DHL eCommerce Solutions is looking for a Financial Controller with the responsibility to handling the main financial controlling processes for DHL eCommerce Solutions Sweden.

Description of Role:

As Financial Controller your role and responsibilities will be handling the main financial controlling processes for DHL eCommerce Solutions Sweden. Together with the Finance team, you will interact closely with the business in gaining high transparency on numbers and profitability.
* erformance of regular Controlling processes, incl. alignments and documentation: Actuals Reporting, Estimate, Planning
* Ensure transparency on entity as well as business model level (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement)
* Drive transparency on customer and product profitability
* Maintenance of systemic profit & cost center structure
* Ensuring data quality in reporting BI‘s
* Development, analysis & maintenance of standard reporting & relevant tools
* Support on BCA development and respective project reporting
* Implementation of ESG reporting requirements (Environment, Social, Governance), and establishment of proper KPI’ monitoring.
* Provision of risk transparency, monitor mitigation measures.
* Be part of the project team and work with Finance related projects
* Support the Finance team in other relevant topics and processes, e.g. month-end closing or internal controls assessment.

Skills and Experience:
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
* Very good Excel and Powerpoint skills
* Good knowledge of Oracle
*  Well organized and self-motivated
* Good communication and presentation skills both written and oral in Swedish and English
* Detail-oriented and commitment to quality output
* Able to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
* Proactive approach, task and goal-orientated
* Strong team player

The Position
The main tasks of the Cost Control Assistant would be:
Helps with the management of the planning and control process of business costs. Assists in the analysis of the differences between budgets and final balances. Provides input to the six-monthly budgeting process, ensuring the timely update of incidences and unit costs, and the preparation of the related reporting. Checks the monthly balance and reports deviations from the budget and prepares the monthly reporting. Highlights the differences between the current budget, the bid, and subsequent budgets. Provides data for conducting production optimization and cost-related analysis.
