WHAT YOU WILL DO
Sales and Purchase Management: ?
Monitor and track progress to ensure alignment with business goals.
Optimize sales and stock levels through continuous analysis and strategic adjustments.

B2B Platform Management:
Lead the development and brand initiatives of the B2B platform.
Ensure the platform meets the needs of the brand and enhances customer engagement.

Inbound and Outbound Management:
Manage inbound and outbound tasks and projects. Implement strategies to optimize logistics, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

Sales Analysis:
Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor commercial and sales performance.
Provide actionable insights to support local markets and drive data-informed decisions.
Conduct thorough sales analysis related to B2B and B2C business activities.
Support ad hoc projects to address emerging business needs and opportunities.

Order Guidelines Monitoring:
Ensure compliance with order guidelines and policies.

WHO YOU?ARE
We think you could be a great match for the position if you possess the following traits and capabilities:
Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field. ?
You have 3 or more years' experience in business development, sales analysis or strategy development.
You are an advanced user of Excel, PowerPoint and knows the basics in PowerBI.
Fluency in our corporate language, English.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the retail or B2B industry.
Understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, supply chain management, preferably in the retail sector.
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.

We are looking for an Associate Creative Director who can help us tell this story to Outdoor Enthusiasts all over the world.
Working closely with the Global Creative Operations Director and the Global Senior Creative Director, you will help develop and communicate the next chapter of Fjällräven's story. You will be a storyteller who understands how to conceptualize a big, strategic narrative and deliver that story across contemporary communication channels.
You will be responsible for helping lead the brands narrative, creative thinking and execution across seasons, large systemwide projects and specific product launches. All on a global scale and across existing as well as emerging platforms/technologies.
We are looking for a creative individual with a modern mix of conceptual thinking, innovation, executional craftsmanship and the ability to respect and revere our longstanding Fjällräven brand heritage whilst enabling its next global chapter.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Work with our Global Senior Creative Director and Global Creative Operations Director on developing seasonal, product, and event/experience marketing creative concepts.
Work with other creative teams or marketing team colleagues to ensure creative consistency with the overarching brand narrative across marketing channels.
Present concepts and executional ideas to management teams, retail partners, and other internal groups.
Brief cross-functional teams or outside partners (such as production or collaboration partners) on creative projects.
Guide/collaborate with product, community, regional, sales, DTC, and retail merchandising teams to integrate or execute holistic programs.
Lead creative team members/production partners during concept phases, on shoots, and through asset development to ensure creative quality and consistency.
Partner closely with creative operations team from concept and production to delivery to ensure sufficient resourcing and to ensure that briefings/schedules/deliveries are met.
Provide clear direction and/or feedback in matters related to visual design, product representation, UI, social, email, retail, paid, and experience design.
Be hands on when required – produce and edit creative output such as copy, video, social, and/or digital depending on individual specialty.
Identify creative opportunities for the brand and the business.

Monitor and quality assure the products' durability, function, quality, cost, and design.
Create and maintain quality assurance standards for design and product development.

WHO YOU ARE
