We are now strengthening our Customer Support team with a driven and motivated Customer Support Engineer. As Customer Support Engineer you have an important and central role within our organization as you will be in direct and daily contact with our clients. The job you do will matter!
The Role
You will work within a global team of highly skilled engineers dedicated to delivering the highest quality to our customers, and we take particular pride in our very happy customers.
The role of the System Integrator involves responsibility for customer engagement, deployments and support.
To be a good match for the role, we see that you have advanced troubleshooting of our proprietary BSS (business support systems), as well as general troubleshooting of related third-party software and system environment. The systems are developed and run on Linux or Windows server environment, the databases are Oracle, Postgre or MS Server
What you will be doing:
Prioritize and perform analysis and problem solving for ongoing support tickets
Proactively reduce support requests
Perform configurations, integrations and testing of deployments
Documentation of installations and configuration changes and knowledge sharing thereo
Container deployment and orchestration – create required configuration used to deploy our solution in existing container schedule/orchestration environment. For example: into Docker Stack, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes (k8s) such as Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service, Google Kubernetes Engine or others, Amazon Elastic Container Service, Apache Mesos.



What you bring:
At least 2 years experience of the below:
Experience working with B2B and enterprise products
Experience working directly with clients
Experience working with huge amounts of data and transaction-heavy applications
Experience in log analysis and troubleshooting automated file flows, FTP, SFTP, IIS, Apache, SSRS
Experience working within telecom software and any of our product domains is a plus. Our product domain includes Telecommunication, Mediation, Billing, Settlement, Revenue Assurance, Fraud Management
Experience in Cloud-based deployment
Database, Server knowledge

Nu förstärker vi teamet i Göteborg genom att rekrytera en Support Ingenjör. Du blir en del av teamet som jobbar med allt från drift, underhåll, testning, felsökning, design av tjänster, utveckling och implementering av fysiska eller virtuella system och tjänster i våra kunders telekom nät. Du kommer att få jobba i ett liten teknik grupp med mycket kvalificerad personal som brinner för att leverera och supporta tjänster med högsta kvalitet till våra kunder.
Dina arbetsuppgifter
Som Support Ingenjör på Enghouse Networks Sweden arbetar du tillsammans med övriga i teknik gruppen med att:

Övervaka och agera på larm från våra system.
Hantera felrapporter och frågor från våra kunder
Drift och underhåll av system och tjänster.
Utföra felsökning, analys och problemlösning
Uppföljningar och Drift-möten med kunder
Delta i testning och implementering av nya system/tjänster.
Vi har 24/7 support så beredskapsveckor ingår i jobbet.
Samarbete med Enghouse personal i övriga världen
Ta tekniskt kundansvar för kunder och partners


Om Dig
Som person har du god servicekänsla och förmåga att kunna kommunicera med andra tekniker men också användare, beslutsfattare och säljare. Du har en vilja att förstå sammanhanget liksom det specifika problemet och att lösa det på bästa sätt. Men allra viktigast är ditt engagemang och din nyfikenhet.
Kvalifikationer
Utöver krav på en kandidatexamen i datavetenskap och/eller programvaruteknik och för att vara framgångsrik i rollen, bör du:
Ha ett brett tekniskt kunnande och kompetens inom data/telekom
Erfarenhet från drift och support
Behärska svenska och engelska flytande i tal och skrift
Ha B körkort samt tillgång till egen bil


Vi ser gärna att du har några års dokumenterad erfarenhet av:
Olika signallerings interface som HTTP, SIP, ENUM, Diameter, SS7
UNIX, IP nätverk, switchar, routers och -databaser

Our customers are based worldwide, and we deliver our customer solutions primarily remote. Travels to our customer sites may occur for performing training and/or consulting.
