Purpose and nature of the role
The purpose of this role is to drive and safeguard the development of the Musti brand in the local market, ensuring that the brand’s tone of voice and identity are consistently reflected across all marketing activities.
You will be responsible for making sure that content is created and executed in a timely manner across various channels, including in-store materials, print advertisements, digital advertising, social media, radio, webstore, newsletters, and other forms of communication. Your work will help ensure that our messaging generates interest in our offering and strengthens our brand promise.
As a Marketing & Content Specialist within the local marketing team, you will collaborate closely with the Nordic marketing team, local teams, store teams and cross-functional stakeholders. You will report directly to the Local Marketing Manager and your daily tasks will be a versatile mix of project management and content creation. One day you might be focused on writing engaging content for our loyal customer newsletter, while the next day you could be coordinating and ordering all necessary assets for an upcoming monthly campaign. You will also have Group SEO related responsibilities of which you will report directly to Head of Group Ecom and Head of Group Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation (writing-focused)
Write/produce engaging content for various channels, including:
In-store materials
Print and webstore content
Newsletters
Digital advertising (e.g., display, video, SEM, SoMe)
TV, radio, and PR Communications
SEO – Local and Group responsibilities
Review all written materials

Local Marketing Initiatives
Take ownership of local marketing activations, including store openings, tactical campaigns tailored to local needs and handling requests for sponsorships and collaborations.
Project Management
Coordinate cross-functional teams and contribute to local and Nordic projects, especially those requiring copywriting expertise.
Order campaign materials and deliver media assets to external media agencies.
PR Project Management – internal and together with external partners.
Coordinates Omni SEO content projects across the Nordics and Baltics. (together with ecom team)
Internal & External Communication/PR
Create written content for external platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Newspapers)
Planning and writing press releases
Musti Brand and tone of voice
Actively participate in the development of our Musti Brands and ensure that our tone of voice and brand identity are consistent in everything we do.

Relevant post-secondary education and a few years of experience in a similar role
Excellent English skills and native-level proficiency in Swedish. Other Baltic and Nordic languages are seen as a plus.

Lead Data Engineer

In this position, you will be leading, designing and hands-on developing solutions using Musti Group’s data platform architecture. - Act as an owner of the modern data platform and data architecture

- Design and develop data pipelines, related integrations, modeling, and architecture

About the JobThe Category Specialist is responsible for the assortment of several different product groups in three different market areas: Finland, Sweden and Norway. You will follow the trends in all countries and build the assortment to meet customer needs in different markets. You will follow the business strategy and set KIPs.
You work close with partners, suppliers, stores, teammates to reach set goals and deadlines. The daily reporting for this role is to our FI Product Team Lead.

Marketing Content Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for developing the content strategy for all three brands within Musti Group’s omni offering, Arken Zoo (Sweden), Musti (Norway), and Musti ja Mirri (Finland). Ensuring that our product offering, and overall brand story are effectively communicated across various channels and touchpoints, focusing on digital channels such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

We are looking for a creative team player who is passionate about engaging content, we offer an exciting role with a variety of tasks and great development potential. The role is new within the marketing team which leaves room for the right person to form the role as we move forward.

As a Marketing Content Specialist in the marketing team, you will work closely with our local marketing managers and copywriters, social media specialist, and graphic designers. You will report to the Head of Inhouse Creatives.

Your responsibilities

- Content strategy & calendar: Develop and take ownership of our content strategy, making sure it is aligned with the overall marketing plan and focus areas.

- Content ideas: Create different sorts of content concepts within our focus areas, ensuring the concept can be put out in all different channels.

- Project management: Coordinate together with the Head of Inhouse Creatives to ensure high-quality content creation and brand consistency in content projects.

Who you are?

- Relevant post-secondary education and at least 1-year working experience in a similar or related role.

- You are creative with great communicative skills.

- Strong project management skills.

- A team player, able to collaborate with internal stakeholders and participate in cross-functional team collaborations.

- Excellent English skills, in both speech and writing. Finnish and/or Swedish is a plus.

Business Controller

This position gives a great opportunity to learn about the entire value chain of our business. Your field of responsibility covers several areas, providing synergies and useful insights.

You are our Norway country controller supporting the fast-expanding retail business with online channel and over 50 stores. You are responsible for daily sales and margin follow-up, month-end closing related activities, management reporting, forecasting and annual planning. Your tasks also include KPI reporting, business case and efficiency analyses and the development of Norway retail reporting practices. You travel regularly to Oslo to meet local country and area organization.

You are a Business Controller also to our Customer Experience and Loyalty team, assisting with monthly expense controlling routines of customer services, and preparing profitability calculations for investment projects and initiatives in our member club programs.

Additionally, you cooperate with other Business Controllers, occasionally helping local Commercial and Logistics functions, mainly our central warehouse with cost controlling and operational measurement at Eskilstuna site.

You work closely with different functions, providing financial insight for the decision making and performance measurement. You extract data from various source systems and by using our BI tools, analyze and summarize findings in meaningful way. You deliver standard reporting packages to Group and country management teams.

The position is permanent. Your location is our office in Solna, Frösundavik with opportunities for remote work. You are a member of a supportive and compact Group business controlling team that is led from Helsinki, Finland where we also have inhouse financial accounting and Group reporting functions. Your closest colleague, knowledge share and backup pair, is our Sweden country controller in Solna office.

What are we looking for?

We expect you to have Bachelor or M.Sc. degree with major in a related field. You have three to five years of previous working experience within Business Control. You have strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel. You feel comfortable in working with large data sets using BI tools like Qlik and you are used to navigate in ERP systems such as SAP or NAV. Experience in consumer products and/or retail industry is a plus. You are proactive self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced environment with an ability to work efficiently and prioritize. You can adjust to flexible working hours and like to travel in Nordics. You have positive and people-oriented attitude and communicate fluently in English and in Swedish. Norwegian is considered as an advantage.
