Job Purpose: To carry out Secretarial services
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Typing memos, letters, documents
- Records management: Keeping records
- Filling documents in retrieval system
- Maintain reschedules and calendars
- Any other duties that may be assigned to the staff
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Diploma in Secretarial Studies or any other equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years experience.
- Good command of oral and written English.
- Computer literate
