As the Head of IT Security at SAS you will be responsible for our IT security & compliance department. It is a leader role that is expected to drive the overall IT security agenda, working closely with the members of the Digital & IT leadership team. Challenges you will work on:
• Managing our overall cyber security strategy and governance framework covering both traditional ITIL based service delivery and modern DevOps ways of working
• Ensure an efficient risk management framework to ensure that SAS understands their cyber security/ IT risks and work to make it a natural part of our daily business
• Manage the central security team and ensure that the teams across digital & IT get the support and knowledge they need to develop and operate secure solutions

SAS Technical Operations
SAS Technical Operations is a team of 100 people accountable for the continuing airworthiness of the SAS fleet. It performs a wide variety of tasks including negotiating and managing supplier contracts, engineering, and planning maintenance.
Engineering
The Engineering team is responsible for the implementation of all applicable maintenance and authority requirements, monitoring of fleet reliability, and the aircraft maintenance budget. The team comprises around 42 people who work closely with the rest of SAS to deliver on time, sustainable air travel.

We are looking for a Team & Fleet Manager Embraer (EMB) to join our team in Stockholm. As a part of the SAS CAMO, we are responsible for the airworthiness and economical operation of the airline’. The Team & Fleet Manager will secure airworthy, safe and economical operation of assigned aircraft types by cross- functional control, support, and follow up of all required processes and services internally and externally with authorities, OEM’s, MRO’s, and other suppliers. The Engineering Team & Fleet Manager will act on behalf of the Head of Engineering to ensure that strategic and tactical as well as financial targets are met by adequate and transparent communication required to provide visibility, predictability, and timely deliverables.

Main tasks
Function as Operational CAMO engineering support mainly to Maintenance Production (P-145) 24/7 including direct contact with aircraft TC/OEM holder and other Part 21 organizations when applicable.

Plan and act related to Aircraft AOG recovery
Monitor aircraft systems and take necessary action

Develop and optimize procedures related to maintenance planning and control.

Experience and education
Aircraft Engineering degree or equivalent documented experience suitable for the role.
Aircraft Technician/engineering degree (EASA Part-66 AML on relevant aircraft types).
Experience in TC/OEM holder communication, processes and requirements
Engineering knowledge of aircraft structures and systems
Good knowledge of civil aviation regulation EASA Part M and Part 145
Needed knowledge of EASA Part 21 necessary for the role.
Computer proficiency in general.

Qualifications and experience
At least 5 years’ experience as licensed aircraft engineer (B1/B2), maintenance supervisory, a background as Aircraft Technician/engineering degree on for SAS relevant aircraft types.

Documented experience of working with aircraft maintenance in relation to operation.
In depth knowledge of civil aviation regulation EASA Part M and Part 145
Excellent understanding of the aircraft maintenance processes

Flight Operations Engineer
SAS Scandinavia’s Flight Operations Engineering team consists of Subject Matter Experts covering flight safety critical operational/technical areas such as flight crew documentation, emergency equipment, aircraft performance, navigational data, mass & balance, aerodrome approvals, Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) and ACARS/Datalink.

Main Responsibilities

- Thorough knowledge of Civil Aviation Regulations, preferably EASA Air Ops
- Proficiency in English (excellent verbal and writing skills) is required and at least one Scandinavian language is advantageous

- Current or previous pilot license of any kind is advantageous

Challenges you will work on
The Tech Lead within the development organization is responsible for aligning the development community and architecture within all departments at SAS. This is a hands-on role with a natural place inside a tech team. The role includes architectural alignment, coaching the development teams in improved ways-of-working and facilitating collaboration. You can also expect to join other teams in hands-on deep dives in particular challenges if needed.

To be successful, we believe you should have:

SAS Technical Operations is a team of 100 people accountable for the continuing airworthiness of the SAS fleet. It performs a wide variety of tasks including negotiating and managing supplier contracts, engineering, and planning maintenance.
CAMO – Fleet Maintenance Analyst
As the Fleet maintenance analyst, you will be reporting to Head of Maintenance Planning & Control. This position will be a split duty between CAMO contracts and CAMO Maintenance Planning & Control. You will be working as a highly qualified specialist supporting CAMO with analyses and evaluations.
The group is responsible to ensure optimal Maintenance Concepts. Reduce aircraft and component life cycle cost as well as phase in and out cost of aircrafts and components. Handling of tactical and strategic planning elements to increase efficiency and aircraft availability to maximize network opportunities.
The group consists two analysts and one senior analyst.
As a Fleet Maintenance Analyst your main tasks will be:
• Deliver all long-term planning tasks related to Continuing Airworthiness.
• Ensure optimal and economical efficient long-term base type maintenance plans for all scheduled maintenance of SAS's fleet.
• Prepare/make business cases for long terms planning strategy including scenario calculations and simulation for management decision making.
• Support with the establishment of the Aircraft and Component Maintenance budgets.

