DHL Supply Chain Nordics is now looking for a TMS and Transport Process Specialist to lead the development and rollout of the transport management system (TMS) in the Transport Control Tower. In your role, you will be part of the Nordics Transport Team, reporting to the Nordics Transport Lead. The position is full time and based at our head office in Solna, with the possibility of hybrid work.
Your main tasks include:
Lead implementation of our TMS and transport processes in the Nordics region (Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark).
Ensure system and process standardization across the region.
Drive automation of transport tasks through EDIs, APIs, RPAs, etc.
Design and implement standard automated solutions for Order Entry, Master data maintenance, Transport Booking, Track & Trace, KPI reporting, Freight Bill Audit and Customer invoicing.
Deliver maximum benefit of TMS from planning and route and vehicle optimization.
Setup and drive a program to integrate carrier systems with our TMS.
Deliver high-quality training sessions and sales demos of our TMS.
Manage customer onboarding projects.

We expect you to have:
A minimum of 2 years project management experience (stakeholders, scope, timeline, solution design, etc.)
Ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders in complex projects.
Experience of working in the Transport Industry or similar.
Preferred knowledge of Oracle TMS and Transport operations.
Experience of working with (MS Access, MS Excel, Oracle, Java, .Net).
Good knowledge of databases, , Power BI and master data management.
Fluent both speaking and writing in Swedish and English.

It is meritorious if you have:

We are now looking for an experienced Accounting Governance & Compliance Manager to lead the Accounting Governance, Risk and Compliance agenda across the Supply Chain Nordics business.
As an Accounting Governance & Compliance Manager you represent Nordics towards MLEMEA(Mainland Europe Middle east and Africa) Compliance and are accountable for the implementation of Compliance and risk culture. Critical to this role is validating the compliance risk landscape and implementing global strategies to minimize risks. The role holder will be responsible for the coordination of the statutory accounting for Sweden and act in an advisory capacity for the remaining Nordic countries. You will manage and monitor the accounting in the Swedish Entity.  You will be the main contact with the outsourced backoffice/Shared Service Center.

Key Accountabilities
- Lead the Nordics Compliance agenda for all compliance issues and areas whilst representing the Nordics cluster for all Global reporting requirements.
- Oversee the execution of Corporate Accounting and Controlling Guideline and Policies.
- Take responsibility for the monthly reporting within the Internal Control Framework
 ( in ICON) .
- Initiate and implement changes in the financial statement of Nordic countries to conform to updates in IFRS and reporting into specific tools.
- Manage internal and external auditing activities together with wider finance teams
- Update divisional specific accounting and controlling processing procedure and definitions within the framework of Corporate Accounting and policies.
- Statutory Accounts and Taxes for the Swedish Entity. Maintaining an overview of significant local reporting issues, support countries in issue resolution and implementation of changes.
- Ensuring compliance with VAT regulations, both in global systems and at reporting entity level.
- Review monthly reporting for quality control and risk management.
- Reconcile on a monthly basis the inter-company clearing account ensuring the balance sheets for respective countries match.
- Lead the cluster Balance Sheet reviews on a regular basis ensuring all values are understood and appropriate evidence is kept.
- Monitor and communicate with the Shared Service Centre.
- Work closely with Payroll and HR departments to ensure Pension costs and vacation pay are reconciled and accurately allocated to the sites.
- Have a risk mind-set and ensure all incidents are followed up and correct reporting and mitigations are implemented.
- Management of one direct report and working closely with the DSC Benelux Accounting and Governance team.
- Provide ah-hoc reporting and analysis.
 
Key Requirements
- Audit or Group reporting experience required.
- Understanding of Swedish Tax and Statutory reporting requirements
- High level of seniority and well aware of reporting deadlines and working with external auditors
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise work effectively and communicate that to the wider finance teams.
- Ability to engage in open dialogue and to communicate (technical) matters clearly and effectively to senior management.
- Strong communication and good time management skills to ensure reporting deadlines are met.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills working across a regional or cluster level.
- Degree in Accounting / Finance, professional accountancy qualification (CPA or equivalent).
- 3-5 years’ relevant experience in Group accounting or controlling preferably in logistics / transportation industry or multinational companies.
- Team player, meticulous and good project management skills.
- Competent with Microsoft Applications e.g. Word, Excel (Advance-level) and PowerPoint.
- An ability and awareness of the need to operate with an appropriate sensitivity toward the cultural differences within the region and with the Shared Service Center.
- Fluency in English and Swedish.

Job description

DHL Supply Chain Nordics are now looking for a Transport Control Tower TMS Specialist to lead the development and rollout of the transport management system (TMS) in the transport control tower.

