We are looking for a IT Project Manager
About the role
As our IT Project Manager, you will lead critical projects, including SAP and Salesforce implementations, playing a pivotal role in improving operational efficiency and delivering measurable business value. You will be at the forefront of our company's growth and success.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for planning and supporting programs. To excel in this role, you should be a team-oriented professional with strong communication and collaboration skills. You must also possess a structured approach to ensure high standards and process adherence. Prior experience and insights into product and process development in large-scale programs are highly valued. In this position, you will report to the Head of IT.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Identify and mitigate project risks.
Communicate project status to stakeholders at all levels.
Manage project scope, planning, and execution throughout the full lifecycle, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
Define key roles, communicate processes to the organization, and provide feedback, including conflict resolution and change management.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices in project management.
Prepare comprehensive project documentation and reports.
Provide regular updates on schedules, budgets, and project statuses.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, including conducting tests and quality controls.
Optimize resource utilization, including personnel, equipment, technology, and budgets, to achieve project objectives.
Required education, experience, and skills
Proven track record in project management, preferably in multinational environments.
Experience with enterprise software systems such as SAP, Salesforce, or equivalent platforms.
Demonstrated leadership in at least one large system rollout project (e.g., ERP, CRM, BI).
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
Holistic approach to project management, balancing technical details with prioritized business objectives.
Solid understanding of business processes within sales; knowledge of supply chain and finance processes is a plus.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
