated and able to deliver work to deadlines. The work is conducted in English and it is required that you are fluent in both English and Swedish.

We would like you to have the following skills;

We are looking for a Test Engineer to join our team in testing our rocket engines to ensure that the quality and functionality of our products meet customer expectations. Our products are integrated on our customers satellites to provide crucial functionality on the platform level.

ECAPS High Performance Green Propulsion (HPGP ®) is a world-class product manufactured in Stockholm.


Your role
The role may include everything from test plan preparation, procedure detailing and testing of rocket engines produced by ECAPS. Testing includes verification of product functionality and workmanship as well as Hot Fire testing with propellants at external test facilities.
The test work is mostly conducted in clean room environments, except for environmental and hot fire testing. In addition to practical work with the thruster testing you will handle article inspection, handling of components and consumable materials in production, and possibly quality control. Test reporting is also part of the job.


Key responsibilities include;
Conduct testing of rocket engines safely and in accordance with approved procedures, tests include functional testing, vibration testing, hot fire testing alongside other tests.
Document test results recording the processes followed, results of test and any test occurrences or anomalies
Improve test procedures, plan and schedule testing, provide input to test plans



Your profile
You need to have the ability to work independently, as well as in an integrated team with continuous dialogue with other members of the test team and external persons. You are driven, methodical and can follow processes carefully and report any discrepancies. The tasks place high demands on quality awareness, repeatability, and documentation.

- Using and/or programming Labview and/or Python

- Test site and equipment maintenance and management (consumables, equipment calibration, etc.).


Location
- This is a permanent full-time position based in Stockholm, Solna. Travel to external test facilities will occur.