Your main tasks include;

• Lead implementation of our TMS in the Nordics region (Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark)

• Ensure system and process standardization across the region

• Drive automation of transport tasks through EDIs, APIs, RPAs, etc.

• Design and implement standard automated solutions for Order Entry, Masterdata maintenance, Transport Booking, Track & Trace, KPI reporting, Freight Bill Audit and Customer invoicing

• Deliver maximum benefit of TMS from planning and route and vehicle optimization

• Setup and drive a program to integrate carrier systems’ with our TMS

• Deliver high-quality training sessions and sales demos of our TMS

• Manage customer onboarding projects

We expect you to have;

• Good knowledge of databases, SQ\L, PowerBI and masterdata management

• Preferred knowledge of Oracle TMS and Transport operations

• 3-4 years of programming experience (MS Access, MS Excel, Oracle, Java, .Net)

• 2 years of project management experience (stakeholders, scope, timeline, solution design, etc.)

• Fluent in both speaking and writing English. Knowledge of Swedish would be an advantage. Knowledge of Finnish is also beneficial

• Ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders in complex projects

Together with your colleagues in the Nordics IT department you will deliver crucial IT projects and implementations to successful completion. As an active member of the project team you will play a key role in the full implementation lifecycle of our IT solutions, from analysis of business requirements to configuration and go-live support, typically for the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and/or other supply chain software products.

Your role
As an Application Consultant your main tasks will include: 

- Act as application expert in customer implementations and improvement projects throughout the implementation lifecycle (design, configuration, testing, training, go-live and support).
- Understand business requirements and processes in all its details
- Translate operational requirements and logistics processes into the right IT solutions.
- Deploy, maintain, enhance and support WMS applications and other systems in accordance with DHL Supply Chain strategy, standards and methodologies.
- Work closely and proactively with local Operational teams, the Business Analyst and DHL customers to identify possible improvements and develop those opportunities.
- Be a catalyst, as a”digital native”, for innovation and accelerated digitalization in Nordics and support regional and global initiatives in this area.

Your profile
We are looking to recruit a fast-learning, experienced person with a hands-on mindset and ”can do” attitude, who take initiative and are constantly looking for improvements in their area. This translates in the following skills and competences:

- University degree in one of Management Information System, Computer Science, Engineering or the equivalent experienced gained from a working career.
- Knowledge of system design and configuration. WMS systems like Blue Yonder or Manhattan is an advantage.
- Knowledge of database structures as Oracle and Server.
- Knowledge in programming languages as C#, .NET, MOCA, Python.
- Knowledge in BI tools like Power BI.
- Experience working with integrations (API)
- Bilingual in English and one (1) Nordic language due to customer contact.
- Customer and business oriented mindset.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interest in full-lifecycle IT implementations in operational logistics environments.
- Previous experience in delivering (complex) IT solutions is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills that allow you to build relationships, engage stakeholders and work well as part of a team.

• Distribuera, underhålla, förbättra och stödja WMS-applikationer och andra system i enlighet med DHL Supply Chain-strategi, standarder och metoder.
• Arbeta nära och proaktivt med DHL-kunder för att identifiera möjliga förbättringar och utveckla dessa möjligheter.
• Vara en katalysator inom Digitalisering/innovation och stödja regionala och globala initiativ inom detta område.

Din profil:
Du bör ha en praktisk tänkesätt och "can do" -attityd, som tar initiativ och ständigt letar efter förbättringar inom ditt område.

Vi ser gärna att du:
• Har kandidatexamen eller magisterexamen inom IT-området
• 3 års erfarenhet av informationsanalys inom logistik.
• Erfarenhet av WMS system
• Kunskap om systemdesign och konfiguration.
• Kunskap om databaser som Oracle och Server
• Har du erfarenhet i något av följande är det ett plus: Blue Yonder/JDA, PowerBI, Integrations eller transport/tullsystem, .NET, , MOCA, Phyton.
• Svenska och Engelska i tal och skrift
• Analytiska och problemlösande färdigheter.
• Tidigare erfarenhet av att leverera (komplexa) IT-lösningar är en fördel.
• Stark kommunikations-, organisations- och interpersonell kompetens som gör att du kan bygga relationer, engagera intressenter och arbeta bra som en del av ett team.
• Har stort hjärta och engagemang, positiv inställning och en attityd som motiverar andra.

Kandidater med en första arbetserfarenhet och inte fullständig kunskap kan också ansöka om du har vilja och förmåga att lära dig snabbt.
