About the role
NRM Manager Sweden
Drive profitable growth through making Net Revenue Management a winning asset for the organization to optimize margin and/or reinvest into brand/customer building initiatives.
Make NRM a strong muscle of the entire organization and embed NRM thinking in everything we do. Deliver agreed country/country cluster targets and continuous appetite for NRM improvements.
Apply BU frameworks along NRM pillars of brand portfolio pricing, PPA, mix, promotion management and trade investment to maximize NRM value
Cascade standard NRM dashboards/reports to align everybody behind one number and hold us accountable to deliver NRM target
Support Cogs review – initiate and track identified actions in close cooperation with BU team
Build NRM capability across the organization
Act as first point of contact to BU NRM team



Key responsibilities
Define key NRM priorities considering potential value the initiative can drive
Apply BU frameworks along NRM pillars of brand portfolio pricing, PPA, mix, promotion management and trade investment in order to maximize NRM value:
Ensure floor price & brand hierarchy adherence, support in identifying major pricing opportunities
Identify major mix opportunities along country, brand, SKU, channel
Run promo effectiveness analysis
Apply BU standard framework for TI effectiveness (customer segmentation, contract review, annual nego sign off)



Initiate locally relevant projects to drive value
identify any relevant local NRM opportunities
Analyze external economic factors (GDP, pricing) to make more educated NRM decisions



Cascade standard BU NRM dashboards/reports to align everybody behind one number and hold people accountable to deliver NRM target:
Cascade standard BU NRM dashboard that is consistently used across all 9 markets, own analysis and drive action
Provide NRM tracking against 3/1 NRM targets
Own NRM target setting for 3/1 planning

Support Cogs review - quantify impact – initiate and track identified actions in close cooperation with BU team


Receive bi-annual cogs update and support identifying key actions
Validate priorities around brands, brand architecture, countries considering learnings from Cogs update

Connect, inspire and take pride in NRM, Act as a strong advisor for the full commercial team and build NRM capability across the organization


Take ownership for the NRM proficiency level across the organization and drive constant improvement
Embed NRM thinking into everything we do by ensuring NRM is reflected in key processes and decision making

Qualifications and skills
Essential
University degree in economics, business administration, finance or related.
Fluency in English
Strong experience in a commercial or finance role – with successful track record
Strong commercial acumen & P&L thinking
Proven analytical skills and confidence with key commercial systems such as Power BI
Ability to inspire, set direction and perform
Simplify and clearly identify key areas of focus in the spirit of "do what matters most"
Effective communication and influencing skills across functions & hierarchies
Listen to go beyond
Strong ability to work across boundaries, lead through others and to connect (with) people

Quality Assurance Specialist, Sweden
12-month, full time contract
As Quality Assurance Specialist you will be member of the QA team within the GSK Consumer Healthcare Swedish Local Operating Company (LOC). You will perform Swedish QA Operational activities such as complaint handling and batch release as well as providing support on the implementation and maintenance of the local Quality Management System.
This is the perfect opportunity for students, graduates and experienced professionals looking to move into QA or to take their transferable skills into industry.
In this role you will…
· Assist in the batch release process, ensuring on time release in compliance with regulatory and GxP-requirements. Interact with logistic service providers
· Evaluate product quality complaints. Manage complaint samples. Follow-up and review the complaint investigations performed by the manufacturers. Perform complaint trending and reconciliations
· Support the QA team with the development and maintenance of procedures and work instructions
· Assist in the GxP-inspection readiness process and provide support during audits and inspections of the Swedish organisation
· Management of quality documentation (retention, archiving)
Why you?
Qualifications & Skills:
· Ongoing or completed degree in relevant scientific subject
· Fluent in Swedish and English, speaking and writing
· Strong skills in Microsoft Office package
· Ability to commit to a 12-month full time contract
Preferred:
· Experience of batch release and complaint management
· Analytical mind, good attention to detail and problem-solving skills within a structured process
· Good team player – works well in cross-functional teams
· Good time management skills, with ability to multi-task and work under pressure
· Works with a spirit of continuous improvement and innovation, creatively open to new ideas and methods
· Ability to self-motivate and be resilient and focused under pressure
