We're looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team and support our UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service) endpoints and terminal solution projects. You'll play a key role in pre-sales support, solution delivery, and ongoing customer success.
Responsibilities
Provide pre-sales technical support and project delivery for UCaaS endpoint solutions.
Manage the full lifecycle of customer requirements — from gathering to solution design and delivery — while aligning expectations.
Conduct product trainings, demos, and customer onboarding sessions.
Build and maintain strong technical relationships with customers’ teams including product managers, sales engineers, and service personnel.
Support account managers with technical insight to drive business growth.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar technical role. Experience in the unified communications industry is a plus. (Exceptional recent graduates are also welcome to apply.)
Strong skills in customer needs analysis and problem-solving.
Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and customer service skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Comfortable leading demos, customer meetings, and industry presentations.
Ability to interface with both local customers and international pre-sales and R&D teams (Chinese language proficiency is a plus but not required).
