As we embark on a new phase of growth, we are looking for a .NET Developer to join our integration team!

We are actively looking for skilled .Net developers to join our cloud integration team in Stockholm.

About the role:

As a .Net developer, you will develop our internal and customer solutions, driving increased productivity in our digital landscape. Your role will revolve around new integration development, engaging in the entire product life cycle from idea inception to production, implementation, and ongoing support. You will also:

- Collaborate closely with the business, and with the development and architecture team members.
- Work in a cloud-based technology stack with thin front-end clients and microservices in the backend, where the focus of your work is on backend development in .Net.
- Be part of a prestige less team where new ideas are welcomed and encouraged.

Skills we are looking for :

- A few years of experience in integration development with C#.
- Previous experience working with Microsoft Azure or a similar cloud platform.
- Previous experience with implementation of integration patterns.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, such as SCRUM and DevOps.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.

We consider it a plus if you have :

- Experience with systems for identity management, e.g. Azure AD, Azure B2C, Okta or similar.
- Worked with API Management, ServiceBus, CosmosDB, Azure Functions, Key Vault or LogicApps.
- Worked with hybrid integration solutions.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in Swedish.

As we embark on a new phase of growth, we are looking for a Disposal Manager for our group Trade department.

About the role:

Our rental fleet contains more than 1million unique rental units across the group. This is a unique mix of heavy construction machines and several smaller equipment such as hand tools and supplies. In this role, you will be responsible for developing a future vision with an accompanying Trade disposal process for all our rental products and for all our 18 countries. You will be involved in defining and determining Trade values, playing an important role in shaping our strategic approach for our defleet process. You will also:

- Take charge of establishing an international management role and specialization, ensuring seamless alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
- Achieve company objectives through effective disposal planning, analyzing data and projecting future performance.
- Propose improvements with regards to innovations, safety, environment, law, and legislation, driven by market- and technical expertise.
- Be responsible for the department financials like CAPEX and OPEX expenditures at Trade department level.
- Manage KPI’s effectively by keeping track on commercial and operational procedures and guidelines.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

- Several years’ experience in a comparable management position in Trade. Preferably in the rental industry and in an international company.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the fields of e.g. Commercial management, Sales management, International Business.
- Experience in operations, preferably within the construction machinery business.
- Experience in creating complex and comprehensive data reports.
- Excellent command of MS-Office programs, particularly Excel.
- Excellent language skills in the English and preferable Dutch and German language.
- Experience in the use of systems such as SAP and QlikSense is advantageous.
