Till DEKRAs sektion Design & Konstruktion inom affärsområdet Mekaniserad Provning söker vi nu en Mekatroniker med teoretisk och praktisk kunskap inom elektronikkonstruktion för gränsöverskridande samarbete mellan våra el- och problabb samt prototypverkstad.
DEKRA är ett globalt företag som levererar tjänster inom bland annat avancerad och mekaniserad oförstörande materialprovning med fokus på säkerhet. Materialprovningen utförs med hjälp av manipulatorer i form av robotar eller stationära system. Robotsystemen byggs av DEKRA för fjärrstyrd inspektion av områden och komponenter som inte är åtkomliga på annat sätt, vilket ofta innebär att systemen är unika för varje uppdrag och projekt.
Tjänsten
Som Mekatroniker inom mekaniserad provning på DEKRA ansvarar du för design, montering och konstruktion av våra styr- och positioneringssystem. Dessa används främst i fjärrstyrda inspektionsutrustningar som vi designar, bygger, testar och modifierar i våra egen lokaler i Solna.
Du deltar aktivt i montering och anpassning av de manipulatorer och robotar som tas fram av teamet. Du bidrar med din erfarenhet och ger rekommendationer för att förenkla, förbättra och kostnadseffektivisera arbetet.
Arbetet är fritt, omväxlande och kreativt och du har i din roll möjlighet till stor inverkan på utrustningarnas funktioner och utformning.
Projekten innebär ofta ett nära samarbete med dina kollegor på DEKRA i Sverige och ibland internationellt. Avdelningen finns utspridd över hela Sverige med den största gruppen placerad i Solna. Våra uppdrag innebär resor både inom Sverige och internationellt, oftast i perioder om 1–2 veckor per tillfälle. Normalt förekommer cirka 20–50 resdagar per år, vissa år färre och undantagsvis fler.
Vem är du?
Du är en positiv och energirik person med stor teknisk förståelse och kreativitet. Du har förmågan att hitta lösningar på problem där andra kör fast. Du är Mekatroniker eller elektriker med ett stort praktiskt intresse. Du har kunskap om, eller intresse för t.ex. systemdesign, reglerteknik och inbyggda system. Du tycker om variationen med att jobba med helheten såsom design, beställningsarbete, montering och justering samt utprovning av det du skapat och slutligen inspektionsgenomförandet hos kunden när produkten är klar.
I el-verkstaden arbetar du med ordning och reda samt ett högt säkerhetstänk.
Övrigt
B-körkort är ett krav, likväl som goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska.

Descritpion

Your role can be anything from technician to quality inspector depending on former education and experience. Some of the tasks you might performe as following:

Building of prototypes of li-ion battery systems such as modules, packs and racks according to work instructions.
- Manufacture prototype mechanical and electrical components for our battery trials and tests (mechanical assemblies, electric tests)
- In collaboration with the Quality and Engineering teams, ensure manufactured prototypes are according to standards and specifications.
- Commission and troubleshooting of products with internal customers
- Secure and set up work area, including tools, equipment and a stock of standard components, in collaboration with the manufacturing team, to proceed to the above work
- Build own network of supply partners, with the help of our Supply Chain, to secure quickly components for prototype build

Supporting product development team, assuring the quality of the products:
- facilitating FMEA
- developing quality control plans
- subject matter expert in quality tools
- leading problem solving and root cause analysis
- leading non-conformity management
- facilitation deviation management



Qualifications

- Experience as an industrial technican with electricity knowledge

- Experience as quality controller and/or maintenace positions

- At least 2 years of working experience in similar fields.

-Fluently english

- Good work ethic
