We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Writer with expertise in clinical research and a solid understanding of preclinical scientific work. The ideal candidate holds a PhD in a biomedical or clinical discipline and brings extensive experience developing scientific, regulatory, and clinical documentation.
In this role, the Medical Writer will work cross-functionally with Medical Affairs and Clinical Success teams, supporting communication across clinical development and translational research. This role is suited to someone who thrives in a detail-oriented but also business focused environment and can translate complex scientific concepts into clear, accurate and engaging written materials.
Key Responsibilities
Planning, develop, write, and edit scientific and clinical documents, including:
Clinical study protocols and clinical study reports,
Investigator brochures
Regulatory documents (e.g., ethics applications, informed consent forms)
Manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals
Scientific summaries, white papers, and conference materials
Work cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Clinical, Commercial, and Marketing departments to ensure alignment of clinical messaging, scientific accuracy, and documentation needs.
Ensure all deliverables meet the highest regulatory and scientific standards.
Support documentation needs for clinical trials across multiple phases.
Maintain high-quality standards, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all materials.
Stay current with literature in relevant therapeutic areas, particularly musculoskeletal disorders and translational science.

Required Qualifications
PhD in biomedical sciences, life sciences, medicine, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience writing in clinical research (clinical trials, human subject studies, etc.) and regulatory documents.
Strong understanding of research methodologies and translational frameworks.
Excellent ability to communicate complex scientific information to varied audiences.
Excellent ability to collaborate across functions and areas of expertise.
Exceptional attention to detail with strong editing and project-management skills.
Familiarity with ICH-GCP, clinical development processes, and regulatory/ethical expectations.
Fluent in English, Swedish a bonus but not required.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in musculoskeletal disorders, orthopaedics, rheumatology, or related fields.
Background in immunology or mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) research.
Publication record in peer-reviewed journals.
Experience in industry, CROs, academic clinical research units, or biotech/medtech organizations.
Experience preparing documentation for ethics committees or health authorities.

Responsibilities
We are now seeking a QC Engineer with good laboratory skills for the QC laboratory. As a laboratory engineer, your responsibilities will include quality control for the release of MSCs.
Tasks included in the role are, among others:

Performing cell-based analytical and microbiological testing on in-process samples, and final ATMP products according to GMP standards and internal protocols.

Processing raw data from instruments, compile and analysing results

Reviewing and approving analysis results

Operate and maintain analytical instruments.

Being responsible for analysis methods

Contributing to method validation and instrument qualification

Reporting and investigating laboratory deviations

Participating in risk assessments in various areas

Release of production materials

Environmental sampling in clean room, and evaluations

Actively contributing to the organization's development

Working closely with Production and QA
Qualifications

Relevant academic education in fields such as Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biomedicine, or similar

Good experience in biochemical and cell-based analysis work

Proficient in English and preferably also in Swedish
A strong background in Microbiology is essential for this role, with a particular focus on contamination control, and microbial evaluation. Experience in method validation, instrument qualification, and knowledge of cell culture and cell biology will further enhance your suitability for this position. Join our Research & Development team
Take the opportunity and join Cellcolabs’ rapidly growing team of dedicated professionals. As a Junior Scientist in the Research & Development team, you will work closely with other departments and get an opportunity to become a key player in your area.
Your primary responsibility will be to conduct rigorous research to validate and improve Cellcolabs’ products, as well as conduct research into future products. Other responsibilities include assisting with regulatory compliance and providing presentations and reports to other team members and stakeholders.
You will report to our head of Research & Development and the COO.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct hands-on research and development on exosome isolation, characterization, and application from bone marrow and adipose-derived MSCs.
· Perform experiments to optimize exosome yield, purity and quality from both cell types, ensuring reproducible results.
· Develop and implement protocols for the isolation and characterization of exosomes.
· Contribute to the design and execution of experiments focused on the functional properties of exosomes in therapeutic applications.
· Analyse experimental data, generate comprehensive reports and assist in interpreting results for ongoing R&D projects.
· Collaborate with senior scientists and cross-functional teams to refine methodologies and innovate new techniques in exosome production and application.
· Stay up to date with the latest scientific literature and trends related to exosome research and stem cell biology.
· Support the preparation of scientific publications, presentations and grant applications.
· Maintain detailed lab notebooks and follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and regulatory compliance requirements.
· Assist in troubleshooting experimental challenges and provide solutions to improve the efficiency and quality of research outcomes.
· Participate in team meetings to discuss progress, share insights and contribute to the advancement of R&D initiatives.

Qualifications

Requirements:
· Master’s degree in a biology related field (no PHDs or post-docs will be considered).
· Industry experience is required. Preference is given to candidates with experience in Sweden.
· Must have work experience outside their home country.
· Experience in the field of bone marrow-derived and adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells.
· Experience in exosome related techniques (isolation, quantification, and characterization).
· Hands-on lab experience including cell culture (BM-MSCs, AD-MSCs, HUVECs, etc.), scratch assays, tube formation assays, western blotting, NTA, flow cytometry and microscopy.
· Strong understanding of molecular biology techniques, including PCR, protein analysis and ELISA. Proteomics experience would be advantageous.
· Experience in data analysis and interpretation, with proficiency in scientific software (e.g., GraphPad, Excel).
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced R&D environment.
· Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and a commitment to following protocols and maintaining accurate records.
