Your Role:
Billerud are passionately committed to their customers and their business every day. As a Customer Service Specialist / Indoor Sales Coordinator, you will play a main role in ensuring excellent customer service on a professional level. From managing customer orders to overseeing the order-to-cash process, you will be an integral part of our Customer Service team at Billerud’ s head office in Solna, Stockholm.
Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end customer service, from order placement to delivery and invoicing.
Ensure the smooth flow of the order process during the summer months.
Coordinate inventory planning and domestic delivery from external terminals.
Handle claims, export documents, and goods inspections to support customer import processes.

Profile
Minimum 1 year work experience in a customer-related position
Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written
Good knowledge in working within different IT-systems
Bachelor’s degree of Science/Business Administration is a merit
Experience of supply chain or/and logistics is a merit

Tasks and responsibilities
As Customer Service Specialist your main responsibility is to provide excellent customer service on a high professional level, from customer order to delivery and invoicing. The main goal is to deliver according to the customer promise, meanwhile providing professional and proactive service. You’re responsible for the order during the whole process from order receipt to delivery. This includes coordinating inventory planning and domestic delivery planning from external terminals. The job requires a good attention to details and a thorough understanding of risks in supply chain to pro-actively mitigate those risks.


In the position you are the customers point of contact meanwhile acting and coordinating internally with supply chain colleagues and other stakeholders within the company. Finally, you’re also responsible for handle claims and export documents, including goods inspections to support our customer’s import process.


Education, experience and personal characteristics

We are now looking for a Learning Systems Administrator (temporary)
You will be part of our Learning & Development team and work closely with our L&D Specialist on an ongoing project in which we are implementing our HR Information System and learning system at our sites in the USA. It is a three-month project role based at our headquarters in Solna and focused on transitioning our e-learning content from one system to another. This is an opportunity for someone who has a curiosity for e-learning, learning systems and professional development solutions to help us unite the learning and development of our employees into one single system.
Your main tasks will be:
Utilize Articulate software to transform existing PowerPoint into interactive e-learning courses.
Maintain consistency in design and instructional quality throughout the conversion process.
Test and review the converted courses to ensure functionality and compatibility with the new learning system.
Efficiently migrate the existing e-learning courses from the current system to the new system.
Collaborate with multi-cultural project team to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
