How you’ll make an impact
Take full responsibility for a portfolio of customers in Sweden, including marketing, budgeting, and sales activities.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with utility and industry clients.
Lead account teams through clarification meetings, negotiations, and solution proposals.
Align customer needs with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.
Promote and sell a broad portfolio of products, systems, software, and services.
Stay informed about the energy sector and contribute to the ongoing energy transformation.
Demonstrate strong technical understanding and involve subject matter experts when needed.
Represent the company with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.

Your background
You have multiple years of experience within sales.


It is an advantage if you hold a Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Ability to balance and coordinate multiple tasks at the same time.
Proficiency in both speech and writing in English and Swedish is required.
You see yourself as a team player, with team management and leadership skills.
You act in a way that builds trust with your customers and have good understanding of their business

As our Operations Manager, you will be managing a team of consultants responsible for the development of advisory projects for major electricity sector agents, including distribution, transmission, retailer, generators in helping them deal with regulatory, economic and electricity challenges. How you’ll make an impact:
· You will lead a team of consultants and ensure that the team is adequately resourced, developed and equipped to meet business needs.
· You will define operating guidelines for the team and facilitate problem solving.
· You will drive the team performance to ensure that deliverables are met on time, as per contract, safety and quality requirements.
· You will support the unit building customer relationships, applying advanced technologies, and contributing to business development, sales and process improvements based on customer feedback.
· You will ensure completion of risk assessments (e.g. contract review) and opportunity assessments (e.g. business growth) and implementation of resulting actions across projects.
· You will be participating in defining the annual budget and are accountable for managing performance against agreed financial targets and constraints.
Your background:
· As a successful candidate you have a master’s degree in electrical engineering, electrical power systems or similar.
· You have at least a couple of years of experience in the consulting or energy branch.
· Significant Experience in Energy/Utility Sector
· You have some years of experience as people manager.
· Knowledge in power systems analysis, as well as experience in software simulation tools such as PSS/E, PSCAD and/or DIgSILENT Power Factory.
· As a person, you have excellent influencing, leadership and communication skills.
· It is necessary to be fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken alike.
· Proven experience in creating opportunities in the markets (orders capture) is a merit.

Your responsibilities

Your Background
Master’s degree in electrical engineering, electrical power systems, sustainability or similar, and experience in the energy sector is required.
Proven work experience from similar roles within strategic consulting or analytics consulting
Strong knowledge in power systems products, sustainability studies, cost-benefit analysis, energy economics and documentation. This includes areas such as LCAs, Energy auditing and Decarbonization.
Extensive software knowledge such as: C++, MATLAB, Simulink, GaBi Dfx, Homer, Python, Microsoft office pack, esspecially Excel, PowerBI, PowerApps and VBA.
Extensive and verifiable experience in additional sectors such as: electric transport, battery storage, wind offshore, hydrogen, virtual power plants, etc.
You have an analytic and solution-oriented working style.
You are customer focused and quality oriented.
Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken. Additional language skills like Spanish, French, German are considered a plus
