JOB PURPOSE
As a Nordic Data Flow Specialist you own the end-to-end data flow, ensuring a seamless data flow across internal and external systems (SAP, PLM, PIM, TAB, Kwery, PCP, OPV, Prevas, GS1 etc). Your expertise will be pivotal in aligning data availability and quality with internal processes, GS1 standards and the needs of our customers (retailers and e-retailers) throughout the entire Product Launch Cycle. You also coordinate projects / process improvements between the various internal departments (Marketing, Customer Development (Sales), Research & Development, Supply Chain, Repacking) and the central tech teams (Digital tools, Masterdata Ops) to ensure the quality and consistency of the data for both current and future needs. The role requires to work cross-category with all Nordic markets – Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Analyze the current data flow pathways/mapping and develop an optimized data flow for each category and market, ensuring the flexibility and agility to adjust to future data requirements.
Orchestrate the end-to-end data flow in the different internal and external systems/tools and build an automated data flow from source to end system for current and new product information requirements together with the tech teams.
Analyse disruptions in the data flow and drive the work of solving the issues by creating tickets, collaborating with the tech teams and push for quick resolutions.
Analyze the root causes of quality and consistency issues together with cross functional global support teams to identify solutions to improve data quality/consistency across the data landscape.
Communication: Have a deep understanding of the current & future data requirements from the perspectives of the local Customer Development teams, market specific GS1 organizations and customers (retailers and e-tailers) and keep the various departments responsible for data creation informed about Nordic requirements
Provide input on future data-related tools and continuously develop the product information processes and ways of working to ensure efficient and accurate data flow and future fit processes/tools.
Arrange information and training sessions for the relevant Nordic teams in usage of the tools and new ways of working according to needs and requests.

Experience and skills
3-5 years of experience in similar role or experienced user in different data systems, such as SAP, PIM, TAB and GS1.
Technical Knowledge regarding data flow, Global Data Synchronization and Masterdata
An analytical mindset and great problem solving abilities.
Good prioritization skills
Action oriented to deliver results under time pressure.
Excellent collaborative, communicative, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
English at business level required, Nordic language(s) beneficial but not mandatory.

What you will be doing?

The Site Technical and Project Manager has overall responsibility for all technical operations, Safety, Health & Environment and Consumer Safety programs within the engineering purview to achieve excellence at the site level. The role is also crucial in driving and implementing new technology and machinery, continuous improvement of the existing machine park and subsequently for providing relevant training and skills development of staff.

Some key accountabilities:

· Foster the development of team & drive for excellence in execution.
· Provide strategic and technical leadership.
· Lead cross-functional teamwork.
· Lead the technical agenda for the site, both for skill development, and technology & process development.
· Proactively drive the adherence to site fundamentals, i.e. Safety, Quality, Service.
· Manage all utilities, maintenance, & engineering programs at site.
· Develop and deliver multi-year maintenance and engineering strategy to deliver critical KPI s for Supply Chain/Operations.
· Lead and facilitate the Progressive Maintenance Pillar under the Unilever Manufacturing System framework.
· Responsible for Repair & Maintenance, Capex and new engineering projects budget and project delivery.
· Responsible for technical asset management from early equipment management, project management, optimization, maintenance, and retirement
· Plan and manage project teams.
· Ensure delivery of scope, time, budget, and cash flow for all projects
· Drive initiatives that improve operational efficiencies.
· Facilitate detailed root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.


What does it take to succeed in the role?
In order to succeed in this role, we believe you have experience in supply chain operations and manufacturing and/or background. You have a proven track record of analytical thinking and project management with a broad experience of planning, organizing and implementing capital projects.
