You will be responsible for internal IT infrastructure with a wide array of challenging tasks and projects that improve and develop IT services and architectures. We are currently a team with a very high level of expertise in different IT areas so you will be able to learn and develop your skills together with the team and be challenged to areas that might be new to you.
The team is involved in most of the activities that Extenda Retail is involved in so you will get to know a lot of people and need to be comfortable with all the social aspects that come with it.


How will your first 3-6 months look like?
The first months will focus on learning about the infrastructure. You will be exposed to a wide range of tasks and challenges that will help you build an understanding of the infrastructure.
Build a solid understanding of the IT infrastructure and you will also be responsible for maintaining and managing functions in the office such as conference rooms, digital screens, devices and be the local physical IT support for the staff.
Once you get more comfortable with working in the team and build up expertise you will be able to join and lead technical troubleshooting and implementation of various IT services or functions. As an example, we implement a wide range of Microsoft Azure services incl. security fabrics such as Defender, Sentinel etc.
You will be the backbone of making sure that the infrastructure is stable, making sure that our users get the feedback they need, and taking the initiative to improve any solutions that you get your hands on.

Getting an idea of our current tech stack
You will have the opportunity to work with Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Defender, Sentinel, Intune, Google Workspace, Office 365, Windows / Linux operating systems, Amazon Cloud, Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, Powershell, Deployment, Fortinet firewalls, Slack etc.

In the role as Content & Campaign Manager you will be at the heart of the action building a strong brand to establish Extenda Retail as the leading provider of retail software on the global market. You’ll get the opportunity to build and implement a social media strategy for the company with main focus on Linkedin. Together with the support of passionate and positive colleagues within the marketing team you will get to test new ideas and leverage your creativity through marketing campaigns.
Your mission is to manage our activities on social media, create content and champion our marketing automation. As this is a new role within our company, you will also get the opportunity to develop our content creation and campaign management from scratch by setting objectives and building campaign workflows. You will have a strategic focus and optimize our content production with a commercial focus aiming to drive lead generation and create brand awareness.

Are you dreaming about becoming a CISO and want accelerate your path there?
As our Technical Product Owner - Information Security you will be on a clear path to becoming a seasoned CISO. You will be charged with operationalising the Extenda Retail Information Security Policy which outlines our high level ambitions in InfoSec. We offer you exposure to security related work impacting some of the largest retail companies in the world in this involves all aspects of cyber & infosec, both with corporate security as well as product & 3rd party suppliers.
About the role
You will:
With a cross-functional mandate, collaborate with key stakeholders across the organisation in defining the InfoSec roadmap (backlog).
Implement & operationalise the Extenda Retail Information Security Policy; to develop and mature our procedures and the ISMS.
Lead the work to secure the Extenda Retail corporate infrastructure and implement third party controls, awareness training etc.
Engage with our product organisation in product security matters; gain exposure to our cutting edge Hii Retail platform built in Google cloud as well as the more traditional client-server products with large on-prem installations etc.
Engage with our Client Success organisation to assist in security audits, product security and solution security
Engage with our Client Services & Solution Operations areas to mature our Incident response routines, BCP etc.
Define & implement monitoring of the external threat landscape and the potential attack surfaces.

How will your first 3-6 months look like?
Build a solid understanding of our existing InfoSec work and mobilize your virtual team consisting of stakeholders across the organisation.
Review and mature the ISMS, existing policy and procedures to ensure they are aligned with your ambitions.

You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of vendors. As a heavy adopter of cloud we have solutions in both GCP, Azure and AWS. In our corporate tech stack you will also find G-suite, MS /SSIS/Power BI, Salesforce CRM (sales cloud, experience coud, pardot etc.), Dynamics Business Central, Atlassian suite (Jira/Confluence), Slack etc. Our Hii Retail product is built in native Google Cloud.
Who you are / Who we are looking for
You are an experienced technologist who has worked with solutions/data architecture, technical product ownership and/or project management. Extra valuable if you have obtained this experience from the Retail industry.
You have a passion for security and privacy and are seriously concerned over how data of organisations and individuals can be protected in the increasingly digital world. Ideally you also have an InfoSec certification (e.g. CISSP) already, but if you don’t, we will support you in gaining the relevant training!
You are a mature and confident leader with a passion for “doing the right thing”, balancing risk with business objectives.
