About the job Regulatory Reporting has been an important part of the financial services industry during the last 10 years, and, to adapt to all market changes, SEB has taken a proactive approach of building an expert and skilful IT and requirements team in Stockholm. As the scope of regulatory work and tasks is growing we are looking to add new team members that will be based both in Stockholm and Riga who will continue to work with stakeholders and counterparts located in both sites. We are looking to add experienced .Net/ skills to our Stockholm based team, but we expect you to contribute to our virtual team collaborating daily with our scrum master, developers and business analysts in both sites. Who are you? To succeed in your role with us you should have a truly collaborative mind-set with a strong learner mentality and are highly motivated to participate in a change journey with a long-term perspective. We also expect you to take an active accountability for your work and for the wider team’s performance to deliver superior service quality to the internal counterparties and stakeholders. We expect you to have the following expertise: database knowledge from, Microsoft- Server perspective, data base modelling, advanced programming and C#/.NET: knowledge, preferably with experience from the Akka framework and toolkit. Knowledge of financial instruments/capital markets we will consider as a big advantage, as will previous work with regulatory changes. We expect you to have great ability to work in a diverse team and you also must have good communication skills in English. We highly value your personality. In the role you will cover all risk types and you will work hands on with new technologies and innovation. About the position You will be part Group Risk. Group Risk which is an independent second line unit responsible of identifying, monitoring, quantifying, and reporting risks. You will report directly to the Head of Group Risk. In SEB you will cover all risk types, however the main focus will be in: Credit Risk quantification using modern technologies, like machine learning and artificial intelligenceCyber and Technology risk using modern cloud based infrastructure solutions Your Profile You have high integrity and ethical standards, and excellent communication, presentation and influencing abilities.