CAMO Systems Engineer
SAS Technical Operations
SAS Technical Operations is composed of CAMO accountable for the continuing airworthiness of the SAS fleet including the departments Aircraft Transfer, Contracts, Engineering and Maintenance Planning & Control. It also includes Maintenance Production (Part 145), providing line maintenance services in Scandinavia to SAS and other airlines.
CAMO Engineering
The Engineering department within CAMO is responsible for the implementation of all applicable maintenance and authority requirements, monitoring of the fleet reliability, and maintenance budget of the aircraft and engine types operated by SAS. CAMO Systems Engineer
The Engineering department within the CAMO is looking for an experienced and motivated engineer to join our Systems Team. Welcome to a dynamic organization and a highly reputable flag carrier. The right candidate will have the skills and personality to fit within a small, multi skilled team that is responsible for the continuing airworthiness, safety and reliability of the aircraft and components in line with the manufacturer recommendations and the regulatory requirements. You will be part of a team who aims to continuously improve SAS products and processes with cost saving initiatives to help our service in a complex and demanding environment.
As part of the Systems Team you will work with aircraft systems such as Air Conditioning, Flight Controls, Fuel, Hydraulic Power, Ice & Rain Protection, Landing Gear, Pneumatic and Inert Gas System on a variety of aircraft types, such as Airbus A320/A330/A350, Boeing 737NG and Embraer E195. The focus is to maintain the Continuing Airworthiness, safety and reliability of the aircraft and components in line with the manufacturer recommendations and the regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities
Provide substantiation data for maintenance program task escalation and de-escalation.
Ensure that Airworthiness Directives are being processed through technical assessment and preparation of Engineering Orders.
Review and recommend incorporation of Service Bulletins to enhance safety, operational performance and reliability in order to gain lower cost during operation.
Support the 145 maintenance organizations, logistics and planning sections.
Ensure the achievement of technical reliability targets.
Carry out occurrence/Incident investigations.
Control the configuration status for the aircraft/components.
Define and ensures the implementation of actions resulting from non-conformance findings as part of Quality Audits, Quality Inspections or Airworthiness Review.
Participate in projects which could be commercial or flight operation oriented, when deemed appropriate.
Interface with OEMs and TC holders.
Compile back to birth data for life limited components.

Education and Experience
University degree or equivalent in Aeronautical Engineering.
Relevant experience of aircraft types A320/A330/A350 and E195 is advantageous.
Demonstrative working experience within a CAMO is advantageous.
Knowledge in EASA Part-CAMO, Part-M & Part-145 regulations.
AMOS experience is advantageous.

The Digital Service Owner (DSO) has the overall responsibility for IT-services and applications within a Service area. Manager Procurement Analyst to Strategic Sourcing Business Development
We are now looking for a “Manager Procurement Analyst”, with the responsibility to build a strong analysis function for the department. You will work closely together with Category Managers, Business Units and Business Development to evaluate the needs, challenge cost assumptions and identify cost improvement. The role also includes the responsibility to manage the IT systems required for Strategic Sourcing to succeed in its mission. Main tasks:
Perform data analyses to identify trends, opportunities and potential risks (risk, cost and spend analyses) to identify future purchasing volumes for different organizational units, categories, product groups and suppliers

Follow the price development for SAS' relevant raw materials, products and services

SAS Crew Planning
Crew planning is responsible for scheduling and manning of all flying personnel. Under normal conditions with about 1000 departures daily from 3 different hubs, it is a highly complex process finding the optimal balance of productivity, traffic robustness and crew lifestyle while ensuring government regulations and labor agreements are met. Crew planning is a fundamental function part of SAS, with a direct impact on our ability to fly our aircraft.
The purpose is to increase productivity by distributing traffic to multiple production platforms, each with its own unique advantages depending on the traffic program chosen.
Within this context, Crew planning has been transformed into a central Operations expert function providing its services to all platforms within the SAS brand, in a way similar to an external supplier serving multiple customers.

