For the European market, with location at our European main office in Stockholm, we are now looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist. You will be a part of our Marketing Team, with direct reporting line to the European Marketing Manager.


This is a fulltime position with desired start date as soon as possible.


Main Purpose


The Trade Marketing Specialist will develop & execute retail footprint strategy to increase store sales and brand presence with retailers. His/her objective is to develop and implement initiatives for the CCM brand to win at retail that are tied in with key business objectives.

Key Accountabilities


Develop & execute retail footprint strategies for European accounts.
Actively collaborate with sales organization, retailers and distributors to provide industry leading service for marketing requests including POP roll out, graphics, sales incentives and staff education.
Support KA´s with updated product images and descriptions in a timely manner
Support and manage the set-up and planning of European sales and marketing meetings.
Responsible for on-time delivery and quality of all retail footprint material to accounts (POP, SiS and graphics).
Negotiate with vendors to ensure competitive pricing for in-store materials.
Develop and implement all marketing initiatives destined to increase retail staff support of CCM products and programs.
Catalogue management for Europe
Support Brand Activator team by providing them with marketing support tools. Collaborate to maximize in-field product education.



Knowledge, Experience and Skills


Experience with trade marketing, digital/e-com or sales
Secondary education or alternatively corresponding work experience
Strong Excel, E-Mail, Word and PowerPoint Skills
Experience in sporting goods, an asset
Customer focused and good skills in problem solving
Fluent in Swedish and English
German and Finnish, an asset

The ideal candidate has a background from retail/field sales and/or marketing, is a strong communicator and administrator with a sense for sales and sports. Strong interest in ice hockey and sports in general is an advantage.

Accountant:



For the European market, with location in Solna, Sweden, we are now looking for an Accountant for our three companies (Sweden, Finland, Norway). We are a team working together so you will be involved in all tasks in Finance.



This is a temporary position for at least 12 months.



Key tasks:

Receive, code and post all incoming invoices in the financial IT system and send to responsible department head for authorization.
Invoicing.
Reconciliations and analysis
VAT return.
General work related tasks within the finance department.
Reporting in a timely and accurate manner.


Your profile:

We are looking for a person with a post-secondary education within finance or corresponding working experience. You have at least two years of experience in the field of accounting. Good IT skills, especially in ERP systems, is essential for this position. You are fluent in Swedish and know English at least on a basic level, Finnish is a big advantage as well.

The ideal candidate is a strong administrator with integrity, developed accounting skills and attention to figures. You are able to work both alone and team based. Strong interest in ice hockey and sports in general is an advantage.

Demand Planner

Key responsibilities:

For the European market, with location in Solna, Sweden, we are now looking for a Demand Planner reporting directly to the Finance Director. This is a temporary position (9 months) to cover parental leave with desired start date beginning of December 2020. There is a possibility that this role will transfer into a permeant position in the future. Your key responsibilities will be to support the European organization in achieving its financial and operational performance goals related to sales, inventory turnover. You will be responsible of maintaining optimal in-stock positions by SKU to be able to fulfil customer orders in a timely manner, by using consistent and uniform methods of planning and analytics.


Key tasks:


Lead forecasting process for European regions according to our corporate business calendar.
Manage all facets of demand plan in Pelyco (forecasting program), i.e. key user for Pelyco
Development of plans at product code level and by region, understanding the effects of the economy, market trends, turns and assortment planning. Take actions when needed to allocate volumes in situations of shortage.
Monthly rolling forecast
Coordinate with supply chain to ensure optimal sales, in-stock and turn metrics.
Develop and maintain relationships with product management, sales management, supply chain and external stakeholders.
Coordinate and align the forcast process with the head quarter located in Canada
Support general projects within the Operations department.


Your profile:

We are looking for a person with a University degree in a relevant field. You have at least two to three years of experience from a Demand Planning role, preferably from the retail\wholesale or similar industry. High-level IT skills, especially in excel, is important for this position. You are fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken).




The ideal candidate is a good administrator with proven analytical skills and focus on details. You are customer focused team player and have good skills in problem solving. Strong interest in ice hockey and sports in general is an advantage.
