Compliance Officer
? Conduct a compliance risk assessment at least once per year ? Deliver compliance training to internal employees at all levels. Assess at least once a year the need for compliance awareness or training programs and make appropriate proposals to the GM ? Ensure that every employee of the affiliate is aware that he/she can raise legitimate compliance concerns either with local Compliance Officer, GM or ultimately with Group Compliance Officer (speak up line) ? Timely inform on all compliance issues which represent a material compliance or reputation risk – BEIR reporting (HR to submit report) ? ? Ensure the quality of data required for Corporate Reporting is accurate and compliant ? Interaction with HCP/HCO: Review and approval of HCP/HCO agreements Data Protection Inform and train involved staff about Swedish Personal Data Act and Roche Personal Data Directive ? ? Keep record of databases containing personal data (legislative) ? Check the organization’s handling of personal data
