The Role
We are seeking a visionary and highly specialized Chief Marketing Officer to lead and execute our global marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing complex technology-based products, driving large-scale brand awareness, and positioning companies as industry leaders.
The candidate must have experience marketing for at least one and preferably multiple globally recognized brands or individuals. This role demands expertise in high-impact digital marketing, strategic brand positioning, and large-scale campaign execution. Additionally, the candidate should have a strong background in email marketing for audiences above 50,000+ subscribers and a demonstrated ability to use innovative marketing strategies to drive hundreds of millions of impressions for past clients or companies.
A successful candidate will also have experience managing a company’s presence at international expos, trade shows, or scientific conferences across multiple countries, ensuring high visibility in key markets.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive global marketing strategy, ensuring scientific innovations reach and engage the right audiences.
Brand Positioning & Awareness: Establish and enhance Molecular Attraction’s reputation in life sciences, biotechnology, and environmental sustainability.
Industry Events & Conferences: Oversee and manage company representation at major international expos, trade shows, and scientific conferences, ensuring maximum impact.
Email Marketing & Thought Leadership: Develop and execute strategic email campaigns to grow and engage a highly targeted audience of 50,000+ subscribers, positioning Molecular Attraction as a pioneer in vector control and scientific innovation among industry experts, policymakers, and investors.
Advertising & Media Strategy: Develop visually compelling, high-impact marketing campaigns tailored for global audiences.
Influencer & Brand Partnerships: Forge partnerships with globally recognized brands and key industry influencers to amplify brand presence.
Thought Leadership & PR: Position the company as a thought leader through media placements, storytelling, and industry partnerships.
Required Qualifications
Experience in marketing technology-driven products in sectors such as medical devices, biotechnology solutions, healthcare technology, laboratory equipment, or pharmaceutical innovations.
Experience marketing for at least one and preferably multiple globally recognized brands or individuals.
A demonstrated ability to generate hundreds of millions of impressions through strategic marketing efforts.
Experience overseeing a company’s presence at international expos, trade shows, or scientific conferences.
Expertise in managing large-scale email marketing campaigns (50,000+ subscribers).
Strong background in media and advertising, with the ability to make complex scientific concepts accessible and engaging.
Experience as a C-Suite Executive at a start-up or scale-up preferred.