Main responsibilities
Manage the Crew Planning organization to ensure manning of all flights for applicable production platforms within SAS Group (according to SLA).
Drive development of the Crew Planning organization and function within Operational Planning Services.
Provide relevant insights and direction regarding CBA discussions from an operational perspective
Establish and drive long term strategic direction of development of Crew Planning including capabilities, tools, and processes

SAS Technical Operations
SAS Technical Operations is a team of 100 people accountable for the continuing airworthiness of the SAS fleet. It performs a wide variety of tasks including negotiating and managing supplier contracts, engineering, and planning maintenance.

Engineering
The Engineering team is responsible for the implementation of all applicable maintenance and authority requirements, monitoring of fleet reliability, and the aircraft maintenance budget. The team comprises around 42 people who work closely with the rest of SAS to deliver on time, sustainable air travel.

Team & Fleet Manager Boeing 737 NG
We are looking for a Team & Fleet Manager Boeing 737 NG to join our team in Stockholm. As a part of the SAS CAMO, we are responsible for the airworthiness and economical operation of the airline’. The Team & Fleet Manager will secure airworthy, safe and economical operation of assigned aircraft types by cross- functional control, support, and follow up of all required processes and services internally and externally with authorities, OEM’s, MRO’s, and other suppliers. The Engineering Team & Fleet Manager will act on behalf of the Head of Engineering to ensure that strategic and tactical as well as financial targets are met by adequate and transparent communication required to provide visibility, predictability and timely deliverables.
Main tasks:
Lead a team of about 7 engineers
Member of Engineering management team
Secure delivery of all Engineering tasks related to continuing airworthiness as defined in CAME within own engineering area of functional responsibilities.
Secure timely management of safety, quality and ARC reports and follow up that appropriate corrective actions are implemented and effective.
Secure that all maintenance data and documentation prepared and followed up by own Engineering Team meets set standards.
Lead own Engineering Team to secure development of desired team culture, continuous team members development in terms of their skills and competences, identification and nurturing of team members with high potential, incentivize team members to become “second lines” to more senior staff in specific areas.
Lead and mentor Senior Engineers, ensuring that each of them is successful in their specific responsibilities, and can also act as effective delegates /redundancies of the Team Manager in specific areas.
Perform annual assessments of staff within own Engineering Team to ensure that staff objectives are met with respect to knowledge, skills, and attitude
Perform periodical process confirmation within own Engineering Team to ensure that processes and procedures are effective and followed.
Liaise with authorities for matters concerning assigned fleet or engines/APU on behalf of NP Continuing Airworthiness and Head of Engineering
Secure that all applicable maintenance and authority requirements are implemented at assigned fleet or engines/APU, including but not limited to airworthiness directives, latest MPD revisions, etc.
Secure internal involvement and focus on relevant maintenance or financial activities/projects/events for designated aircraft fleet or engines/APU (including participation in relevant daily/weekly/monthly planning and/or performance meetings and forums).
Secure that effective processes, procedures, and communication practices are in place to underpin cross functional understanding, communication, and ways of working to achieve set targets for the respective fleets and engines/APU.

Minimum 10 years of CAMO experience within a commercial airline, whereof minimum 3 years in a management position, and 5 years experience with Maintenance program (AMP), Reliability and Technical Publication

The Engineering department within the CAMO is looking for an experienced Reliability Senior Engineer to join a dynamic organization and a highly reputable flag carrier. The right candidate will have the skills and personality to fit within a small, multi skilled team that is responsible for the continuing airworthiness, safety and reliability of the aircraft and components in line with the manufacturer recommendations and the regulatory requirements. In addition, the Reliability Senior Engineer continuously contributes to improve SAS products and processes with cost saving initiatives to help our service in a complex and demanding environment
Main Responsibilities
As part of the Reliability and Maintenance program (AMP) team you will work on a variety of aircraft types such as A320/A330/A350 and B737NG. Your main responsibilities will be supporting to maintain and optimize the safety- and reliability-levels, and to monitor reliability performance of the SAS fleets. You will work close with all ATA teams in CAMO engineering as well with SAS P-145 department to minimize the delays and cancellations on SAS fleet. You are analytic driven and have experience to draw conclusions from data driven facts, you should have experience working in a similar operational environment and will have safety as your top priority, with sound judgement in both technical and financial matters.
