About the role
As Head of Public Sales & Education, you will own and execute Foxway's commercial strategy for public sector clients. You'll be fully accountable for revenue, margin, pipeline, and profitable growth, leading a team of sales professionals while shaping our customer and market strategy.
Your role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution:
Lead and develop the public sales organization, setting performance targets and driving a commercially-focused culture.
Define and execute sales and business strategies specifically for municipalities, state-owned organizations, and schools with a strong focus on education market.
Drive public procurement processes, ensuring competitive, high-quality tenders with strong commercial terms.
Engage with key stakeholders, lead contract negotiations, and collaborate across functions to deliver business results.
Be the public face of Foxway in the sector, presenting our offerings in bids, RFPs, and strategic discussions.
Establish performance-driven business planning, forecasting, and financial accountability.

You'll be instrumental in moving the organization from reactive delivery to proactive, strategic growth.
What we're looking for
We believe success in this role comes from a mix of experience, seniority, and mindset:
Proven public sector sales experience: 10+ years in direct public sales or 5+ years in account management followed by a sales leadership role.
Senior, confident leadership: comfortably representing Foxway in RFPs, bids, and executive-level discussions.
Commercial and strategic acumen: strong ability to set direction, drive business growth, and make decisions based on data and market insight.
Proven experience of public procurement: deep understanding of tender processes, contracts, and pricing strategies.
Proactive, driving force:you set strategies, anticipate market needs, and take ownership of results.
Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
Willingness to travel: including attending bids and customer meetings.
Based in Stockholm or Gothenburg and able to work in our office 4 days a week.
Direct experience in IT, OEM, ITAM, or lifecycle management sectors is a great advantage.

We are looking for a commercially driven Product Manager to own and develop our Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) offering at Foxway CWS (Circular Workspace Solutions).
About the role
Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) is our hero product and a key driver of profitable growth within our circular lifecycle model. It combines hardware, lifecycle services, and financing into an integrated enterprise solution for Corporate and Public sector customers.
As Product Manager, you are accountable for the commercial and operational performance of the DaaS offering. You will define the product strategy and roadmap, set clear commercial guardrails, and continuously optimize profitability, scalability, and customer value across the full lifecycle.
This is a strongly business-oriented role with clear responsibility for commercial performance. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Tech Centers, and Service Design to ensure that our DaaS offering is competitive, scalable, operationally robust, and financially sound.
The role reports to VP Product & Services Management and is considered a key commercial function within Foxway CWS.
You will:
Own the commercial performance of DaaS, including margin targets, growth ambitions, and overall profitability.
Define and continuously evolve the value proposition across prioritized enterprise customer segments.
Set pricing logic, commercial frameworks, and profitability guardrails for new and existing deals in collaboration with Sales and Finance.
Understand cost drivers and proactively drive margin improvements and scalable growth.
Translate product strategy into clear execution priorities across sales, delivery, and operations.
Drive structured performance follow-up using commercial and operational KPIs.
Own and optimize the end-to-end customer journey to maximize growth, retention, and customer satisfaction (NPS).
Ensure service quality standards, SLAs, and scalable delivery models.
Support sales enablement, positioning, and commercial capability development.

Success in this role is measured on profitability, growth, and customer satisfaction (NPS).
We believe you bring
5+ years of experience in Product Management or a similar business-driven role within SaaS, hardware, lifecycle services, financing, or other service-heavy environments.
Strong commercial mindset with experience driving revenue growth, margin improvement, pricing decisions, or business performance
Formal P&L ownership is a great advantage.
Experience working with cost structures, commercial models, and profitability levers in subscription, leasing, or service-based contexts.
Proven ability to take ownership beyond roadmap — translating strategy into measurable financial and operational results.
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Operations in complex stakeholder environments.
Structured, data-driven decision-making and ability to define and follow up on clear KPIs.
Experience improving performance, scalability, or commercial processes in growing environments.

Meritorious if you have:
Experience in lifecycle services, hardware, leasing, financing, or asset-heavy business models.
Experience working closely with enterprise sales teams and large B2B customers.
Experience balancing commercial growth with operational scalability.

I den här rollen arbetar du med att agera skolans IT-avdelning. En stor del av tiden utförs på plats där du blir vårt ansikte utåt och naturligt agerar med ett superbt bemötande. Skolornas miljöer ser olika ut men Google Workspace är något som du säkert kommer bli expert på.

What you'll be doing:
In this role, you'll plan, create, execute, and follow up on external communication initiatives for our business area Circular Workspace Solutions (CWS). Your mission is to strengthen Foxway's brand and market position through value-adding, impactful, and creative communication.
You'll combine strong writing and storytelling skills with a business mindset, translating complex products, services, and insights into clear, compelling, and branded communication. You'll also play a key role in product and service marketing — from packaging and positioning to go-to-market communication — working closely with product, services, and sales teams.
This is how your day looks like:
Planning and executing communication and content initiatives aligned with Foxway's brand and business goals.
Creating purpose-driven content for different channels and customer journey stages (SoMe, website, PR, events, intranet, etc.).
Producing assets such as presentations, videos, guides, white papers, customer cases, and sales material.
Developing product and service communication together with product, service, and sales teams.
Shaping the MarCom part of our value propositions and ensuring our offerings are packaged and communicated clearly to market.
Project lead the MarCom part of go-to-market plans for new and existing offerings.
Supporting execution of the partner marketing activities and broader CWS marketing plan initiatives.
Collaborating with subject matter experts to create credible, relevant thought leadership content.

Who we are looking for:
You're a hands-on communication professional who enjoys both planning and execution. You thrive in collaboration, care deeply about quality, and know how to make communication work for the business. We believe you have:
5+ years solid external communications, with a blend of marketing experience
Experience working with product and services, preferably in a B2B context.
Experience packaging and storytelling of product and services and communication plan creation.
Very strong communication skills in both Swedish and English (written and spoken).
Relevant education in communication, marketing, or similar.
Project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Solid understanding of how to create effective communication and content plans.
Experience creating engaging content across relevant MarCom channels.
Ability to adapt content for different MarCom channels such as SoMe, website, SEO, and PR.
Strong user skills in Microsoft Office.
