Vi söker en Nordic Business Developer till Cabonline Group AB som vill vara med att driva och utveckla vår B2B affär på den svenska och nordiska marknaden. Du kommer även vara delaktig i och exekvera på Cabonline Groups övergivande kommersiella strategi.
Om rollen
Som Business Developer är du en nyckelspelare i vårt nordiska Commercial team. Ditt ansvar blir att attrahera och vinna nya kunder i både Sverige och på nordisk nivå. Du kommer även att arbeta långsiktigt mot utvalda företag där Cabonlines tjänster är en viktig del av kundens verksamhet.
Tjänsten utgår från vårt huvudkontor i Huvudsta, Solna. Visst resande inom Sverige och Norden kan förekomma.

What You’ll Do
Design, development, maintenance and monitoring of the software platform in order to secure the availability and reliability of Cabonline. Role Description
This is a full-time role as Head of IT at Cabonline Group in Stockholm. This is a hands-on role where you will lead IT initiatives and ensure that our systems support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for Development & Delivery, which includes:
Development
Implement & develop our applications in alignment with COLs technology stack and best practices.
Delivery & WoW
Responsible for the IT Operating Model and delivery process, including our Agile WoW.
Capacity mgmt
Responsible for the Product team's delivery plans and capacity mgmt. (optimizing our capacity).
Quality Assurance
We ensure quality throughout the entire development & release cycle, including application performance and monitoring.
Cloud Infrastructure
Responsible for our cloud infrastructure and tooling for the dev teams.
Also included in the responsibilisies is IT Operations, which includes:
Tech Support
Tech support for device and software throughout the organization, including both office and ICT equipment.
Digital Workplace (DWP)
We care for all our digital workplaces from the drivers in our taxis to our laptops and phones.
Observability
We ensure we know what happens in our environments and supply efficient tools and skillsets to detect & handle incidents
Incident mgmt.
Responsible for our incident process, both for internal and external (3rd party) applications/system.
System Mgmt.
“Housekeeping” activities to preserve, maintain or correct the operation of our systems.
Skills & Experience
Degree in a relevant field, (BSc/MSc) is meriting.
Proven experience in an IT leadership role with responsibility for ERP systems.
Hands-on experience with PC and Mac environments, IT security, and infrastructure management .
Familiarity with NIS2 compliance or similar IT security frameworks.
Problem Solving:
Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and make sound decisions in line with organizational policies and guidelines.
Communication:
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience building real-world software.
Strong expertise in Java (our primary language), with .NET experience as a plus.
Experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
Hands-on experience with AWS services – if you’ve worked with Lambda, ECS, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, or S3, we want to hear from you.
Comfortable with databases (Postgre, MongoDB, DynamoDB) and handling large amounts of data.
Know your way around CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, and Terraform.
Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical teams.
A problem-solving mindset – you see issues, you fix them.

About Cabonline
Cabonline is the leading taxi-company in the Nordic market with several well-known taxi-brands operating in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. Cabonline provides brand identity, infrastructure, service and booking solutions for transporters and customers. More than 4 500 cars are currently connected to Cabonline and supporting the 3 main customer segments B2P (public transportation), B2B (business segment) and B2C (consumer segment).
Your role
As back-end development engineer you work together in a cross functional team with backend/front-end developers, architects, UX-designers, and project managers. The team is responsible for development, maintenance, monitoring of the software platform in order to secure the availability and reliability of Cabonline CORE platform. You will manage both development tasks as well as monitoring, configuration management and deployment in the AWS environment. You understand the principles of agile development, continuous deployment, infrastructure as code, docker and container environments as well as the need for close collaboration and communication with the development and operations team.
Responsibilities and duties
In this role you and your team own the runtime environment and development pipeline of Cabonline CORE platform, consisting of booking channels through web, app and public APIs.
Your daily work includes:
Development tasks – part of development projects together with team members, product owners and business stakeholders.
Planning sessions – team planning/grooming sessions
Architecture and strategy – together with the development team and architect set the strategy and vision for Cabonline software platform
Support and education – supporting development and IT operations in configuration management, development, monitoring tasks
Your qualifications
· Bachelor’s in computer science, engineering or similar
· 3-5 years’ experience with one or more high level languages, such as Java, Python, Go or Javascript
· Experience in running and maintaining AWS environments, using Docker, Nomad, Consul, Kafka, the ELK stack or similar frameworks
· Experience with Infrastructure as Code
· Fluent in English and/or Swedish
