Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a highly motivated Financial Analyst in Scandinavia, where you will play a critical and pivotal role in supporting our business on a Scandinavian level. As an FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) Analyst, you will provide expert analysis of key financials, including sales, expenses, and other KPIs, driving business growth through data-driven insights.
You will be collaborating closely with the rest of our talented finance team and report to Controller Scandinavia. You will contribute to accurate planning, reporting, and decision-making processes, shaping the success of our affiliate and strengthening our relationship with Area headquarters in Paris.
Major Responsibilities:
Being a key participant in all planning cycles for the affiliate, such as Annual Plan, Long Range Plan (LRP) and Monthly LBE (Last Best Estimate)
Analyzing variances between planned expenses and actual outcome and suggest corrective actions together with business partners
Business Partner for selected departments and/or Commercial teams
Prepare and review Quarter End Close activities (accruals and contracts revision) and monthly reporting
Prepare and consolidate monthly S&OP; (Sales and Operations Planning), a process that involves aligning sales, demand, and supply plan
Administration, development, and support of various planning & reporting systems (IBM Analytics, PowerBI, etc)
Involvement in projects, financial, data analysis and/or commercial/marketing, etc.



Qualifications
We are looking for a self-starter with a strong financial background and with a passion for making a real impact. We want you to have:
Master of Science in Business Administration or similar qualification.
Minimum 3 years of finance experience (FP&A, Accounting).
Strong technical skills for working in different systems. Advanced Excel skills are mandatory and your expertise in data analytics is crucial.
Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in working with numbers and databases.
Preferred experience within Life Science industry or another international environment

You are a team player with good communication skills, and you are fluent in English and at least one Scandinavian language.

About the position
As Account Manager (AM) within Neurology you will manage targeted accounts focusing on our products for Parkinson´s disease. You collaborate and build strong customer relationships and customer needs solving capability to maximize short- and long-term sales performance, always placing the patient in the center.
You work closely with the Brand Team to develop and implement initiatives and projects that add value to the customer. As AM you are responsible for building new and maintaining existing relations that AbbVie already has with key stakeholders, such as external experts and decision makers.
You will be a part of the cross-functional In-Field Team (IFT) consisting of Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Public- and External Affairs among other functions. You will in close collaboration with your peers drive and execute brand strategies, implement tactics, drive sales performance, and set strong account plans.
Qualifications
To be successful in this position we expect you to have a few years’ work experience and want to take the next exciting step within pharma and sales. You have a strong business acumen and preferably some prior experience within the industry of pharmaceuticals or the health care sector.
You also have:
·Healthcare, Business and/or Scientific degree.
·Excellent Swedish and English language skills, both verbally and in writing.
·Good technical understanding and an interest in digital tools.
It is an advantage for this position if you are Certified Medical Sales Representative (LIF) - or equivalently (medical- ,dental-, pharmacist-, nurse- OR biomedical degree) and have therapeutical area knowledge within Neuroscience.
