As the Head of Finance and Administration in the Direct Link head office in Solna, Sweden, you will act as the cornerstone for questions regarding the financial and operational performance, rolling forecasts, communication with PostNord central functions.
You will be responsible for controlling, leading and driving the strategy, the business plan and Results for Direct Link globally. In this it is vital to strengthen the co-operation and build a strong Finance community with the Financial Directors across the regions. You will harmonize regional and country financial processes as well as reporting and develop business cases for strategic decisions and for development projects. Your area of responsibilities also includes implementing a Balanced Scorecard, and further develop relevant KPIs and leading indicators for the business. You will also drive improvement projects and activities to functionality of the Business Management and Financial systems to better suit the business requirements.
You will report to the CEO of Direct Link and be part of the global Management Team.
You have what it takes
You have a university degree in Business Administration or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years prior experience from business control. Experience from international reporting and controlling is of merit. Furthermore, experiences from SAP are advantageous. Advanced skills in Excel are required as well as Swedish and English fluently, both written and spoken. On the personal side, you have excellent analytical problem solving and financial modelling skills and communicate easily your viewpoint with others. Are execution and result driven feel comfortable to take decisions and find pleasure in leading business a business and the partners in the understanding of financial techniques and concepts.
